RANKS OF DEMONS IN HELL
Counts of Hell
There are 17 counts mentioned in grimoires: Ayperor, Ayperos, Barbatos, Bifrons, Botis, Camiel, Furfur, Ipes, Marax, Murmur, Orias, Raum, Renove, Ronobe, Saleos, Vine and Zaebos. They are considered demons of Superior Order and they command legions and servitors.
Electors of Hell
It refers generally to a planetary spirit, most of the grimoires agree that there are 7 Electors of Hell none of them agree on who those demons are but there are 5 names that appear on the list: Amudiel, Annixiel, Barbiel, Barfael and Dirachiel. The following names are from others grimoires: Aciel, Amnixiel, Amudiel, Aniguel, Anizel, Annixiel, Barbiel, Barfael, Baruel, Dirachiel, Enediel, Ganael, Geliel and Geniel.
Emperors of Hell
Typically there are 4 emperors, one for each of the cardinal points. The 10 demons that have been assigned the rank of emperor are Amenadiel ( West) Bairiron, Barma, Carnesiel ( East) Caspiel ( South) Demoriel ( North) Lucifer, Padiel, Samael and Symiel.
Earls of Hell
