ellie’s notes: first time writing for people outside aot pls be patient with me
levi gives you his jacket/clothes, and does so without a word of acknowledgement (aside from maybe a small grunt of amusement). say it’s a chilly day, you’ve forgotten a sweater and the goosebumps are ever so visible on your skin. you don’t have to ask, don’t even have to make a sound, and levi’s already got his favorite sweatshirt up and over his head, braving the cold just so you can stay warm. “keep it,” he whispers, warming the tip of your nose with a soft kiss. “i like you in my clothes.”
hange is always calling you pet names, and this is way before you two even started dating. it just kinda slipped one day and they never really stopped. a casual ‘baby’ or ‘love’ is often thrown around, even more unconventional ones like ‘dummy’, ‘my favorite little loser’, and other things like that (never more than a harmless joke). nevertheless, you’ve always loved them; it’s hard to ignore the butterflies in your stomach every time one escapes hange’s lips. the most out there one was probably “my sweet little pumpkin pie.”
jean absolutely loves sleeping on your chest, no matter it’s size. he thinks it’s so comfy and intimate; more often than not you’ll find him slinking under the covers after a long day, immediately resting his big head right underneath your collarbone. he often peppers you with sleepy kisses before dozing off, and don’t even get me started on if you happen to play with his hair or rub his back. that man will be yours forever and ever. jean boy is just the biggest softie; all he wants is to be close to you <3
nobara will do your makeup and/or nails while she sits on your lap. it’s so cute, the way she sticks her tongue out and has a super concentrated look as she tries to perfect your eyeliner or refrain from getting excess nail polish on your skin. it’s fun bonding time, too; she always uses it as an opportunity to catch up and listen to you ramble while she does her thing. trust me, if you want to look good going out, nobara is your girl for sure. she always ends whatever you’re doing with a forehead kiss as a reward for your patience.
megumi loves to cuddle while it rains. sure, in public he isn’t the most romantic guy out there, but when it’s just the two of you? whole different story. rainy days are his absolute favorite because it almost always means a lazy day with just the two of you. he loves laying there with you curled up on his chest or into his side, watching the droplets race on the window and hearing the soft pitter patter. it seems like the world stops; reality is put on pause for the day, giving you and megumi all the time on earth to simply be together.
kento loves to slow dance with you. i headcanon that he prefers the classics (i’m talking like frank sinatra) and even has a vinyl collection to pull out just for the occasion. it doesn’t matter if you’re a shit dancer; he’ll be right there to guide you along as you both sway gently to the beat of the song. if you get lucky, kento will even hum or gently murmur the words in your ear, making it all the more romantic. he’s so gentle with you and in the way he moves; an activity so intimate, and you can never quite get enough, even long after your feet begin to ache.
akaashi plays with your fingers. it doesn’t matter what he’s doing - if he has a free hand, it’s latched to yours, fingertips tracing little patterns into your skin. he absolutely loves the way you feel, his heart threatening to burst whenever you shoot him a gentle smile, a nonverbal urge to continue his maneuvers. your favorite is when he does it in bed, half conscious as he sleepily and lovingly intertwines your fingers. akaashi loves kissing your fingertips, too; it’s one of your favorite ways in which he shows how much he cares about you.
