Going to be a great year. I really feel it. Getting close to wrapping up the Spitfire series, then I'm going to transition into some interim projects before moving to wrap up Tessa Eisenherz's story. Did 10k words over there past two weekends and weeknights, so feeling pretty good about that!

Finally got around to getting some paint on the units I had earmarked for my Lindon's Company mercenary force. I've got about 5 lances of light and medium mechs still to paint for this unit, but I've got a good start here. In the lore, command for this unit is a reinforced heavy lance. Until I get that dialed in, the five at the bottom are my command units. Colonel Sarah Lindon, of course, is riding high in a Turkina she captured (in my headcanon, at least) from Clan Jade Falcon.

I recently took a journey through a wonderful little game called SABLE. Initially I was drawn in by the art style, as it is so very Moebius (Jean Giraud) in style. It's an exploration game where you cruise around the different lands of a desert world on your hoverbike, uncovering secrets and upgrading your bike's look along the way.
