So I just saw a post by a random personal blog that said “don’t follow me if we never even had a conversation before” and?????? Not to be rude but literally what the fuck??????????
I’ve had people (non-pornbots) try to strike conversation out of nowhere in my DMs recently, and now I’m wondering if they were doing that because they wanted to follow me and thought they needed to interact first. I feel compelled to say, just in case, that it’s totally okay to follow this blog (or my side blog, for that matter) even if we’ve never talked before.
Also, I’m legit confused. Is this how follow culture works right now? It was worded like it’s common sense but is that really a thing?

Personal ramble under the cut
Work is low key eating me alive and I have had zero motivation to write, let alone read any fanfics at all recently, which makes me really sad cause I miss being on here more often and interacting but I just have zero brain power for like anything rn.
Like I want to write and draw but any time I sit down to do it outside of work I justtt can’t. Which is so frustrating, but I just have so much crap going on.
Like I even just had my birthday (which was very good, I got myself the toruk makoto backpack and it’s perfect) but even that was just not quite enough to get me over this hump.
And like it’s prob my depression being nasty + general art/writers block, which is slowly getting better, I just have so much other life shit happening I can’t quite get back to the things I actually want to be doing.
All that’s to say that I’m on an unofficial hiatus for the moment, or I guess continuing hiatus given that it’s been like 2 months already, until my motivation etc comes back.
Idk if anyone’s actually gonna read this, but on the off chance anyone does: I’m all good, just busy and tired. If ppl have fic recs I would greatly appreciate them lol.

Finally posting doodles of peoples OCs!! The last several weeks have been super busy for me and I didn’t have nearly as much time as I thought to work on these 😅 but I’m so glad to be hopping back in here again.
Just line art for now but I might go back and color them at some point. I have so many OCs saved that were either sent to me or I found that i immediately fell in love with so I will be doing another small round of these at some point in the future! Thank you for letting me draw your OCs!

Final update for my Pa’li charm project!
He’s all finished!!
I’m so happy with how this little guy turned out, and especially that I figured out how to get him to hang fairly easily. There’s a few things I would do differently if I made him again but otherwise I’m really happy with how he turned out!!
I opted for feather beads rather than actual feathers this time around but maybe if I do this again I’ll use those instead.
