a/n: this is a short one, but make sure to reblog and let me know how you feel about it!
𝐇𝐀𝐄𝐖𝐎𝐍 woke up later than she usually did. she laid in bed and stared at the ceiling not wanting to leave the cozy, warmth of her bed. her mind couldn’t help but wonder about her roommate. jeongguk was, even to her, an attractive guy. she violently shook her head to get rid of the thoughts before they continue.
suddenly she heard a loud thump. but before she investigated the sound, she buried herself in her blanket and groaned, “i don’t want to get up.” she stayed like that for a few more minutes and checked her phone.
before she knew it, 10 minutes had passed. she placed her phone on the nightstand and sloppily got out of bed, making her way to where the sound came from.
she walked into the living room and found jeongguk busy making him a bowl of cereal. “was that you?” she asked in a raspy tone.
“o-oh, hey good morning!” he looked up with a grin. “i tripped when i was eating my cereal,” he rubbed the back of his neck, so now i’m making a new one.” haewon hummed in response and went back to her room to do her morning routine.
after she left, jeongguk blew a puff of air out of his mouth and turned around to finish something he started earlier.
when haewon came back down, she headed to the kitchen to make herself a bowl of cereal. “do we still have frosted flakes left?” she mumbled to herself. her eyes searched for the blue box on top of the fridge. “found it,” she sang.
frosted flakes were haewon’s favorite cereal of all time. she loved the flavor the cereal gave the milk by the time she was done with her cereal. to make it even sweeter, she liked to add in extra sugar to suit her taste buds even more.
after she was finished making her cereal, she sat down at the table across from jeongguk, who was on his phone, switching through random apps pretending to be busy, and sneaked a few glances at her every once in a while.
before she could even swallow her first scoop of cereal, she immediately gagged and spat out the contents out of her mouth.
“fucking hell, what is that?” she cursed as she sniffed the cereal for any possible clues. it took her a minute to connect the dots so when she looked up at jeongguk, who was trying his best to compose himself from the sight in front of him, it instantly connected.
she rolled her eyes and shot a middle finger towards the man, “fucking dumbass.” while she got up from her seat, she debated on whether or not she should throw the bowl of cereal in his face. she decided by the time she was at the end of table.
“hey! come on!” he sat there in shock not wanting to move so he won’t feel the disgusting feeling of wet clothes.
“are you serious?!” he exasperated giving haewon a death stare.
she walked to the sink to leave her bowl, “yep,” and strode off to her room not missing the chance to give him another middle finger.
