*A keyhole appears in the middle of the room; King Mickey jumps out of it onto the table.
King Mickey: Ok, who’s in charge here?
*Head CEO raises their hand
King Mickey: Ok, great! Ahem…Sora is going to get to go to Super Smash Bros.
CEO: Excuse you.
King Mickey: Sora, is going to get to go to Super Smash Bros.
CEO: *Chuckles* I’m sorry, but I don’t think you understand. The character Sora maybe a video game character, but he is still a Disney character, ergo under our jurisdiction. So you’ll have to forgive us if we skeptical about having one of OUR characters running around in some other-
*Mickey instantly closes the distance and brandishes his Keyblade in their face*
Mickey: Sora. Is going. To get to go. To Super Smash Bros.
CEO: Sora is going to get to go to go to Super Smash Bros.
Mickey: And he’s going to get to meet Mario, Yoshi, Link, Pikachu, Sonic the Hedgehog, and other videogame characters from the multiverse.
CEO: And he’s going to get to meet Mario, Yoshi, Link, Pikachu, Sonic the Hedgehog, and other videogame characters from the multiverse.
*Mickey retracts his keyblade and smiles*
Mickey: Good. Glad we understand each other!
*Mickey makes another keyhole portal and leaves, and refuses to elaborate*
It’s a great day to think about how the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series is filled with love and soul from the creators, loveable characters, heartfelt stories, beautiful music and each and every entry in the series is great and wonderful.
A bit of a mean headcanon but it makes sense to me.
In PSMD, during the ghost arc, Pancham didn’t dare the school kids to go to the school at night to just to “prove their mettle”. He just wanted to torment Partner some more. :(
