When it comes to serious deep issues I tend to internalize probably because I strongly believe I’m the only one able to resolve them since I know myself best. This makes me come as someone who complains about trivial stuff.
I happen to be in a period of my life where my few close friends have their life together and are happy. Meanwhile it’s the saddest and loneliest so far for me. This is keeping me from opening up even more.
As a result my words have become more aggressive since I complain about everything. I realize that my bad internal state is affecting my close ones and this is the first time it happens. I have almost always been able to be there for others while keeping my negative emotions under control.
I feel like I need more time and space even through I just came out from months of isolation. I am simply unhappy and don’t want it to get to people around me.
I apologized for my behavior when it was mentioned to me that I’m having a temper almost all the time recently. Now it feels like I need to put on an act again and keep that smile on all the time.
I am tired. I don’t know what to do with myself. And probably will cringe at this post in a couple of hours.
Everything will be alright. Hopefully.
