Another sketchbook for @artistfingers!
I've been trying a lot of new techniques so it's been slow-going, but I'm finally getting somewhere, I think.
Commissions are still open!

Strawberries and cream 🍓
Long time no post! I've been trying out some new techniques and this has been my first success. This sketchbook (and its soon-to-be-made twin) will be available at Rogue Comic Con in May! But if it doesn't happen to sell, I'll definitely be listing it on my Ko-fi, so keep an eye out 😉

Commissions OPEN
Hello! I am currently OPEN for commissions. I also have a Ko-fi shop for pre-made books.
Here are some commission rules:
I can only take five commissions at a time, currently. Email [email protected] or head over to my Ko-fi Commission Page to request a commission. My commission slots are first-come-first-serve. Look below to see if there are any slots open
I will not take fic-binding commissions unless I can verify that you are the author or have written permission from the author
Commissions may take time. I will need to get materials if I do not have them and wait for them to be shipped. Please be patient. It’s okay to check up, but do not bother me about how long your commission is taking. If it is a time sensitive commission, we can discuss that beforehand. Extra fees may apply for rush jobs and expedited shipping
Commissions requested through email will be paid via PayPal invoice. Commissions through Ko-fi will be paid there.
The price listed on Ko-fi is the base charge. If your materials and labor costs come to more than that, and we did not discuss the exact cost beforehand via messages, I will send a PayPal invoice to make up the difference. If you do not have PayPal or would not like to go through PayPal, I will request that you make up the difference via the "Tip" feature on my page. The initial payment is required for cost of materials and shipping. Any costs that exceed the minimum price will be required after the book is done but before it is shipped. If you absolutely refuse to pay the extra costs, I will give a partial refund (labor costs and final shipping fee) and list the finished book on my shop for someone else to purchase.
Commission prices are listed below (in USD). These are all estimates, as prices will vary based on materials used and time taken:
Chapbook/Booklet: ~$10 per book
Small Sketchbook: ~$20-25 per book | Large Sketchbook: $30-$50
Oneshot (fic) or short story (up to 15k words): Softcover – $15 per book | Hardcover – $25-$75
Chaptered fic or book (up to 80k words, hardcover only): $75-$100
Lined journal/Grid journal: $50 | Unlined journal: $45

This is what I've been working on recently! This is my first "DM Notebook" - complete with sections for PC Stats, NPC Stats, Location Details, Session Notes, Stars & Wishes, and Player Consent, all with section tabs to easily navigate the book! The endpages are printed copies of the world map. Each PC page is customized with a font matching the handwriting of that character, with necessary stats for a DM to know and several pages of lined paper for notes. The NPC section has 10 detailed NPC spreads (stat blocks with a page for notes) and 10 more pages of just stat blocks. The Location section is the same: 10 spreads of just about anything you could think of for a location, plus a page for notes, and 10 more pages of just location blocks. Session Notes is lined pages with brief headers to detail the session number, date, character level, and current quest. Stars & Wishes is where the DM can record players' favorite things about the session and what they do or don't want to happen in future sessions. Player Consent is two pages of "Absolutely Not"s, "Maybe"s, and "Okay"s on what players are and aren't comfortable with happening in game. The four bookmarks are special for this campaign; for character and world reasons, the DM needs to keep track of the seasons. Each bookmark represents a season, and the DM can bookmark their session notes with what season it is at the end of each session! All in all, I had a lot of fun (and a lot of frustration) making this one! It's going to its owner (@jaimekhaji) this week and I can reassure it will be very well-loved and well-used. Cover paper is Golden Dragons - Celadon Blue from gpcpapers.com

My most recent finished commission! A half-cover style with turquoise bookcloth along the spine and Stonehenge white cardstock 90lb for the covers.
I learned a lot of things working on this, and I'm glad to have worked on such a fun project for my first official commission! Thank you @dragonsorceress22, I hope you enjoy!

Journal wip for @jaimekhaji! Still waiting on endpapers so this won't officially be glued together until the end of the month (most likely) but here's a preview for what it WILL look like
200 pages, Arturo white paper, gold bookmark ribbon, blue endbands, and blue stitching. I'll post final pics once the whole thing is done!

A look at the first binding of my senior project. Hopefully gonna get the rest of these (only a 5 print run) done in the next few days!
Its not super clear but the inside cover is iridescent cardstock. I ran into a bit of an issue with it, as you can't print on it, but the backside was NOT foiled and something I could print on. So, this was born.
The chapbook is about family, grief, childhood, and trying to figure out who you are after it all. I'll be presenting it on June 14th for my BFA.
This was only a 5 copy run, but if there's any interest, I may do more later (with a better text paper) and put them up for sale.

I learned many things while making this, including but not limited to: vellum does not take glue well, I must have something underneath when I do the stamp, my press likes to press things crooked, and most people use iron-on vinyl to do their fancy covers.
I'll probably do this one again one day, when I have the skill, materials, and tools to do it justice. For now, I'll make like Cyrus and read.
Fic is The Second Principle of Magic by Queen Neehola on ao3
