Little Wolves, art print rewards~
Getting roleplay games to print is expensive. And I (Jam) wanted to include extra reward goodies for those able to support us in that big money way. We needed to decide on something lightweight that wouldn't hurt shipping costs, it had to be special, cool af, or at the very least could make for a nice gift to give to someone else.
I decided on art prints! Not just any art prints, but something I learned a new skill for: carving and stamping with lino-blocks. The Gazing Moon print was re-carved three times 😅 but the Shifting Folk design went well on the first try. After stamping and stamping and stamping, I picked my favorite outcomes, scanned them, then arranged and colored them digitally. Much more carvings and stamp making happened that week - I am hooked!!
I'd really, *really* love to send off inky-fresh originals to every backer, but I had to take a step back because I had to be reasonable, haha (on top all the fulfillment packing I'll be doing - it would get overwhelming 😅)
I am committed to hand signing and numbering them though. These are still special. Printed once and then never again. To make them a little more special, we polled our discord community and had them decide on the final colors for each print. I'm glad we're able to slip in these goodies for y'all, a lot of love went into them. 💚

TTRPGs for Trans Rights - West Virginia bundle!
Over 500 (!!!!) games for $5 (?!?!?!!?!) to support a West Virginia based organization called Project Rainbow! There are so many amazing games in this bundle and it supports a really cool org.

Since its inception, the project has been curated to serve unsheltered LGBTQ+ individuals to help them better navigate the housing system safely and compassionately. Project Rainbow has opened The Rainbow House in an effort to serve this community and meet this goal. Although the shelter is our community's most urgent and immediate need, Project Rainbow recognizes that there is far more work to be done. They serve as advocates for the individuals we serve, and the Appalachian LGBTQ+ community as a whole. They also work closely with partners in the housing system, health and mental health care systems to not only find solutions for their guests but to make these systems themselves more accessible for their target population.

DEATH OF THE AUTHOR is a solo tarot TTRPG of character autonomy.
Play as a Character attempting to gain agency by wresting narrative control from their Author.
Gameplay involves drawing tarot cards for Scene Prompts, events written by the Author. The Character then edits these prompts to shape the story to their will.
Use caution - tampering with the narrative draws the attention of the Author, who might retaliate by using the Character’s own words against them.

Elemental Trials in Little Wolves
In Little Wolves, players will come up against a unique kind of challenge: Elemental Trials.
These encounters have a direct effect on your dice pools based and use a “best of X” style track to dictate how many successful actions you need to win.
These trials are climactic events, and success or failure will have lasting effects on The Enchanted Forest and the story of your werewolves!
Designing Elemental Trials for Little Wolves was an interesting challenge itself, and the result is an exciting, tense kind of conflict!

In Little Wolves, players shift between their wolf and mortal forms to gain access to different abilities as they explore The Enchanted Forest, complete quests for queens, and aid various denizens with favors.
Figuring out how to make both forms worthwhile and distinct has been a unique design challenge that we’ve had a lot of fun figuring out, so let’s talk about it!
First, the wolf form. This shape grants players access to extra die on checks, the protection of their resolve, and a selection of magic abilities known as spellsongs. As long as you have resolve, you can take this shape and be protected from mortal injuries.
This was pretty straightforward to figure out and came together naturally, but the real juice for the game came in when we started to puzzle out the mortal forms.
In your mortal form, you lose access to spellsongs, attributes, and resolve. You can be wounded pretty bad like this depending on the Moonlight.
We spent a lot of time at the drawing board, trying out different things in playtests and scrapping a few ideas entirely.
How do you make something so risky worth it? You make it strong. We eventually landed on a kind of “glass cannon” approach to this form, giving them tide-turning Mortal Powers; a kind of spell only available when in your mortal form.
These powers are active or passive, and grant abilities that are as strong as they are flexible. From bonus dice under certain conditions to avoiding harm, brewing potions, and bringing inanimate objects to life with a piece of your soul, they're strong abilities for anyone!

DEADLY WEAPONS LIVE ON ITCH
The new TTRPG from myself and @sublimemarch is out now! Deadly Weapons is a game about power, gender, trauma, desire, and hope. It is set in an urban fantasy world very similar to our own, but where underneath the surface Demons prowl and Avatars hunt. Players will create these Avatars, girls who one day had a gun arrive in their possession. A gun that cries in their dreams and never leaves their side. A gun which whispers in their ear that they must hunt and kill Demons. Demons are all around the Avatars, existing as classmates, bosses, or even romantic interests. But whether an Avatar fires their gun is up to them.
Deadly Weapons is a tabletop roleplaying game for about 2 to 6 players, including a guide. It is a hack of the [BXLLET> system by @rathayibacter, with a focus on atmospheric and narrative play. The game uses no dice or other randomizers. Instead, characters willingly take on various risks represented by the Avatars gaining Dooms and suffering fallout over the course of play.
Deadly Weapons is also a collage piece, made using at least 75% recycled or secondhand physical materials. The art, rules text, poetry, and fiction contained within this 32 page digital zine serves to inform your play.
Your gun whispers sweet nothings as you fitfully roll in your bed. It is now time. Be a girl with a gun! Hunt Demons! Smooch Demons! Live! Die!

The Community’s Coral Castle, Castle Ephemera
Finally, we visit the home of the fourth court you'll meet in Little Wolves; The Mermaids.
Located at the deepest part of the Soothloch is Castle Ephemera, its tallest spires poking past the water’s surface.
The castle is surrounded by coral gardens, swaying sea grasses, and sandy leaf sheep grazing grounds. A maze of rooms, cracks, and natural corridors, many denizens live here communally.
Any creatures who can't breathe underwater may be granted a blessing that allows them to walk across the seabed as if the loch's water is air.
All they need to do is ask the loch for permission and pledge to have no ill intent. If the promise is broken, the blessing is revoked.
Mermaid Queens are elected by the court as needed, their choices often swayed by glimpses into the future. They stay in power until premonitions of a new Queen begin to flow from the veil. Often, such visions are followed by the current Queen’s demise or retirement.
