a/n: ramadan mubarak !! 9 days of ramadan have passed already dang, timeās passing so quickly. this ramadan has been a little less hard, probably because its not hot ?? anyways, i hope the rest of this holy month may be full of blessings for everyone <3

ā¢ heās so excited like actually, its his first ramadan with you and he wants to make the most of it. he decorates the house with fairy lights and ramadan decorations saying he saw online how people do this stuff when ramadan starts.
ā¢ says heāll stay up until sehri with you but you both end up falling asleep while you were telling him funny stories about your family and you during ramadan. always sneaks sweets during sehri saying he needs that extra sugar to work him through the day.
ā¢ drinks an entire gallon of water 2 minutes before sehri ends ājust making sure iām not thirsty during the dayā he says as he almost chokes on all that water heās consuming.
ā¢ he feels the burn, like my man is struggling but heās trying his very best. the first few days are the hardest for him as heās not used to fasting so if his stomach rumbles he justs tells it to shut up. checks time every five minutes to see if its time for iftar yet.
ā¢ whenever youāre reciting Quran, he sits near you and listens attentively. he adores it when you recite it out loud, it always calms him.
ā¢ punctual with his prayers, period. makes wudhu before every prayer but when he finds out its not obligatory, he definitely tries to keep his wudhu until isha prayer and as soon as heās done, he makes a dash for the toilet.
ā¢ if any of his students ask why heās fasting, heād give an elaborate explanation of what ramadan actually is and why its so important for muslims. theyre so fascinated by the concept that they try fasting with you both for a day.
ā¢ he always helps you with iftar, no matter how busy or tired he is. helps you clean up after and you both take turns to do the dishes everyday
ā¢ if you say youre gonna pray 20 rakaat for taraweeh, heāll definitely do the same like heās committed and actually does it until you see him limping out of the masjid.
ā¢ wore his nike air force to masjid once and got them stolen. he was baffled like ??? why would someone steal slippers of all things?
ā¢ he thinks jam e shireen vs rooh afza debate is pointless. when he tasted both of them, he decided heās a jam e shireen person through and through. heād fight with anyone over this
ā¢ tries to not hover all over you during the day when youre fasting but after iftar, he loves cuddling with you <3

im so bored so here are some headcanons bec i love being desi

ā¢ he hates it when he has to wait and initially when you started dating you tried your best to be on time whenever he paged you but as your relationship progressed, its game over. whenever u have to go out, you ALWAYS leave at the the desi time and he slowly got so used to it, the one and only time punctual eisuke was late to events.
ā¢ eisuke has a massive sweet tooth so when you first made him kheer, he absolutely loved it although his only words were ānot badā. He definitely asks you to make it again so you feed him other āmithaiā (sweets in urdu/hindi) like gulab jamun, rasgullay, JALEBI etc and he loves it so much.
ā¢ you make him desi food from time to time and actually requests it like you him ask āeisuke what do you want for dinner today?ā and he just says āyou made nihari last time, it was good. make it againā he finds it very flavourful.
ā¢ heās very familiar with other cultures since heās a businessman and often interacts with foreign businessmen. he knows about the clothes and customs of your country. imagine eisuke in kurta or sherwani EISUKE IN A KURTA A BLACK KURTA AT THAT (i would actually die). Whenever you go to family events, you always wear traditional clothes and once eisuke is invited to them, he initially just wears his suit but after some time he starts to indulge you and actually wears your traditional clothes.

"Happy Birthday, Princess!" The echoes of Soryu's men, wishing you, reverberated through the room along with confetti popping out of party poppers. The Ice Dragon headquarters was embellished with party decorations and no one would've believed you if you said you were on the turf of a mafia gang.
Among them stood Soryu, a small smile gracing his face as he sang along with the other guys. You stood there there gazing at him until flashbacks from an hour ago started floating in your mind.
It was a little after 1:00 p.m. and you had just started planning the day. It was supposed to be a peaceful afternoon until the bell to yours and Soryu's condo rang. Soryu had left earlier due to some urgent business on your day but he promised to return earlier but you were sure it wasnāt meant to be this early. Cautiously, you opened the door and sighed in relief when you saw Inui and Samejima .
āHappy Birthday, Miss Yuki!" was all they said as both of them practically pushed you out the door in your home slippers. You didn't get to say a word as they stuffed you in the car, giving you no answer as to why they were kidnapping you. All of your queries were answered as the car led you to the Ice Dragon's headquarters.
"Let's cut the cake!" One guy said as he brought out a cake with ice blue frosting. It complimented the theme of the decorations and the Ice Dragons.
Knife in hand, Soryu stepped forward. Everyone urged you to blow the candles so Soryu stood by your side as you blew the candles out conjuring up a wish in your mind and with Soryu's hand on yours, you cut the cake. Everyone cheered once again and the party was in full roar. The food was delicious and you were being showered with gifts. The gifts ranged from little trinkets to bullet proof jackets.
Everything was going well except for a certain someone. The mobsters were absolutely smitten with their boss' wife and Soryu was a bit annoyed. He had planned to sneak you away right after lunch but things were not playing well in his favour. He attempted to drag you away any chance he got but failed when one of his men pulled you towards the group to play games.
Soryu had to commend his patience for holding out this long but he finally snapped when he failed a fifth time. He was supposed to be spending the day with his adorable wife, alone in the comfort of each others arms, not among a bunch of gangsters so he did what he had to do in order to get you out of there.
He got up abruptly and the room fell silent. The laughter died down as Soryu marched towards where the group was sitting. Everyone watched on with bated breath until Soryu bent down, hooked his arms under your knees and picked you up in one swift movement. He grasped an opportunity and dashed for the door. As soon as he was out, he put you in the car, fastened your seatbelt for you and sped away, away from the headquarters while everyone inside was flabbergasted, still trying to process what had happened.

Before long, you had reached a park near the Tres Spades. Everything happened in such frenzy that you hadn't realised that you were still in your slippers. Soryu slipped his hand into yours as you were strolling through the park. The breeze felt nice as it grazed your face and the atmosphere was quiet until you broke the silence,
"Say, wasn't today fun?" You looked sideways towards Soryu, a serene smile resting on your face and Soryu's breath hitched as he drank in your beauty.
How can someone look so ethereal?
"Yes, I hope you enjoyed their company. They can get a bitā¦rowdier at times." Soryu smiled sheepishly and you beamed at him in response.Ā
"I did! I enjoyed myself so much that I lost track of time." You giggled remembering the antics of Soryu's men as they entertained you and Soryu's heart palpated a bit faster.
His hold on your hand tightened as he fumbled with the box in his coat pocket. The park was almost vacant, aside from a few kids still playing on the slides so you and Soryu settled on a bench.
Soryu finally pulled out the box from his pocket that had been settling there for hours. "Happy Birthday, Yuki." He exclaimed as he opened the box and handed it to you.
You gasped in wonder when you laid your eyes upon the dainty item that laid inside the box, an intricate gold chain bracelet. The gift was stunning and loveable but really, all you wanted was to spend time with the love of your life and you were doing just that. You tilted your face upwards to thank him when he planted a soft kiss on your lips.
āFlip it.ā He uttered and you did as he said. A single tear slid down your face as you took the bracelet out of the box and scanned the words engraved on its back.
I see forever in your eyes.
You looked back up at him with a tearful gaze as he took in all your beautiful features.
āIf eternity exists, I wish to spend it with you. You bring so much joy in my life and you gave me so much more than I deserve. My love for you is like waves crashing against a vast shore, its so wild for you that I canāt contain it, love.ā
Soryu paused as he took a moment to wipe the tears from your cheeks.
āThank you for being born and coming in to my life, Yuki. Thank you for sharing this life with mde. For you, Iād conquer the world.ā Soryu voiced that with so much love and adoration, you couldnāt help crashing in his embrace as you sobbed at the this sweet gesture. Your heart overflowed with affection that you couldnāt help but let it out in the form of tears, in the arms of the man you had decided to spend the rest of your years with.
Taking your wrist in his hand, Soryu put the bracelet on and brought it up to his lips to plant a chaste kiss on it.
No more words were exchanged between you two as he grabbed your face, tilting your chin up to touch his lips to yours. The kiss was imbued with extreme tenderness and you couldnāt help but melt into each other. Your surroundings were long forgotten as the last of the setting sun shone upon your silhouettes, marking you as one.

Impulse shopping is a sport and if buying the first thing that reminds Yosuke of his wife whenever he sets his eyes on something impulse shopping, then Yosuke is a champion. There was no other way to justify the 300 squishmallows and plushies he bought simply because he thought that they looked like his adorable wife.
Yosuke, with the workerās from the shop he practically emptied, could barely see whatās in front of them due to the gigantic pile of plushies in their arms as they manoeuvred through the mall to the parking lot. This was all part of Yosukeās grand scheme for his wifeās perfect birthday.
He quickly rushed back into the mall after putting the other stuff in his car, to the jewellery store that had caught his eye when he was leaving. He was surfing through the various chains and bracelets but nothing appealed to him. He was just about to leave the store when his eyes landed on a pair of bracelets. It was a coupleās set and Yosuke was more or less convinced that this was meant for him and (Y/N). He quickly got it packed in their nicest packaging, exited the mall and sped away to complete the last of his preparations.

It was 10:00 am by the time Yosuke had gotten out of bed and proceeded to wake (Y/N) up too. He kissed her on the lips wishing her a happy birthday and to say he was overflowing with joy when he saw her smile would be an understatement. But this was just the beginning of his plans so he urged (Y/N) out of the bed and into the bathroom.
The minute she got out of the bath, Yosuke put a blindfold on (Y/N)ās eyes and led to her to the unused guest room in their home. When he undid the blindfold from her eyes and she took a good look at the room, (Y/N) started at at the humongous amount of plushies strewn all across the room. They were all of different sizes and colours, each dissimilar from the other. She turned her head towards Yosuke, jaw slack and eyes widened. This was a dream come true.
āOh iām not done yet.ā Yosuke smirked and whisked her away out to the entrance.
They eventually set off in his car. (Y/N) kept asking him where they were going but Yosuke kept shushing her. Their playful banter kept the atmosphere lively and the two hours passed by quickly. They eventually reached the outskirts of the city to a cottage with a stream in view. The place looked warm and cozy, a serene place away from the prying eyes of the world.
Yosuke led (Y/N) in and she gaped at the skillfully assembled party decorations. The venue looked like it was for a massive party but it really was just the two of them and they wouldnāt have preferred it any other way.
āThis is amazing, Yosuke. Thank you so much!āā (Y/N) turned towards Yosuke as he grabbed her hand and led her inside.
āYou havenāt seen the best part yet.ā He flashed a smile, settled her on the sofa and made his way to the kitchen. The sounds of kitchen utensils being put to work made it clear that he was cooking for them and (Y/N)ās heart overflowed with love for the man and the efforts he put into making her day better.
Fifteen minutes later, he emerged from the kitchen and once again, grabbed her hand and led her to the dining table.
The aroma of the assortment of side dishes and the steak enticed a grumble from their stomachs and (Y/N) had to ask him if he did all of this himself, to which he nodded. Her eyes visibly brightened when she tasted Yosukeās cooking again and he melted at the sight. They relished in the pleasant atmosphere and appetising food and before long, the sky had turned orange.
āSo, how would you rate my cooking this time?ā Yosuke asked with bated breath, (Y/N) in his arms as they got comfortable on the couch.
āAn 87/100?ā (Y/N) grinned at Yosuke as he feigned mock offense.
ā87?! But I put in so much love!ā He huffed and buried his face in her hair causing (Y/N) to laugh heartily.
āYou got a 70 last time! Fine, iāll give you five extra points for that.ā (Y/N) exclaimed and Yosuke instantly perked up, hugging her a little tighter.
āDid you practice?ā (Y/N) asked and Yosuke hummed in response.
āIāve been practicing to get the steak perfect for over two weeks now.ā He replied. He was about to give her a quick kiss and remembered the gift he had gotten her so he quickly detangled their legs and rushed to the kitchen a second time leaving a confused (Y/N) behind.
Yosuke, with a party hat on his head and a cake in his hand, came out of the kitchen singing the birthday song. (Y/N) was beaming and Yosuke could not restrain himself from grabbing her face and kissing her adorable face right there. The cake was pink and had little red hearts on it. It was lovely, just like his wife.
(Y/N) cut the cake while they blew the candles out together. She could not ask for a more perfect day when Yosuke took the gift bag off his wrist and handed it to (Y/N), urging her to open it.
(Y/N) opened the velvet box and gazed at a pair of bracelets in absolute awe. They were platinum bracelets, with a star on one piece and a moon on the other. Yosuke took the star bracelet out of its box and put it on (Y/N)ās wrist. The star glimmered under the dim light of the living room. She was snapped out of her trance when Yosuke spoke up.
āThey say the moon feels lonely without its stars.ā He grabbed the moon bracelet and put it on his own wrist.
āA night sky is complete when the moon is surrounded by the stars.ā He clasped her hands into his own ans gazed in her eyes. (Y/N) could see an emotion in Yosukeās she couldnāt put a word on. This seriousness seemed out of character for Yosuke and she couldnāt help but tear up.
āYouāre the radiant star that makes my starry sky complete, (Y/N). When youāre not around me, I feel lonely. The sense of wholeness when weāre together, when weāre one, is so overwhelmingly euphoric I fell in love with you all over again. Thank you for staying with me against all odds. Thank you for being born. Thank you, for brightening up my days and nights.ā Tears were flowing down (Y/N)ās face at this point and Yosuke reached up to wipe them off.
āI love you, (Y/N). You complete me.ā A dazzling smile erupted on his face as (Y/N) embraced him, whispering sweet words of adoration and affection for the man.
With their hearts content and bodies united, (Y/N) and Yosuke spent the after hours of her birthday tangled up with each other. They basked in each otherās presence, affirming their love once again.

The bidders at my cookie shop
(i work at a cookie shop sooooš)
Eisuke
he normally wouldnāt stand in line at a little cookie shop in the mall for a sub pare chocolate chip cookie but the cashier caught his eye (mc obv)
he is one of the only customers who doesnāt complain about the high prices bc he big balling
he first just wanted a chocolate chip cookie maybe a coffee too
but mc persuaded him to do the daily deal of buy 6 get one free
(an obv scam but she can bat her eyes at anyone and make them spend every penny there)
and Eisuke wasnāt any different, he actually bought one of everything
which had mcās mouth on the floor
(she was honestly pissy bc there was a line forming behind him)
he would overly compliment mc which would have her rolling her eyes
she would try to walk to the back when she saw him coming but he would wait for her to come back up for his order to be taken
after times and times of trying to give her his number she finally takes it
eisukeās fave cookies: koko creme + the chocolate chip
and ofc he loves mcās coffee, literally creams for it
Baba
he would be a usual there
he also works in the mall
he works in the little magick shop all the way on the other side of the mall
but the walk is worth it to see the cute cookie shop cashier
(and he doesnāt mind walking, he got those long legs for a reason)
he knows mc by name and ALWAYS asks how mc is before ordering his cookies
he is very charming and subtly flirts to make sure she isnāt uncomfortable
he would always get a red velvet and a cheesecake brownie
(mc literally knows his order by heart he gets the same thing every time, bless his soul)
he usually asks when her break is and if she wants to head down to the food court during it
(she always says yes)
he always tries to pay for mcās food (and he usually does if mc isnāt looking)
if mc is closing he walks the long way out the mall so he can say goodnight to her
Soryu
man isnāt a cookie person but inui dragged him here
he isnāt even a mall person but once again inui heard about the puppies in the mall and had to go, little did they know a quaint little cookie shop was by it
ofc they stopped when inui saw the spiderman cookie, which he had to get
Soryu ended up getting something like a double fudge brownie or a smores bar
he hits it off well with mc surprisingly, since he wasnāt much into small talk she did to mind taking his order
(other than his deathly stare that sorta scared her)
he really enjoyed the brownies and actually came back without inui
which had mc on edge since soryu didnāt have his little puppy dog beside him
he actually came later in the day so mc gave him some free chocolate chip which weirdly had him blushing
he devoured them, when inui tried to touch them he whipped out his gun
every time he goes back there he gets softer and softer for her
and develops an addiction to the double fudge brownies
Ota
he has a little art kiosk in the mall, he usually sells his art and sometimes draws people he seeās
his little kiosk was right by the cookie shop so he would stare all day at the cookie shop worker
he would watch her hair start to get messy and her take a breather after the long line of customers
he would draw her the most, her puppy dog eyes reminded him of his little dog koro
he would go up there everyday grabbing a yellow mellow and a large decorated cookie
he would usually pick the quirkiest one like the pumpkin with sunglasses
(even though its the middle of august)
and then two m&m cookies bc the splash of color reminds him of his water paintings
he would joke around with mc a lot
even across the mall from his kiosk
if mc had a loud customer he would look over at her with a concerned face
(he actually came up and put a guy in his place for yelling at her)

he put some drawings up of mc in his shop but she low-key never noticed
until he brought her one of his drawings of her
(she literally gave him like free cookies for a week bc of it)
Mamo
he isnāt a mall man itās too much of a pain for him
but one day at the office some one brought in cookies and he was hooked ever since
he would go straight to the mall for the cookies every single day after work
he would usually get the monthly cookie, especially in august its his fave

other than that he would get the peanut butter swirl or the sprinkles
he would die for the buttercream
he was usually grumpy so mc would draw little doodles on his coffee cup

he would always try to request the ones straight out the oven, which mc caved multiple times and gave him piping hot ones

(now mc is super careful while handing him his cookies and even tosses a joke here and there about it)
he actually is the one that tips mc the best, like he always tips her every single time
(he tried to ask if they sold edibles before, mc was thinking about sneaking something special in her new batch)
Hikaru
he knows mc already and goes there everyday to make her life hell
(he obviously wants to eat her out)
he takes forever to order things even though mc always knows what he wants
but he continues to give her a hard time EVERYTIME
his order is always a watermelon cookie pizza and a peanut butter blossom with a dr pepper
but he likes the extra time he takes to talk to mc
he orders cookie cakes often and puts them under dumbass names like āben doverā or āAnita dicā
mc once persuaded him to get the raspberry cream cookie and he was not in love with it
it was too ātartā for him
(which mc knew but wanted him to waste 5 dollars)
hikaru is one of those customers to bring up the price of the cookies everytime

in the end he is low-key obsessed w the cookies and HIGH-KEY obsessed with mc
Shuichi
after the plant shop he would always stop at the cookie place
usually as shu tho never shuichi
when she does see shuichi she thinks its so funny he has the same order as shu since there so different
chocolate chip pecan, a german chocolate brownie and a black coffee
shu always jokes with mc and usually flirts it up with her
(she really enjoys seeing shu heās actually lowkey her favorite customer)
unlike shuichi which is her least fave, since how brass he is
he never acknowledges her as a person as shuichi but shu greets her very kindly everytime
every visit he takes, shu and shuichi slowly mold together
one day shuichi brings her a little succulent and thats when she puts two and two together
she gets really embarrassed and has a breakdown in the back
(but now she thinks heās bipolar or has multiple personalities) (which is totally fine on a real note)
Rhion
very sweet boy and very soft spoken
mc can barely hear him over all the mall noise
his face is always red when he orders he can barely look at mc
but when he does look at mc, he stares
he works in the costume shop and sometimes wears masks to scare her if she doesnt see him coming
(she lowkey thinks heās weird asf but heās very kind and cute so sheās fine with him)
his order is a carrot cake cookie and a snicker doodle, he always gets stuff for his coworkers too bc heās a sweetheart
he tries to give mc free costumes, really wanted her to be Alice for his mad hatter for the last three years in a row
she finally said yes
some days when he would come up to her in his mad hatter get up he would have more courage to talk to her
but she made sure he knew that he could talk to her either way and she would enjoy him
Luke
he would get the gluten free sprinkles
since this man on a PILL DIET LIKE BFFR
but eisuke brought him here and made him get a cookie and not only a coffee
so he went for the overly priced gluten free cookies
and stared at mcās chest the whole time
he says its not creepy and heās just admiring her bone structure
(which she still finds very creepy)
luke started to come on his own bc his new pill started being the gluten free sprinkle cookies
he would ask mc to be his model to study her bone structure (ngl she had her boss come out and serve him a couple of times bc she was a little uncomfy)
but one day he was actually the exact opposite, almost came in like he was lifeless which freaked her out a bit
(mf was malnourished asf)
mc literally hand fed him the cookies to make sure he ate
(mf was literally just buying cookies to let them stack up at his house)
MC
girl tries her best to love her job
her favorite thing to do is ice the cookies while she hates to restock
she is a closer who workers many hours and usually spends the whole day at the shop
she literally runs the place lets be for real
her favorite would be the underrated koko swirl and oatmeal rasin
she would take long breaks with baba in the food court bc she deserved it after working opening to closing
she lowkey hates when baba pays for her so everytime she goes to the magick shop she tips extra so it feels like sheās paying him back
she always doodles a cat on her cup when she gets a drink, its her little thing so everyone knows the cup is hers
she gets along the best with her coworkers and honestly gets the best tips
she does have like 9 men fiening over her
which i mean she never really minds bc it helps with the tips
ota and rhion always try to give her cookie designs, which she usually listens too bc their gods with their hands
one time she took mamo in the back of her shop and smoked weed with him
she pretends to hate eisuke but she legit thinks heās the biggest man candy in the world
