DID SOMEBODY SAY NPTNC AU LORE POINTS PART 2....????!?!!?!

[just a reminder this au is a silly little au that starts as a corny 2000s highschool au that takes place around the 80s but extends even after highschool with time and it features like literally every brbabcs character ever but the post-highchool era focuses on gus and max until me and my friend write more lore about the other characters]

– Max loved to talk during class. Gus kept telling him to stop talking and listen to what the teacher is saying because the material may appear on the next exam but he would always roll his eyes playfully at him. It wasn't long until Max's actions influenced Gus and he slowly started talking with Max during class too, and the teachers were surprised to find out about Gus's lack of seriousness at school since it was so unusual for someone like him.

– At some point, Gus introduced Max to his parents (when nothing was official yet so they thought he was just a friend) and it made them very happy for him. Little did they know, that neither Gus nor Max could define their love for each other as platonic anymore.

– One time when they were talking, Max accidentally blurted out something kinda questionable about his feelings for Gus, but the both of them quickly brushed it off. A few days later, Gus told Max that they needed to talk. Max was so nervous because he thought what he said that day disgusted Gus and that he doesn't wanna be friends with him anymore, but when they met up and talked, it was revealed that Gus actually has feelings for Max too. They decided to follow their hearts and go out with each other, but of course keep it a secret from everyone, because they knew no one would accept them.

– Apparently, they weren't the best at keeping that secret. Lalo knew they were in love all along, and picked on Gus so much for that. Gus thought it was just because he was the perfect target for a bully - nerdy and quiet, but after many years of reflection, they both realized how obvious them being in love was for others.

This one is GusMax focused jajajjaja.... I have a lot more lore points that won't fit in one post so until next time enjoy this :3
