just. just. as a bisexual woman. as a bisexual who's had to endure YEARS of feeling slighted and other than and seeing rep which boils us down to sluts or cheaters or being indecisive this means everything to me. i can't quite articulate it right now but i'm in tears and its 2am and i'm a bit drunk. thank you tim and thank you oliver and i just. yeah. no words.
i was wondering when in the timeline would daniel meet with someone, and i'm thinking the season will start with him having left dubai after the armand reveal last season, probably because he was scared, i do not know. but episode one he would be convinced to go back and finish this, so we will pick up however many months later.
one of them has a husband, and the man FULLY CHECKS OUT eddie, like that was not a "seize you up for looking at my wife" look, that was absolutely a "nice ass" look
and the other one seems to have a girlfriend.
then eddie looks back, seemingly confused at something.
WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN??? WHY WOULD YOU PUT THIS "SOMETHING LGBT HAPPENED TO ME" MOMENT HERE IF EDDIE IS NOT MEANT TO BE QUEER??? WHY??? like am i insane?
i just don't know how I'm supposed to interpret this moment in a storyline about eddie's love life or lack thereof. i feel like I'm going in insane, what is this show doing to me????
every scene with eddie is just gay euphemism after gay euphemism making it seem like there is no possible way in gods green earth they could reroute things to make his love-life plotline straight. but somehow fox manages to do exactly that, and despite their track record of things-that-don’t-add-up plotlines, i—like a fool, still fall for it every time
my favorite part of donna tartt books is that they’re always hyped up to be super dark academia and edgy and deep and then you read it and you find out it’s just 600 some pages of a bunch of gay people doing drugs and committing crimes together
when i say i’m just like richard papen i mean it because i too would tell a story where i’m an innocent saint and leave the part where i was a manipulative murderer
tsh is unintentionally funny for many reasons, but the line “somehow, this remark did not elicit the dramatic response I expected.” from richard after telling the others he got shot has to be in the top five.
