I was annoyed yesterday when I discovered IDW Publishing lost the license for the Transformers comics because I wanted their pretty hardcovers.
Today I realized another publisher picked up the licensing and I could preorder volume 1 of their new compendium collection of the comics.

Additionally, imagine the seekers (an offshoot species of the Lunarians) have joined up with the Decepticons because they’re kept like pretty pets by the Primes, caged and collared with clipped wings, and Megatron offered to free them. And the Primes are almost as pissed about their pretty birds being taken as they are about losing their power.
Starscream is called Starscream because she has a sonic scream. And Thundercracker can bust eardrums with a sonic boom. And Skywarp can warp all over the place like Nightcrawler from X-Men. And Sunstorm is gorgeous and dangerous because she emits solar energy—Etc, etc.
And they want to watch the Primes tumble off their thrones. And Starscream spits on one of the Primes when they return to the islands with the Navy to try and “negotiate” with Megatron.

Conveniently forgetting to mention that the reason for the revolution was because Iacon flourished and thrived while the citizens of Kaon were worked like slaves and occasionally tossed into the Gladiator Pits so the wealthy of Iacon could enjoy a bit of violent bloodsport.
And Iacon and Kaon are these technologically advanced islands that put Egghead Island to shame, and the transformers are cybernetically enhanced humans, so you can bet fem! Soundwave still has her tentacle feeler/data jack things.
And the 13 Primes want the World Government to step in and remove Megatron and his supporters (the Decepticons) from power in exchange for troves of Cybertronian Tech.

Because it logically doesn’t make any sense! Fewer males makes more sense then no males.
In the logic of canon, the Kuja leave the island, get knocked up and return to the island to have the kid...cool, what happens if they have the baby anywhere else? What happens when the have a boy? Toss them into the ocean? Abandon them somewhere?
And how do so many grown woman who are implied to know Rayleigh to some extent not no what a boy is when they first meet Luffy? They aren’t that insular of a community that they would never meet any men.
It would make infinitely more sense that they bring males to island for breeding purposes and maybe to be the caretaker of house and children because well, someone’s gotta raise those girls.
Plus it’s the genetic code received from the biological father that dictates whether a child will have to x chromosones or an x and a y chromosone, giving them their biological sex.
And I kind of like the idea that because born Kuja males are so rare, they receive some amount of special treatment. Maybe being raised to be part of an elite warrior unit (not unlike the rarely born Gerudo males in Legend of Zelda)
Basically, give me vicious kuja warriors who like their husbands soft and nurturing and their sons spoiled and even more vicious than them.

5 random things about me
Iron Maiden is my favourite band, and If Eternity Should Fail is my favourite song from them. When Necropolis starts talking, I get the good shivers.
I hated school, but I graduated high school, and I get annoyed every time someone asks me what I would go to university for.
I love learning about history, especially ancient history, but I have no interest in modern history because it stresses me out and makes me anxious.
I have thalassophobia despite never having been anywhere close to the ocean, having any experience with the ocean, or even living at an altitude where the ocean is a threat (thank you for your protection, Canadian Rocky Mountains), but it is mainly triggered by Video Games (hilarious when you consider that Assassin's Creed Odyssey is one of my favourite games). It is the definition of an irrational fear.
I hate watching anime adaptations of manga, even if I love the series. One Piece is a great example of this hatred. I adored the manga and everything about it, and I can happily watch the movies, but I can't stand the pacing of the anime. I also hate the need for filler or the seemingly arbitrary changes they like to make.
