You will not find a single Hadith, even a weak one, describing how A'isha, Fatima and Khadija (ra) looked. This is how careful the Sahabah and Muslims were, about letting someone even imagine what their women looked like.
And now, men post pictures of their own wives and daughters. Or women post themselves online to thousands of strangers. How far we've strayed...
O Brothers, protect your women from having the eyes of another man on her, for indeed Allah hates those men who have no gheerah.

As we approach the end of Ramadan, let us ask ourselves: how has our fasting been throughout this month? Did we protect our fasts from backbiting, lying and looking at harām? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Fasting is a shield from the Hell-fire" (Tirmidhi). By fasting as we truly should (abstaining from sins and following our desires), fasting becomes a means of protection from the Hell-fire. Let us ask ourselves: have our names been added to the list of those whom Allah has freed from the Hell-fire? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed Allah has freed slaves (from Hell) every day and night (in Ramadan)..." (Ahmad).

“Behave well in your private life and Allah will make your public life excellent. Take care of what is between you and Allah, and He will take care of what is between you and the people. Work for your Hereafter and Allah will suffice your affairs in this world. Sell your worldly life for your Hereafter and you will profit in them both together, and do not sell your Hereafter for your worldly life or you will lose them both together.“

The last 10 of Ramadan are around the corner. Leave the dunya behind as much as you can and turn to Allah with your entire heart. When you recite Qur'an, recite it for guidance. When you pray, pray the farewell prayer. When you ask for paradise, ask for Al-firdaws.
Start making dua that Allah makes you from those who reap the benefits of Laylatul Qadr. Many say, "allow me to reach that night" but reaching it is not enough, it is about making full use of it. May Allah grant us tawfiq. ✨
Also
Pls see this post as a reminder to pray for the people of Palestine, especially North Gaza.
May Allah grant them help and may we learn sabr and real QADR from them and their sacrifices.
Aameen
Thanks for reading :)

what you get from lowering your gaze ??
It cleans from your heart the feeling of sadness.
It illuminates your chest and your eyes, face and limbs will be illuminated
It inherits a person al-Firaasa (insight, your gut feeling will work stronger)
It opens the path of knowledge for you.🚸
It makes you solid on what you believe
It brings happiness to the heart
It saves the heart from being a captive of your desires
The doors of Hellfire will be blocked from you.
It sharpens your intellect; you become smarter.

“Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khairin faqir”
Recite this everyday, at every opportunity you can get. It’s a very powerful Dua. Recite it with the belief that Allah can make the impossible, possible because He can. He is the only one that can change your situation and provide you with everything you need in this life and hereafter. Pray it with your whole heart and trust in Him. 💖

Ever feel like running away from the situation you're in? just like escaping and never existed? Ever feel like if we could just cry for hours and hours without any words? Or cry out loud with all the unknown and messy thoughts from inside and someone would just listen? I pray people find someone they can run to for solace but it's rare. It's rare because a human being can never understand another human being truly than it's creator. Turn to him whenever you feel the need to escape. He will comfort you like no one else can!

can no longer be patient, as if you've
broken and that's it, then Allah swt
suddenly grants you strength to endure
whatever comes your way. never lose
your trust in Allah, He sends help in
unimaginable ways.

When we are born the Adhan is recited but, No prayer is performed.
When we pass away, No Adhan is given but prayer is performed.
WHY ???
Because the Adhan of your birth belongs to the prayer of your death. Thats how short life is. Death is certain but life is not. We can't escape death.
Wise is the person who prepares for his Akhirah by;
Living a righteous life, praying, doing good deeds, staying firm upon his deen and seeking Allah's forgiveness and mercy !

Remember, when you feel like your duas aren’t being answered, maybe they are just one prayer away, maybe Allah wants you to get closer to him by asking him constantly.
It will come to you when the time is right, Allah is always listening.
So, do not stop praying, since Allah has guided your heart to make that dua for a reason.
Put your trust in Allah and your duas will never be rejected.
Allah says: “I am truly near. I respond to one’s prayer when they call upon Me. So let them respond ˹with obedience˺ to Me and believe in Me, perhaps they will be guided ˹to the Right Way˺.” [2:186] 🤍

A story of olive and cactus ---#palestine "Wherever you see cactus, know there was a Palestinian village in that place". That's what they tell you if you ever visit the West Bank. Israel has been removing, bulldozing, erasing villages and cities for decades to terraform the land. But the problem is, Cactus keeps growing back. No matter how they try to destroy the land and the soil and build their settlements, cactus keep coming back.
A friend of mine just came back from there carrying a gift for me: Locally squeezed olive oil from a her village in the West Bank. "Forget the commercial stuff you buy from stores. We squeeze oil in our own villages."
They squeeze the olives on the stone mills, use clean dedicated straw bags to squeeze it on the extruding machines. Same process that has been done for 100,200, 400 maybe 600 years. As old as these trees. You take a product of the land, squeeze it to its limits and you get that pure green gold.
A healing potion of life.
"Just put some oil" is the answer for everything in Palestine. Hungry? Add oil. A bit sick? Rub oil. Want to feel better about the world? Oil as old as the earth is there for are not just olive trees. They are family.
They are there to feed you, heal you and take care of you. How can you uproot a member of the family and call this land yours? I have no idea. The trees don't agree with that. And cactus definitely don't agree with that. Maybe we got it all wrong! Maybe olive trees are not just an extension of Palestinian heritage. Maybe, Palestinians themselves are an extension of the land. They are like the trees. You can beat them, you can pressure them, you can squeeze them and push them beyond any human limits. But they don't die. Like crushed olives that produce green gold. And from death, a million lives will be born. And their pain will eventually be the healing potion for all of us.
And if you try to uproot them, they won't go away. You think they will. But they come back. Like cactus. To defy you, to stand up against you, take your abuse and prick you back. They are there, to stay. Forever

Maybe Allah is testing you again because you failed your previous test. Have sabr, be grateful and tawakkul, then you’ll pass this test. Know that behind every delay, there is goodness. People of Sabr, Shukr Tawakkul never have bad outcomes. They always have beautiful outcomes.
