Chapter 4
Little by little the masked hero regained consciousness only to verify that his situation was the same and that it had not been a bad dream. The handcuffs continued to constrict his wrists and the drugs prevented him from safely moving his body. It smelled like perfume. Surely his captor had kept his word and at night someone had stripped him naked and groomed him. The very idea disgusted him. His body desecrated and he hadn't even known about it. When his eyes became accustomed to the darkness he saw a beautiful marble fireplace with a fire burning peacefully.

Immediately afterwards he was dejected, sweating, but did not lose consciousness. However, the prince knelt beside him with a handkerchief soaked in chloroform that he pressed to his handsome face. Batman could only resist slightly and after blinking for a few seconds everything was darkness again.

Now he heads to the forest. He has followed a lead that a drug exchange is going to take place in that wasteland. It's probably going to be near the river. Where the boats come and go from the docks.
However, the silence is disturbing. He can only hear his own footsteps and he is being stealthy.
Something's wrong. But when he reaches that conclusion it is already too late. A fog begins to emerge from everywhere. But there is no fog. It's gas. Coming from all sides and nowhere. Even above.
It was all a very well-crafted trap. But by whom? It takes infinite resources to organize something like this.
Batman coughs helplessly, while the gas mixes with his bloodstream, preventing him from moving his enormous muscles, but he is aware of everything. Soon Batman falls dejected. Before losing consciousness, he sees a group of masked men approaching to kidnap him. Once at the Dark Knight's side, the ruffians begin to handcuff and gag him. After this, two of them lift him by the arms and another takes a photo of him which he soon sends to someone to report that the mission has been a success.
