A Little Treat
(Haikyuu omegaverse AU)
“I have something for you, alpha.” Keiji Akaashi purred.
“Do you now?” Koutarou Bokuto's grin widened.
Keiji took his hand and led him further into the room. He kept eye contact as he slipped off his robe showing he was bare underneath. He backed up onto the bed and laid against the headboard giving the other man a lazy smile.
“Master Keiji?” master Koutarou was a war of emotions; surprise, confusion, elation, not to mention a healthy dose of lust.
The omega ran a hand down from his chest to where his member lay soft on his belly. He watched as the alpha tracked the movement diligently. “I have someplace warm and soft that fits you just right.” His hand went further and into his folds, finding no resistance there. “A place that is so wet it will surely mess up my sheets.” He spread he legs wide to show the glistening wetness coating his fingers.
He was gratified to see the outline of the other man's erection tenting his pants, even as he stood there gawking. Finally master Koutarou let out a little growl and started stripping. As soon as the last article was shed, he grabbed a pillow and came stalking across the mattress.
“I'm going to eat you out until you cry.” The look on his face meant business as he slipped the pillow under the omega's hips and laid down between his open legs.
As soon as that glorious tongue sent a shiver through his core, he carded his fingers through the alpha's hair. “Such a good alpha, taking such -ah, good care of his omega.”

Courting
(Free! werewolf AU)
Sousuke shook with rage as he ran through the forest, a small bundle clasped in his fist. The werewolf clans of the local territories were meeting in their annual full moon festival, and ever since they'd arrived Sousuke had been plagued by one wolf in particular.
Makoto seemed to be everywhere he was, he couldn't get away from the guy. For an omega he was far too friendly with everyone. Didn't his clan know how dangerous that was? What are they teaching wolves these days?
True, Makoto was larger than most omega, but that didn't mean he could flaunt – associate safely with alphas. Alphas like Sousuke who were unmated, and could possibly hurt a poor unsuspecting omega like him.
(Sousuke would never! But that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't! He'd seen that red-head Seijuurou from his clan eyeing him a time or two. He was sure there were others.)
Not that he didn't find him attractive. Blind werewolves would find Makoto attractive. It's just he didn't want to see a nice omega like him prancing in front of such a drooling hoard.
Okay, prancing may have been a bit of an exaggeration, but still. And... maybe he'd thought of courting him. To have those warm green eyes turned his way exclusively. They could have such strong pups together...
But then he'd gotten back to his tent this evening and found a bundle of perfectly cured stag meat waiting on his bedding. The wrapping smelled strongly of Makoto. It threw him into a rage.
He crashed through the forest in his haste to get to the Tachibana home. As with most unmated omegas he still lived with his dam and sire, helping to take care of the most recent litter. Sousuke pounded on the door when he reached it, he didn't care if he woke the whole household.
The door was opened almost immediately by the dam with Makoto following close behind. They both looked surprised but pleased he was there.
“Evening, ma'am. I need to speak with Makoto for a minute,” he said much more civilly than he felt at the moment.
She looked excited and practically pushed her eldest out the door.
“Good evening, Sousuke.” Makoto clasped his hands in front of him, as if he could make himself seem smaller.
Sousuke grunted his greeting then held up the bundle. “Care to explain this?”
Makoto glanced at it then his eyes dropped to the ground, a blush coloring his cheeks. “It's meat I cured for you.”
Sousuke growled low. “Why would you do that? I'm not weak. Just because I have this scar on my shoulder doesn't mean I can't hunt,” he barked out.
Green eyes flew up to meet his. “Oh no, alpha! I didn't, that's not...”
“Then what is it?!” he demanded.
Makoto took his hand clasping the bundle in both of his. “In our clan the omega has the say in courting. When interested the omega will offer a token, and the alpha can decide to peruse or not. I'm sorry, I forgot not all clan practices are the same.”
That knocked all the anger out of the black wolf. “You want me to court you?”
Makoto hummed with a small smile. He took a step closer and tilted his head, exposing his neck.
Sousuke practically purred as he licked a stripe on the proffered skin. “Makoto, I'd very much like to court you.”
Makoto wrapped his arms around his alpha's neck. “I'd very much like that as well.”
Sousuke cut short the omega's grin by pressing a kiss onto his lips instead.

Party Woes
How did Sesshomaru get himself in this situation?
Oh, he knew how. Kagome had been lamenting about pushy males, and he had been likewise disgusted with overly familiar females. Then the words escaped his mouth. Really, he thought he had better control.
"Suppose we go together?"
She had readily taken to the suggestion. They could go as each other's cover from the hordes. Or at least that what she'd assumed.
Truth be told he had loved her for some time, though had far less courage one would expect of a demon lord to say anything.
Now he's standing in the middle of one of his mother's formal social gatherings completely unable to breathe.
Kagome was wearing a kimono that must have been given to her by his mother. It displayed their family crest of a cherry blossom, and an obi that had a large white dog on it. It practically screamed they were mated, or at least engaged. Worst of all she looked fantastic in it.
Hence the not being able to breathe.
Shaking himself, he had to find out if she were aware the implications. He didn't want to tarnish her reputation with wild rumors. He pulled her into an alcove and she was all giggles and smiles.
"I think it's going well, everyone is staying far away." She slapped him on the chest in triumph.
"It is your dress." He didn't mean it in a harsh way, but immediately regretted his phrasing when he saw her frown and pull at the fabric.
"What's wrong with my kimono? Your mother said it'd be perfect for the party."
Well, that answered that question. He would speak to his meddling parent later. Right now he had damage control to do.
"This is the kimono traditionally worn by the intended of the west."
Kagome was not a dumb person, that was one of her more endearing qualities. He could see the recognition of all that was implied dawn on her face.
"Oh," she looked a little stunned. Her eyes snapped to his. "I didn't know, Sesshomaru. Honestly, I didn't." She chewed her lip before continuing. "I know you'd never see me that way... I can go change."
He caught her arm as she turned to leave. "I do see you."
She gasped, "That's not what - "
He lifted her delicate but strong hand to his lips, kissing her palm. "Do not change."
She didn't try to withdraw her hand, but she also had stopped talking. Not really a positive sign.
Finally her other hand came up to rest on her hip. "You need to state it clearly, Sesshomaru."
He let go of her hand, resting it gently at her side. "This Sesshomaru has admired you greatly for some time. I did not wish to rush you when things hadn't progressed with my half-brother."
She shook her head. "That was over four years ago, and you never thought to say anything since?"
He tried to withdraw into himself. This wasn't going like he'd hoped.
She pinched the bridge of her nose. "It's a good thing I think you're cute. But really, what should I expect from mono-syllabic demon lords." She threw her hands in the air.
She looped her arm into the crook of his, and snuggled into his side. She looked up at him as he gazed back at her.
"Let's get back to this party and really give these busybodies something to talk about."

Who You Look For
“Sesshomaru, what do you look for in a woman... I mean a female?” Kagome corrected herself, even if she was just half-asking. When there was silence to her question she looked up at the demon lord as he walked next to her.
The look he was giving her didn't imbue her with confidence. “Right. Forget I asked, stupid question.”
“This one does not look.”
His answering in itself surprised her, then she thought on the words and rolled her eyes. “Of course. I'm sure that demonesses fall at your feet all the time. No need to look, right?” She shook her head and jogged ahead to walk with Sango.
Sesshomaru blinked in consternation. The miko didn't understand. He need not look any more. He had found the female he wished to court.
Suddenly his half-brother was at his side. “You know, she ain't gonna know unless you say it.”

Salted Caramel
Makoto is the sweetest man you will ever meet. Everyone who knows him will tell you that.
He may stand over six feet (183 cm) tall, but he has an unassuming nature that makes him seem smaller somehow.
Only the rare few have seen his other side. The side that is calculating and vicious. The one that secured him the nickname of killer whale.
That propensity is there, simmering under the surface, like the beast hidden beneath the waves. If you threaten his friends, his family, you best prepare for the consequences.
Those who don't know, or don't heed the warnings, regret their life choices after they cross him.
Sousuke saw it at the Samezuka festival when he faced him in the water-gun fight. Fortunately, it was only for play then. He's not sure what he'd do if he had to face Makoto's true wrath.
He thanks all the heavens that Makoto hadn't been there the time he threatened Nanase. He might not have had to worry about his shoulder. He should probably thank Haru for not saying anything.
It's a frightening side to Makoto, but Sousuke also finds it comforting. He never has to worry about his boyfriend.
And well, if trouble does come, he can't help but be a little excited to see the killer whale in action. He's hot when fired up.

Jealousy: Part 2
Everywhere they went Sousuke drew attention. He's like a force of nature. The literal definition of tall, dark, and handsome.
Makoto knew he was lucky in getting Sousuke as a boyfriend. Of course he knew that.
He just wished sometimes he wasn't so distracting.
As soon as that thought came to him, he chided himself for being unkind. Or was it greedy? Whatever it was, it was uncharitable.
But when his boyfriend was interrupted during their date (for the third time) by a passel of giggling girls, he was just about at his breaking point.
This current group said they were “tourists” who needed help finding the metro. Makoto seriously doubted that. None of them had cameras, and a few of them were wearing heels. More likely locals on lunch break.
He rolled his eyes when one of the girls asked for Sousuke’s number “in case they got lost again”. He almost stepped in but his boyfriend finally shoo-ed the girls away.
Sousuke turned to find a deep frown marring Makoto’s face. “What’s wrong?”
“You don’t have to talk to everybody.”
A corner of Sousuke’s mouth turned up. “This from the guy who helps every child and elderly person who comes across his path?”
Makoto’s mouth dropped open. “I don’t!” He received The Look from his boyfriend so he amended his statement. “Well, I try not to when we’re on a date!”
Sousuke was about to rebut when two women came up to him smiling. The more mature of the two touched him on the arm. “Hello, sorry we were -”
“Are you kidding me!?” Makoto interrupted. He grabbed Sousuke by the collar and forcibly kissed him. The kiss wasn’t long, but worth it to see the shocked faces on the women. “He’s taken!” Makoto said triumphantly.
There was silence for several minutes, then Sousuke took one of Makoto’s hands in his own. “Makoto, this is my mother and sister-in-law. I think I told you we were meeting them for lunch.”

Jealousy
"Oh no, your shirt!" Makoto rushed to get his friend a towel.
Kisumi smiled even with the cold tea seeping through his clothes. "Thanks. I'm so clumsy sometimes." He took the proffered towel and attempted to stem the tide.
Makoto frowned. "You can't go home like that. Why don't you borrow one of my shirts? You can return it later."
The pink haired man nodded and shuffled off to the bedroom as Makoto cleaned away the rest of their snacks.
A knock on the front door halted his task and he went to answer. A pleased grin split his face as he saw who was on the other side. "Sousuke."
"I hope I'm not bothering you."
Makoto shook his head. "Of course not. Come in."
The dark haired swimmer's lips turned up in a small smile. "I wanted..." His words trailed off when he caught sight of Kisumi coming out of the bedroom. The smile was immediately wiped from his face.
It wasn't just that Kisumi's hair was ruffled, or even the fact that he was wearing a shirt that was obviously too big for him (aka not his). No, it the fact that the shirt he had on was the one Sousuke had given to Makoto only a week ago.
It had a character on it that reminded him of Makoto, so he bought it for him. Nothing special. But it was Makoto's.
"Hey, Sousuke. I was just headed out." Kisumi said as he gathered his jacket and bag.
The tall man grunted his reply and lavender eyes gave him a curious look. Sousuke stood with his arms folded as the other two said their farewells.
Makoto turned back to his other guest. "Wanna have a seat? Oh, and you wanted something?"
Sousuke let his arms drop, suddenly unsure of why he was there. "If you're busy maybe I should go." He couldn't meet the other man's eyes.
Makoto crossed his arms. "What's wrong?"
Teal eyes finally rose to meet green. Sousuke should have known the man who could read an emotionless person like Haruka Nanase, could size him up easily.
He sighed as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I wanted to ask you out to dinner." His voice got quieter as he spoke.
Makoto smiled and let his arms drop. "Is that all? Of course, where would you like to go?"
"You're not with-" he gestured to the door where their friend had left.
Confusion dominated Makoto's features for a few minutes. Then Sousuke could see when he put everything together. His ears turned an adorable shade of pink.
"You're asking me out on a date?" he squeaked. "And you thought I was with Kisumi?"
"You're not?"
"No!" Makoto stepped forward. "I would love to go out with you on a date."
Sousuke let out the breath he'd been subconsciously holding. "Good."
Makoto chuckled as he put on his jacket. They were on the street to the station when Makoto elbowed the taller man. "So, how jealous were you when you saw Kisumi in my shirt?"
Sousuke stumbled as Makoto laughed and grabbed his arm.

"I want to marry you!"
"What?" Souske reclined back in his seat to get a better look at the other man.
"I said I wanna marry you. You're super sexy and I don't want you to get away." Makoto smiled and leaned over to flick the other man on the nose.
Sousuke chuckled. "Who would take me?"
Makoto gasped. "Everyone!" He threw his arms out, narrowly missing Sousuke's head. "And I don't want anyone else getting their hands on you."
Sousuke's smile became predatory. "And what would you do if you got your hands on me?" he asked with a lascivious glint.
Makoto had a determined look come over his face. He slapped his palms on Sousuke's cheeks and launched himself into a kiss.
It was a fierce, uncoordinated, but enthusiastic kiss.
A goan emanated from across the table, finally breaking the two out of their lip-lock.
Souske looked up and laughed to see Rin using one of his hands to cover Haru's eyes.
"Sousuke, take your husband home, he's clearly drunk."
Sousuke nodded to his best friend. It was time to go home.

Too Good
Lance paced his room, and had been for the last hour. Keith had called and said they "needed to talk".
He had felt this coming. Things had been going too well, and that never bode well for him. He never seemed to hold on to happiness before it was once more ripped away. His relationship with Allura was proof of that.
It had taken a lot of love and support from his family and friends to be ready for a relationship again. And when he was ready Keith had been there with his heart in his hands, offered up for the taking.
Keith was the best boyfriend. Supportive, loving, and undeniably sexy. He couldn't ask for anything better.
That was the problem.
Too good = disaster. Hence the pacing. Even though he'd known it was coming didn't mean it wouldn't hurt. He could feel a panic attack coming on.
Just then Keith knocked, then let himself in. He shrugged out of his jacket as Lance froze to stare at him.
Lance's heartbeat raced to see his boyfriend. Usually that was a good thing but this time the tension on Keith's features did not calm his fears.
Keith looked ill, like he was going to puke, or maybe just run. Lance could relate.
Keith ran his hands through his stupidly soft hair. “Listen, Lance. I guess you know this has been a long time in coming.” He looked at the frozen man across from him. “Maybe you should sit down.”
Lance did feel like his legs were about to give way, but he’d never give Keith the satisfaction of seeing him weak. “No, I think I’m good here.”
Keith looked like he wanted to give a rebuttal, but shrugged one shoulder instead. “Lance we’ve known each other for a while now. No, that’s not what I want to say.” He was muttering now, and pacing.
Keith looked like he could implode any second. Lance felt he would get there first though. This was killing him.
"You don't have to say it if you don't want to." Half of him wanted this over with, and the other half wanted to never have it happen.
"I don't?" Keith's voice was small, unlike his usual bold demeanor.
"Yeah, man. I can see where this is going. No need to prolong our agony." He tried to laugh it off, but his heart was shattered.
"Agony?" Keith's brows dipped for a second then shot to his hairline. "Wait, what do you think is going on here?"
Lance's face pinched in pain. "You're breaking up with me." He folded his arms and turned away.
Keith chuckled and shook his head. He strode forward and grabbed one of Lance's hands, and led him over to the couch where they both sat. He waited until he had his boyfriend's full attention. "That's NOT what's going on here."
"It's not?" A small hopeful note came back into his voice.
Keith shook his head. "It's not." He rubbed his thumb across the back of Lance's hand. "I'm trying to propose to you, dummy."
Lance could've been knocked over by his mama's shoe.
Suddenly the world came back into focus in a whoosh. Lance sprang to his feet. "No!"
Keith looked hurt as Lance also dragged him to his feet, and back out the front door. "No?"
"No, you are going back out, and we are going to do this again." He leaned out, and pecked Keith on the lips with a smile. "We'll get it right this time."
Keith's smile was huge as the door shut in his face.
Spoiler Alert: Lance said yes.

Bigger Than Me
Makoto had never felt like this before. He had always been the tallest, the strongest. Now here in front of him was a wall of a man. Slightly taller and even more broad than himself.
Sousuke was imposing. Not just with his permanent scowl, which had lessened recently, but by the sheer physicality of him.
Makoto was far too embarrassed to even ponder why standing close to the other man did something funny to his insides. Something hot and primal.
He tried not to think of all that firm muscle being able to dominate even someone of his stature. He tried not to imagine being pushed up against the nearest wall and kissed within an inch of his life.
He tried not to think of a bed and being -
"Makoto?" Sousuke asked.
The killer whale made a distinctly unmanly noise and kicked himself for letting his mind wander down dirty paths whilst in public. "Oh, uh, yes?"
"Are you alright?" He stepped closer and put a reassuring hand on his shoulder.
Makoto shook down to his core. Gods, he needed to get ahold of himself. "Yeah, fine," he tried to wave the focus off himself with a motion of his hand.
Sousuke looked dubious dispite the assurance as he gave his friend a once-over. Makoto had a distinct blush on his cheeks which extended to his ears. He was cute.

"You did it!" Makoto cheared as he offered his hand to the champion swimmer.
Sousuke's smile was wide and unfiltered. "No, we did it." He took the hand and then the towel which followed.
The smile he recieved in return of his own was soft and reverent. "You did all the hard work."
"Perhaps, but if you hadn't been there guiding, encouraging, and sometimes forcing me, I would never have made it this far."
Sousuke dropped the towel as he took a step closer. Even as the crowd continued to roar around them he felt as if they were separate and away from all that. All he could see were green eyes searching him.
"Sousuke?" Makoto questioned as the other became still. He loved his intensity, especially when it was aimed at him, but he wondered about the timing.
"Makoto, I'm truly grateful for all that you are. I can't imagine my life from here on without you."
His breath stilled. "What are you trying to say?"
The swimmer's smile widened again as he reached for his coach's hands. "Will you continue to take care of me the rest of our lives? Makoto, would you marry me?"
For the briefest moment Makoto froze as his brain processed the very important question. But the answer was never in doubt. "Yes!" was his enthusiastic reply as he flung his arms around the other man's neck.
So there, in front of the swimmers, coaches, spectators, and those viewing over the camera feeds, two men shared a kiss to seal a promise of a lifetime of love.

"May I kiss you?" he asked as he leaned closer.
"Sousuke," Makoto was a mix of mortified and exasperated. "You don't have to ask every time."
The dark haired man grinned. "I know. Maybe I do it to see the cute blush you always get."
"Sou-" further protests were stopped by another set of lips pressed against his own.

Gou’s Protection
“You're here for her?! What a laugh! Where were you the last several years? Tell me that, Rin!” Kisume's lavender eyes went a shade darker with their narrowing.
“I'm her brother!” he bit back angrily.
“Some brother you've been. Who was with her when she started Middle School and was teased about her name and hair?”
“Gou was teased?” Rin was equal parts incensed and saddened.
Pink hair shook in the rush of rage. “No! You do not get to be angry about that! You were off chasing your swimming in fucking Australia! Who was here every day to hear her cry, and help her stand up to the bullies?” He flung his arms out.
Rin eyed him with a touch of gratefulness. “You did that for her?”
Kisumi had never felt as close to punching someone as he did at that moment. “No!” he roared. “It was the guy you just yelled at and chased out of here! Sousuke was a constant support to your sister. You had better get your head out of your ass and thank him before you not only lose one friend but two.”
