I always wondered why the heads of hydreigon could not be left alive, surely it would have looked pretty?

Sailplane Harpy OC. Meet Viee, a lightweight, non powered harpycraft. Harpycraft are flying humanoid creatures that resemble different types of airplanes! I've had this idea for a while, but I'm only just now good enough artistically to pull it off. I've almost never seen any good anthropomorphized aircraft, and I'd like to start a series exploring the idea. I've got the start of some lore written up too, so go ahead and leave me questions or asks if you're curious about these critters! Any ideas for other planes I should try out? Is finished! The stage on the left is ok, is nice. But I REALLY love how it just, brought to life with the blue backlights and background.

I quite like this shading, but is time to grab the fur and hair tutorials and push to see what I can make happen

This practice got away from me, but in a good way, love the result a lot <3

Messing around with shadows I think this is the best I can do with what I currently know, must study shading

But for now is time to color!

Trying new things! I will clean and color this later to see who it develops.

(And the reason why one of them is so clean already is because it was done while looking at a reference)
