Yes, I do create adoptables, so I made my own TOS for them. Be sure to read this before buying anything from me.
This is all copy-pasted from my toyhou.se account. My username there is still the same [Inkellman].
Characters in the NOT FOR SALE folder are my personal/commercial use characters. They are, and will usually, never be put up for sale.
Terms of Service
Introduction
If you are seeing this now, then you just found yourself reading Inkellman’s Terms of Service. This will serve as your guide as to what you will be permitted to do with characters and designs I [Inkellman] have created (or collabed to create) along with how my services work. The word “artist” refers to the seller in this specific circumstance. Customers are referred to as “buyers.”
Purchases
By making a purchase of the artist's designs and other concepts, you agree to buying digital products, and no tangible items will be shipped to you for this very reason. The products themselves will be sent to you (via email/social media/toyhou.se) as .png files. They may have a simple background, a white background, or a transparent background. Thus, should payment be made via PayPal, you agree that there will be no chargebacks from a lack of tangible product. Toyhou.se transfers are prefered, but for those who have no toyhou.se, proof of the transactions will be preserved.
Refunds
There will be no refunds upon purchase of pre-made designs.
A refund can be requested for customs if the artist fails to finish it within 30 days of the transaction.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the artist’s designs to encourage hateful agendas against a group of people whether this be based on their race, sexuality, religion, etc. Satire is permitted.
You may not use the artist’s designs to promote illegal activities such as exploitation of real, living, breathing people. (e.g. using the characters to groom real life minors/underaged users of a website)
Character revocation will not happen when a buyer uses a design for prohibited uses; however, other consequences will apply which will be further explained in the blacklisting section.
Intellectual Property
The original artwork of the design remains to be the artist’s property and can be used by the artist for self-promotion whether this is through advertisements or portfolios. Usually this will be Inkellman, but collaborations or selling on behalf of another person may happen.
Unpurchased designs are also a property of the artist. You may not use them commercially. Although, you are permitted to create artwork of them if you wish.
The character design is the property of the buyer upon purchase. This provides the new owner with the following benefits.
The permission to use the design as they see fit as long as it does not violate the rules regarding prohibited use whether this is through artwork, music, literature, video games, etc.
Personal rights to the design (examples: roleplays and fanfiction)
Commercial rights to the design (examples: webcomics, merchandise, and animated web series that may earn the buyer revenue through projects that include the design)
Limitation of Liability
THE ARTIST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW THE BUYER DEPICTS THE ADOPTABLE. IF THE BUYER USES THE ADOPT FOR SOMETHING ILLEGAL OR OFFENSIVE, THE ARTIST IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THE BUYER. IF YOU PURCHASE AN ADOPT FROM INKELLMAN, YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU DO WITH IT.
Blacklisting
In respect of the buyer’s intellectual property rights, no character revocations will happen should the terms be broken; however, other consequences such as blacklisting will apply.
When you are blacklisted, you are no longer allowed to buy designs from the artist or obtain other services such as commissions, collabs, trades, etc.
Should the buyer's activities be deemed dangerous enough, the artist will issue a warning against the buyer to the audience, telling them to avoid or report the person to proper authorities.
Spamming the artist will result in a block.
Acknowledgement
By making a purchase of the designs, the buyer agrees to these terms of service.
The buyer also makes sure to review these terms to see updates in this TOS.

Ngl, I usually don't make a big deal out of my OCs' sexualities (unless shipping is involved XD), but I got so terribly bored yet too tired to do anything too complicated so I made these instead. I'm gonna be doing more characters later. It's already late in my place, and I don't wanna lose sleep. Lol
The two characters in the pictures are Nhibos and Nhoxial respectively. Nhibos is the main character of a story I'm working on, and he's the impulsive god who gets into trouble A LOT. XDDD His curiosity and thrill-seeking shenanigans pretty much led up to some rather weird encounters on his part. Nhoxial is his son. The guy pretty much has his dad's risk-taking and thrill-seeking personality as well. The difference being that he's a demigod, so he's not as brash as his father is with his actions, because he knows he wouldn't be able to get away with as much. However, other deities find the duo insufferable, because they practically back each other up to mess around. It's all fun and games to them.

I have this special pain in my ass wherein nearly every single design I come up with is pretty useless STORY-WISE, so I have to give them up. OTL This means that despite my attempts at ridding of these concepts, I'm also in dire need of useful OCs.
So this means I'm looking for CHARACTER TRADES.
As Pride Month began, and I got delayed in my designs because of diarrhea, I decided this will be a buy one take one like one pair of my previous adopts. Basically, make an offer. You'll end up with both characters if I accept. What you do with them after is completely up to you.
I will shorten my time of consideration, because as it turned out, my patience for waiting is low. Lmfao, so instead of three days, I'll wait for offers up to 2 days only.

Sheep God of Thorns (Thornheart)
I finally got a chance to draw this guy! Got delayed since I had been busy with making adopt batches myself. Then I got sick, so I had to postpone my activities for a few days. OTL Much like Lamiste, I came up with his characterization (or at least his role) much before I bought an adopt as a template for his design. (I'm bad at visualizing 80% of my story characters.)
Here's the original design made by @luffik. The design changes I made are simply to make him look more organic, as I intended him to be a forest deity, specifically one that specializes in poisonous plants.
Without further a do, I'll be explaining his background below!
LORE (overtly simplified for this entry, as I'm still constructing the overall plot and lore)
P.S. Thornheart's name, much like Sage's, is currently a placeholder that corresponds to the meaning of their name in their homeplanet and country of origin. In his case, an idiom "pricked by grief" after the thorny plants that are poisonous to ungulates, but a phrase will be a strange label and just went with "thorn + heart."
Thornheart is one of the hostile deities that lives the woods located in the mountain ranges from Ehvispar to Adripa. People generally warn others about his presence by telling them to avoid areas that stray from the road. Well, no shit.
Background
Before the goatfolk were able to fully transition to a domestic society, there were the sheep people (or sheeple if you like puns). They were very similar to each other but different enough to sow seeds of hostility between one another. No one knew who started it all, perhaps except Nebrol, but she disappeared before then. With her whereabouts being a mystery, not much insight was given about the war. Nabhiyal? Why would anyone ask him? Perhaps it was because he and his sister never took a side, but he knew that saying something unfavorable would be too costly for the smooth flow of his life. He liked being the neutral party, and that neutrality would never be broken soon. Still, being the god of lies wasn't exactly a title that made him reliable.
So the stories the young ones heard were about monsters who needlessly shed blood, gods and goddesses not of their own. Deities who never had a sense of reason or compassion. The truth was more complex however, because it wasn't a lack of reason that caused aggression in these gods. It was loss.
There was once a time where the goats and the sheep lived peacefully and separate from each other. They were unaware of each other's existence, but it was also inevitable that they would someday meet. When they did, their wariness of one another invoked fear and provoked conflict between them. These incidents were uncommon until time came for the resources to be low. They had to actively compete for their needs. The goats and their gods were smaller, but they were also more agile, adaptable, and dominant in the field. Eventually, the sheep people withdrew and were wiped out.
The once mellow sheep gods changed, and no one will forget.

Lamiste is a goddess in my story who is believed to have started and uphold social order. As such, she is highly revered and is considered to be her pantheon’s matriarch. Her origins are currently in the making, but while she is considered ancient, she is younger than her homeplanet’s primordial deities. She represents the birth of civilization, so while the gods and goddesses before her are considered to be gods of natural laws, the deities she gave birth to and after are considered to be the outcome and realizations towards how those natural laws work.
The deities mentioned below are considered to be under her household. They are her children and grandchildren:
Skhaliene
She is Lamiste’s first born daughter, The Lady of Wanton. Skhaleine represents people’s realization that they still have primal urges in need of control despite their present civility. Uncouth and somewhat unstable, Skhaleine highly expresses both spite and lust (sexual or otherwise). She commits behaviors deemed to be a perversion of morals set up by society yet still has a strong desire to conform and be accepted. Lamiste is often shown to try and get her under control. Skhaleine’s reactions to these being often very unpredictable.
Nabhiyal and Nebrol
Brother and sister of Skhaliene, the god of lies and the goddess of truth respectively, these twin-spouse deities’ story focuses on why it is difficult if not impossible to know the complete truth about their world. More of this will be explained later on, as I have difficulties finding the right words for it, plus it’s so long that it needs its own post.
Lamiste’s relationship with the two of them tends to run hot and cold depending on who manages to hurt or stroke her ego at the moment. While Nebrol keeps on receiving her unfavorable remarks despite her praising her honesty, Nabhiyal takes advantage of Lamiste’s insecurities to get what he wants. This leaves Nebrol confused about what her mother truly thinks of her, while Nabhiyal deems her pathetic for such a powerful goddess.
Nhibos
He is one of Skhaliene’s many children and the most well-known of them. Nhibos is considered to be a mixture of older and newer concepts of nature. The seasons are even compared to the psychological development he went through throughout the years. Spring of more mellow attitudes as a small child, summer for his heated youth that showcased his uncontested fury, fall for the calming of his soul, and finally winter that makes him callous and cold. And while parts of him can be controlled, he will never be fully tame.
This is relevant because the way Nhibos deals with his emotions heavily plays into his interactions with Lamiste, and the two of them butt heads on every front. The old goddess is heavily driven by social obligation, but the young god doesn’t care and constantly gets into activities she doesn’t approve of. For every punishment Lamiste comes up with, he breaks another rule to get around them.
The only thing that is stopping them from biting each other’s necks is that Lamiste cares too much about her reputation to constantly come in contact with Nhibos, who manages to embarrass her with most things he does, and the fact that the young god actually doesn’t try to bother her when she isn’t bothering him.
With all of those said, Lamiste’s character is built upon based on both the good and bad of society. She can never fully enforce the laws because of her ego.
