CRYSTAL READING: What should you cultivate more in yourself ?

A little explanation of the method I used for reading

Lithomancy : I assigned a meaning for each stone (each stone represents a planet) and cast them on a circle divided into 12 parts, just like an astrology chart and do the reading

1. Red jasper

I see a pyramid with strong foundation.

You would need to build a shelter in yourself to stay calm amidst a hectic life.

Life may give you lots of hardship, but if you know how to stay rooted in yourself, you can weather any storms coming your way.

To do that, you need to find your authentic ideals, your own aspirations in life, without outside's interference. Like a personal compass. No matter what you do, where you go, that compass can guide you to the right direction.

But to be able to make that compass, you would need to open up to your own self.

I see that some parts of your are hidden in your own eyes. You need to see all of yourself, both light and dark, both strength and weakness, both selfish desires and selfless devotion. A dichotomy within yourself. It is the opposition that keeps you balanced.

2.Citrine

A leaf or a boat, tenderly floating in the stream. If you could let your heart lead your life and follow the natural flow, you will see that life would be so much easier.

You will be able to see that life works in a very cyclical way. Allow yourself to unfold naturally with time. There is no need to rush.

Strangely enough, by doing that, you would appear to the world as a person holding so much inner power.

I could see that with time, you will become so much more at ease with yourself, and that will create a natural confidence.

Going with the flow of life does not mean doing nothing. It means seeing your dream and having the bravery to take concrete but harmonious steps to come closer to that dream. You would need to cultivate a lion's heart, bravely facing your hidden fears, guilts, and confusions hiding in the dark.

3.Pyrite

There is a focus on relationships.

You have an idealistic approach to romance with lots of fantasies and confusion.

That tends to attract the type of people who are aggressive, domineering, and have a big ego. This kind of relationship would bring lots of stress and disappointment to you.

I notice that my tone for this group is more curt and to the point. Maybe that's how some people feel when they are in your energy. Your energy would bring out some shadows in people.

Sometimes, people would actually have some dark impulses toward goodness. Light would bring out shadow. I'm saying this because I see that opposite of the heavy energy people that you attract, you have a gentle and light energy.

What you should cultivate is a sense of boundary and authority for yourself.

Keep the light, but be more detached and see clearly of what you want, how you want to be treated, and how you can feel nourished in a relationship. Maybe not too focused on 1 on 1 relationship, but be more open to being a part of a community. I see that you are meant to be a soul of freedom, not chained by other's egos.

4.Rose quartz

The energy of a mentor, a teacher.

There is something so strong yet very warm and loving about your energy.

You don't need to be actually in the teaching profession to teach. The way you express yourself, the way you live your life, the way you honour your emotions, and let your inner child shine can inspire many people. People want to learn from you.

I think that you don't need to cultivate something particular, but more like noticing things about yourself to be more aware and navigate them more easily. The strongest thing is the voice. The voice of authority. Be the voice of truth that speaks deep into people's hearts. Even sometimes, that would make people uncomfortable.

I see a playful child with a sharp tongue that speaks some acute observations about the world, but nobody feels offended. That is the special power of children. You could still retain some of that power within you.

5.Obsidian

I immediately see the number four and the Jupiter's glyph (♃, when I actually searched the glyph again, it was a little different from the crystal's image, but I couldn't shake the association) Another thing about Jupiter is that the stone for Jupiter landed on the highest position of the chart, stands between two black obsidian stones (one was the one I chose to represent place of focus, one was this group that you chose). So the theme of Jupiter would be where you should put more focus on cultivating. Travelling, religion, and foreign cultures will bring in lots of transformation for you.

Also, if you are more open about your wish and desires, you would manifest them much easier, broadcast to the universe, and let the universe listen to you. If you feel restricted and not comfortable showing your individuality, this is the message for you to show your light to the world more. Many would appreciate that.

6.Flourite

There is a sense of urgency in this group. The universe is sending you a very urgent message.

It is time to build your lasting legacy. There is something you're meant to create for the mass. It could be something to do with words, something verbal, creative writing, or things created by hands. Things that stir the imagination and deep emotions of the audience. Making this work will bring you sudden fortunes and blessings.

Tap into your dreams. You could get lots of inspiration or source materials from the dreams you have while sleeping or even daydreams. Don't ignore the images. When you put your attention to them, the messages will be clearer to you. Translate them into your works with dedication and steadiness and bring them to life.

1. Garnet

Lots of your fears are shadow ghosts from your past lives. The trauma from the final moment of your past live still haunts your subconscious, creating some irrational fears about death or separation. Maybe the images you see in dreams are snippets from the past.

I could see a strong spiritual or religious life, a firm root forming your current beliefs and ideas. Interests in travel, religion, or philosophy would come from this. If you are interested in some particular cultures, that could be a clue about where you lived in the past. You could have gotten into some arguments and conflicts about these matters in the past, challenging the status quo,

and in this current life, you can be quite vocal and passionate about your beliefs and philosophy.

Turning away from outdated thinking mode or conventional rules, wanting to express your individuality and uniqueness.

I get a really strong sense of servitude, duty, and selflessness from your past lives. This could result in a certain lack of ego, a subdued and humble personality (except when you get passionate about some ideas and want to defend them, you would have no problem express yourself)

2. Carnelian

Many gifts and talents are brought over from your past lives. A collection of expertise.

You would do some refinement to bring them to their full glory.

These gifts could be related to meticulous crafts, things that require a skilful hands or mind. It could be handcrafted pieces or your words. I see that in the past, you had practised these crafts so well, over and over, it became a habit for you. And that hard work had paid off, and you gained recognition for it. You could even travel to many countries to teach or consult about your craft.

In the current life, you may be perceived as inspirational, doing things with such ease and mastery, even when you don't see it like that yourself, but that is how you come across to others.

To fully tap into your past talents, you should do some meditation on your subconscious, your dreams, synchronicities that you've encountered, things that pull at your heart, even things that make you feel vulnerable and exposed or some sudden, random insights. Those are the ways your past is trying to communicate with you.

3. Smoky quartz

Immediately, I could see that your past lives have so many influences on your current life, especially in the area of relationship, both with people and with material possessions.

In the past, you could have some problems with boundaries, how to maintain a healthy one, how to respect other's. That lesson has continued on into this current life. You are not done learning it.

Maybe you didn't have privacy and peace to yourself, I see lots of chattering in the residence where you lived in your past lives. People would constantly come and go. That could influence you to desire a more harmonious, private environment.

I see an image of a cross standing upright. Another image is a lantern or a source of light (maybe the moon) is shining on the rest, and everything flocks to that light. Maybe in the past, you had some type of fame, lots of people looking up to you or scrutinised your life, your life could be put under the public's eyes and that had created a heavy burden to yourself.

In terms of material possessions, you could have a complicated and confusing relationship with it. In your past lives, you had received a lot from others, but somehow, you felt that none of those possessions was actually yours.

4. Apatite

Except for group 1 (garnet), all the other groups had the Moonstone's dark side facing up, denoting an emotional baggage or wound from the past.

In this group, it was about joy, being carefree of the lack of it.

It seems your current life is a continuation of the past. A chain of successive works with no rest in between.

You had served many in your past lives, in an institution, a locked space like prison, or somewhere with a very restrictive and confined environment. Your individuality was not allowed to be showed, you had to act as a part of a larger entity, an organisation. That could produce an uncomfortable feeling or a reluctant attitude in the situations that require you to show your individuality in this current life.

If you ever feel a desire to escape, to just pack and leave, to leave everything behind, or to be by yourself and thinking things alone, know that it's a very valid feeling, subconciously stemming from the restriction of your past. If you want to find your peace and rest, by all means, do that. This is the journey to find your own voice, to let your inner child have its deserved playground.

These people come into your life in a very fast or even quite forceful manner. They would feel random and foreign to you, but you are attracting them exactly because of that.

They will help you open up your mind and bring some changes to your routine and habits.

Talking with them would not be comfortable all the time. Sometimes, you would feel quite exposed or triggered by them. Their manner of communicating with you would be brutally honest and challenging to your ego. Because they would have a big ego too. They would give an image of a stern, serious and quite a coarse person with strong energy. Would be too much and a little in your face.

But through that, they help shedding some light on your deep-seated vulnerability and fears and propel you higher because they genuinely believe that you're capable of much more.

After some time, if you're able to get used to their way of talking with you, you will feel safe enough to open up more, maybe even adopt some of their fearless and authoritative traits. Be more relaxed and flow with them.

At times, they can also be more tender. Their words have deep impacts on you, making you feel more beautiful and more confident in yourself. Their compliments are true words, not laced with hidden motives. They understand what it's like to be vulnerable and wounded, and they've learned to be strong.

You would likely meet them when you are having fun, making something or going about with your daily life. Could be the people that you see regularly, like your colleagues, the people you are collaborating with. They could be foreigners and have different lifestyle from you.

2. Moss agate

You are attracting quite a chaotic energy.

At first, you and them would click with each other very fast. Conversations will be fun and flow effortlessly. These people are quite quirky and moody, like the stereotype of artists. You guys would change subjects a lot while talking, having some random and private jokes that only you can understand.

They can make you feel taken care of with small and considerate gestures.

4. Trolleite

I see some strong bonds of friendship with the people that you are attracting.

They come into your life in the period that you may be feeling a little bored. You need something that can stir you.

You would meet them while studying for something new, maybe a foreign language so they could be foreigners too.

They have a kind of elevated and optimistic spirit. An ability to see beauty everywhere.

There are no grand or unusual edges to this house.

The interior is sparse.

It lacks warmth and sunlight.

Like a house in the middle of windy weather lacking regular visits from its residents.

There is no big, loud front door to invite others in.

The residents here would be quite aggressive and masculine. There could be a boy, an older man, someone of authority, but something feels old and tired.

Your inner home stores lots of hidden angers, disappointment, and wounded emotions. And they may not even yours. Some are from others living rent-free in your inner home. They would sometimes try to send you messages to let them free but not too successful.

There is a thick veil shrouding this home, creating confusion.

Some innovation is needed. Light up the house, open the windows, and let the cold and distant thoughts have a walk outside. Maybe some will walk away for good, leaving behind space for a warmer, livelier one.

2. Rose quartz

I see a big mansion or a castle ruled by a feminine figure. A queen, but there seems to be no king.

Only the soldiers and the court messengers are male.

The place is hectic, people are scurrying around, talking, gossiping. Lots of music and beauty.

There is a certain fairytale air about this place. The place would change seasonally, periodically under the influence of the current moon phase.

I could see that a big feminine force has a lot of influence on your inner world, giving you structure. You may sometimes do things a certain way just because you want to please that force. This queen in your inner home may be the manifestation of an authority figure in your life or a representation of a power inside you.

3. Citrine

This place is literally the centre of yourself.

Everything that ever been born, created, and manifested comes from this place.

This is the centre of wisdom, the sanctuary for tired travellers, the convergent point for spirits, the portal of giving and receiving.

It is vibrant, solid, intimate, and mysterious. Like a temple or monastery high up on a mountain.

Here, you could recharge yourself and receive messages from the universe, from the ancestors, from distant teachers.

Some desires for order and security deep within you have been trying to find a way to get your attention through dreams.

Those dreams would pull your attention toward relationships. Relationships with people and with material possessions.

Uncover a desire for love and sharing.

A desire for your most vulnerable part to be protected.

I believe each of us has an inner authority.

And this inner authoritative figure inside you is trying to tell you that you're indeed being protected.

This inner protection could also manifest as an outside protection.

Each vulnerable part inside us will meet a counterpart strong enough to face and accept it.

Your dreams are telling you don't be surprised when your wishes do come true out of nowhere.

It may seem sudden to you, but actually, every small action you do during your daily mundane routine would reflect your inner desires and feelings. And they have been gathering force deep and ready to burst out.

Just a side note, going to social conventions, where there are lots of strangers, would bring some pleasant surprises.

2. Agate

Your shadow has something to tell you.

Shadow here does not mean anything bad or evil, just some parts that stay in the dark of your pysche, lacking your awareness. It could be a forgotten pleasant memory, a hidden talent waiting to be developed, an embarrassing thought, or just some mundane thing that was pushed to the back.

But here, your shadow is saying that the residence is getting crowed, too many residents are being crammed into the dark.

Maybe consider changing for a stronger and larger light bulb ?

While you may go about your life in pursuit of some happiness with other people, you are not aware of other aspects in your life getting neglected.

I see an image of an oblivious mother duck going ahead without noticing her children scrambling behind, struggling to keep up.

There is a contrast of two sides.

blue vs. red

personal vs collective

A hidden fire underneath a calm blue surface.

Wearing or using white and blue objects during travelling, especially long journey, dealing with a large crowd or going to public institutions, religious or spiritual places, the banks etc. would help you navigate the surrounding environment more smoothly.

It could be the colour of the clothes, vehicles, bottle, backpack etc.

Bringing a book and a notebook with you while travelling is also very beneficial.

Going near a large body of water, the ocean, the seashore, fish, and shells will help calm and ground you.

But for your private home, planting lots of flowers, paint the wall in warm pale tones of pink or pale orange, yellow will bring wamrth and vitality.

For harmonious communication, you could use a pink phone or a pink phone case, a pink notebook and pen, and pink accessories.

As I have said above about a hidden fire, intimate connections would stoke a creative fire within you, bring in more inspiration and life force to your projects.

Show a more vulnerable and soft side of yourself to the world and see how that would lead you on an unexpected, lucky journey.

2. Citrine group

There is a sense of an overall blessing draping your life. It's soft and jubilant.

You should surround yourself with soft, pastel colours and oceanic motifs.

Having a kaleidoscope and occasionally looking through it can unwind some restrictive thought patterns.

Travelling will bring lots of luck and valuable lessons. Schools and learning are also very important steps.

The more you study broadly but also deeply, the more depth and value you will find in life and in yourself. There is a calling from the depth of the ocean. To go deep, your life is not meant to be spent in a light, breezy, superficial way.

Have an exercise routine, not necessarily something vigorous, but just move your body around, writing or practising something with your hands daily will also assist you in this journey.

A teacher with masculine energy would also help you transform your fundamental way of thinking, building a more solid and vibrant inner core.

I also see that keeping yourself warm and monitoring what you eat closely would bring positive changes to you.

3. Garnet group

Some period of wandering by yourself, away from familiar faces and environment, would do wonders to you. Especially when you feel quite lost, confused, or aimless.

It would be like a spiritual cleanse.

Things that relate to cleansing would also help you. Soap, salt, something smells of lavenders, lemon, rose, and water.

After some long walks or runs, taking a shower with soap or shampoo of these scent.

Take good care of your hair. Our hair is one of the most visible signs of life growing, of progression. I would usually imagine it as inverted roots of the tree that is our body.

A healthy root system would make a healthy tree.

I'm also see that some objects with cradle-like shapes are quite beneficial for your financial and physical growth. A bowl, a basket, a candy dish, something that can hold others.

The colours to bring you luck are jade green, sky blue, lilac, and dark red.

4. Rose quartz

When I saw your spread, I immediately heard the sound of wind chimes. More specifically, a brass wind chimes, the one with no frills, just simple tubes of brass swaying gently in a place with lots of dark trees. The place feels simple, quiet, serious, and solitary.

Hanging some objects like wind chimes, dream catchers, or something light, delicate by the door or windows. Or wearing earrings with that kind of shape would bring good luck to you.

Even more so if it was made by your own hands. I even saw some kind of transparent panel make of glass or acrylic with painting on it, dangling in front of the window, sunlight striking through, making rainbow dance in the room.

Light and sound would affect your energy profoundly.

When things feel unstable, difficulties arise, you could go to places that are old, with lots of history, have big, strong, square structure, or anywhere that has 4 walls surrounding you to feel more grounded.

Number 2,3,4 would show signs of blessing.

Things or beings that come in pair, in groups of three or groups of four.

Consider using things with contrast, a combination of complementary colours ,

dark and rich colours combine with light, soft colours such as green and pink, light blue and brown black, lilac with dark red, orange with cold grey.

5. Carnelian group

For this group, it's not really about something physical like a place, an object that could bring you good luck. It's more about words, thoughts, and emotions.

Dream interpreting tool 🔦💡🎲

A tool for digging deeper. A pointer to train your intuition.

So I would like to share with you guys this dice made from clay called yes/no dice.

I usually use it as a little nudge or guide when interpreting dreams or other intuitive thoughts and feelings.

It is not supposed to be used as an absolute answer but more like those arrows on street signs pointing to a certain direction. A way to connect more with my intuition.

First, I would ask a question and roll the dice to get a yes or no answer. If I get a yes, then I develop the following questions in the direction of the first question. If I get a No, I would need to change the direction of my question.

Then I would chain up those Yes questions to arrive at an answer that I feel satisfactory.

To give an example of my dream interpreting process.

Last month, I had a dream about a sword fight between 2 couples. One couple was young while one was old. The young couple lost to the older one.

The women were the ones holding power/energy sources while the men were proxy fighters.

I began by asking the meaning of each image that appeared in the dream.

1. The 2 couples

• Do both couples represent myself ? - YES

• Do the male and female represent the masculine and feminine in me ? - No

• Does the younger couple represent myself currently? - YES

• Does the older couple represent an older self of my ? - No, my future self ? - No, my ancestors? - No, the other people? - YES

• The way I perceive other people ? - YES

Why did I see myself and others as a couple of male and female ?

• My outer action and power don't match each other? - No

• The conscious didn't follow the unconscious? - No

• The conscious and the unconscious don't work with each other ? - YES

2. The sword fight

• The sword fight represents mental thoughts ? - YES

• Thoughts about arrogant attitude? - No

• The notion of comparing myself with others ? - YES

• The sword fight represents conflict? - YES

So I can arrive at the interpretation for this dream's meaning : warning about the conflict in my mind created by comparing myself to other people and feeling defeated.

At first, you may feel some doubts or fears regarding this career, will it bring enough security for me ? Will I be qualified for this ?

There will be trials and pressure from the community that you will be working with. And this community will be large. You might constantly work with a large crowd or do some social work.

This will test your commitment for sure, but the community will give you lots of love just as much.

Also, from the outside perspective, this job can be quite glamorized. A certain aesthetic will be attached to this job.

Then, I do the reading based on the overall image, the relationships between those stones, how they interact with each other, it's like seeing a play, how the interactions between characters will tell a story.
