Can you describe the floaty feeling? I hear a lot of people say that but I’m not exactly sure what that feels like and if I was ever close on getting to the void. Just tried getting in and it was the first time in a long time I was able to get in a trance state instead of falling asleep, but I was affirming for two hours and felt like nothing was happening.
hi, so the way i would describe it is being in the middle of a jump when your on a trampoline or something. or you know when you’re trying to sleep and you feel like your falling? it’s kinda like that but less alarming. i haven’t felt the floating every time i entered the void though, so i think it’s just a common symptom. but how i know i’m for sure going in is when i feel parts of my body fading away. also affirming for 2 hours is kinda crazy. please don’t try super hard when entering the void…if you’ve been affirming for more than 20-30 minutes you’re probably doing something wrong. make sure you’ve decided your going in instead of assuming. and try to clear your head completely as you’re going in. 💗

How to relax in an easy way? For the void hehe
here’s some ways to relax yourself and get rid of negative thoughts:
meditate
listen to your favorite song(s)
think of random fun scenarios or some scenarios with your sp 😉
count to 50 or 100
listen to asmr or rain sounds

yes! it is very possible, anything is possible. like i said on my main account, you don’t need a good self concept! just decide you’re going to go in and you will go in. don’t get too obsessed with the void, though. don’t try to get in every night and maybe take a break from it for a week or so. after that read this post and you will get in! 💗

you entered the void like as if you were supposed to do the dishes😭 so chill, love that for u, imma have the same chill mentality as you and just do it today! if you don’t mind me asking how long do you think the whole process took you? and if you felt any other symptoms than floaty, if so, what did you do? thank you!!
you definitely should, just thinking about it as an easy simple task takes so much weight off ur shoulders tbh. the whole process took me only 7-8 minutes which was quicker than i’ve ever done, and some other symptoms were feeling different parts of my body fade away, like my hands, feet, head, chest…but it felt very relaxing 😌. idk if that happens for other people and i think that only happened because i was super relaxed. 💗

how i manifested wing stop in 8 minutes
1. made sure my whole house was completely silent
2. laid on my back and calmed myself (and took deep breaths)
3. brought awareness to every point in my body (started at hairline ended at feet)
4. brought awareness to stomach, heart, and head over and over again until i felt floaty
5. once i felt floaty i affirmed "I AM"
6. got into the void and affirmed i am getting wingstop at 12:30pm tomorrow
then about 12 minutes later my mom asked if i wanted wingstop!
