This isn’t a funny ha ha post. This is more of a serious post about something i’ve witnessed today. I feel like I needed to get this out but since i have no one to talk to I just wanted to air it out here

As I was leaving my brother’s house after the eclipse with my mother a red t-bird spun out in front of us and hit a truck. It was my mom’s quick thinking that prevented us from hitting the car. sharply turning the wheel left. The t-bird hit a truck causing it to flip three times and land upside down. The accident caused debris to fling into our car but we weren’t hurt. She ran out of the car and quickly checked the boy in the car after seeing he was fine she ran to the truck and pulled the woman driving it (we would later find out it was a close friend) out from the backseat. As this is happening I call 911 but by the time I get on the line so many people have called I can hear their calls get intertwined with mine. I’ve never felt utterly useless, i felt like i should have been out there helping my mom instead of staying out with the children like she said. The boy in the car suddenly started seizing when the ambulance arrived. As he was getting treated i was being questioned by police. They were asking so much and I was in state of just utter disbelief that my story was all messed up. it wasn’t until after that i realized that I explained a few things out of order. I had so much on my mind, i was scared the woman was dead from the look of her car and the boy would be in a much worse state. I tried to find out what happened to them to see if they were ok but all i could find was a singular facebook post with only photos of the crash.
