Kissing Next to an Apron Hook (pt. 5 of the painter)

The next morning I got up and started getting ready, I put on a nice red long coat, some high waisted light beige pants, a nice reddish brown sweater that I tucked in, a black belt to accentuate my waist then I started on my make-up I put on some gold eyeshadow then made a nice thick wing and put on my lashes then I got to my accessories, grabbing my fox ear cuffs and my amber butterfly earrings putting each set on one ear then the other, looking myself in the mirror I walked off into samu's room "going out with Mr. Past Lover finally?" he asked quirking his brow up but not looking away from his phone "no, samu i'm just going over to his to paint with him" I said rolling my eyes 

"so your not at all getting all dressed up for him and it's just one of those days even though it's been one of those days for weeks" he asked setting his phone down on his chest and looking at me with his ugly face "yes!" I said huffing and quickly grabbing his fake gold circle frame glasses with little maple leaves on the rim of the glasses and walking off to my own room "give those back when you get back!" he yelled after me. 

After grabbing my things and putting on the glasses I waited for Omi Omi to come pick me up as I made breakfast for us and samu too I guess, it wasn't long before I heard a knock on the door which samu answered before I could "hi there" he said at the door in his stupid voice 

"oh uhm hello" said Omi Omi not used to my stupid brother and then their voices fell into a hush at the door for a bit before coming into the kitchen with Omi Omi rushing in a blushing mess trying to stay away from samu who is chuckling to himself with suna holding him up as he snickered himself them both laughing a bit more when they looked at me, setting the table with samu's kiss the chef apron still on "oh suna didn't know you were coming over too" I said irritation in my voice at the scene "yeah well thanks for making extra food" he said sitting down in one of the seats samu sitting next to him smiling at me "yeah whatever" I mumbled finishing setting the table and walking off to our backyard to put the apron up, Omi Omi following me outside as he probably didn't wanna stay with my twin and suna any longer "does the offer stand" he asked looking at me curiously as I was untying the apron his words making me stop and look up at him "wanna find out?" I questioned a smirk forming on my lips as his he blushed, definitely more blush than whatever samu said to make him blush earlier "yes I would like to" he said getting closer to me as I got lost in his beautiful eyes, their like black sapphires dark and bottomless in the light swallowing you up until there's nothing left but the beautiful darkness that they bring "lotus" he said snapping me out of his trance 

"yes Omi Omi?" I questioned focusing more on his face than his eyes 

"can I kiss you?" he questioned his eyes boring into me 

"i'd quite like it if I kissed you" I said grabbing his nice golden yellow jacket and kissing him, it caught him off guard for a bit before he grabbed my waist and did a little grouping of my ass as he leaned me against the wall next to the apron hook trying to take control of the kiss he attempted to stick his tongue in but in doing so I snuck mine into his mouth allowing me to take control of the now makeout session with him realizing that i'm leading this he pulled me closer somewhat forcing me to move my hand that was still around his jacket collar to move up to his hair brushing through it while my other stayed around his neck and we stayed like that for a bit "woah-" I heard before a clicking sound was heard making us stop and look over at the door to see my brother with his mouth hanging open and looking inbetween us and next to him was suna who had his phone in his hand but was also just as stunned looking but slowly smiled at us before turning around and walking off most likely texting on his phone and then after a minute ish I finally spoke "well ya gonna leave or what?" I asked, looking at him annoyed, 

"I-uh-why would anyone kiss you?" he asked looking at me lost 

"oh shut it i'm the better looking twin" I huffed out "you should be glad suna even looked your way" I said rolling my eyes at him 

"oh come on he didn't recognize you being my twin because your so ugly" he shot back crossing his arms at me "that's not true he thought I was way better looking than you" I said grabbing Omi Omi's hand and leading him into the house before letting go and walking out to fight my osamu because he's wrong and he deserves to get beat up for it. 

After fighting with samu we went back inside to suna and Omi Omi who were sitting at the table hands in their laps as they fiddled around with their fingers or clothes when we got closer we noticed they hadn't eaten and they noticed us when I sat down and samu walked around me to sit next to suna "how come you two haven't eaten yet?" I asked looking at Omi Omi not really caring for suna's answer "yeah, we were gone for like 5 minutes" said samu probably looking at suna "we agreed to wait for you two and why are you both beat up again?" questioned suna annoyed "is this gonna be a common occurrence when we're all together?" questioned Omi Omi curiously "probably" said suna huffing out a laugh 

"yeah whatever but sakusa" said samu making us both look at him "you chose the worst person to kiss, I mean come on you could totally do better than him" he said looking at me with disgust "HEY!" I said angrily "I'm the better looking twin" I said glaring at him 

"oh yeah and who says that" he asked glaring back 

"everyone from middle school and high school" I said 

"now listen here they only liked you because you were 'easier' to talk to" he said getting up but was stopped by suna "chill out you two let's just all have our breakfast and leave this little fight between you two alone" he said making us both huff and look away from each other as suna and Omi Omi said "itadakimasu" and then started eating.  

Tea and sketches (pt. 4 of the painter)

It's been a week since I met Omi Omi, his name is Sakusa Kiyoomi but i'm sticking to calling him Omi Omi which he doesn't seem to mind and it turns out he actually had a name for me throughout the years and it was lotus because the first drawing he ever drew of me was me smelling a lotus, samu says that one of the lotus's meanings is rebirth which got us both thinking about our art and throughout the week we've been looking through old art, getting Omi Omi's dad and my mom to dig out old art that wasn't easy to find but we got enough to really show that we were really drawing things from our perspective and with the pieces together it showed a beautiful story, well that's just my opinion I don't know how Omi Omi feels about it all but he seems content "lotus?" said Omi Omi, catching my attention 

"yeah?" I asked looking up from the green tea I was zoning out at 

"we should make a painting together" he said, making my mind race for what we could paint together "yeah! What should we paint?" I asked curiously 

"why don't we paint this" he said looking away and to his koi as he threw some food in for them "that's a great idea!" I said smiling at him as I pulled the lotus tea cup to my lips to take a sip, he had a very cute lotus tea set the cups we're all blue with little lotus plants and petals with fish in the background while the tea pot was shaped with a lotus flower as the top with fake vines covering the handle and the body of the teapot faded from the flower head to underneath the painted water showing a koi and the stem of the beautiful flower "you really like the teapot huh?" said Omi Omi making me look away from it's beauty to an even lovelier sight 

"yeah, everything in your house is so mesmerizing" I said looking away at the surrounding area "I can't believe you paint and also do ceramics and it's so cool how your the definition of perfection at both" I said thinking back to his collection of ceramic fruit cups that are literally the cutest things ever. 

After tea we went off to a a very popular art store called Sekaido Art Supplies and there we bought a 20x40 in canvas, after getting the canvas and stopping by my house for some extra paint and my easel we went back to Omi Omi's house and sat down on a tarp he put on his floor and got to work sketching our sides of the canvas, often getting up to stare outside and put together all the pieces of the scene. 

After hours of talking and sketching we found that the sun had set and it was getting dark so I grabbed my things, said goodbye to Omi Omi and headed home on the walk home I thought about Omi Omi and how he calls me lotus, the nickname I like it and it's very cute but talking to him reminds me of how in three months i'll be joining the volleyball team MSBY black jackals in osaka which is really exciting and all but i'll be not only leaving my twin in tokyo but also now Omi Omi and I guess suna too but it's also so exciting to get back into volleyball again I finished up my thoughts when I got home to see the lights still on which was weird because samu was usually totally out of it after work so I walked in to make sure he didn't pass out on the floor from overworking himself "atsumu!" he said when I opened the door "where have you been!? It's been more than 6 hours since you left the house to go hang out with Sakusa and you're only getting back at 11?? Are you serious i've been worried if he killed you for goodness sake" he said storming over to me making me huff out a little laugh "you sound like ma" I said not really caring about his concerns "yeah yeah whatever" he said annoyed "don't ever come home this late again or I swear ima file a police report" he said crossing his arms 

"chill out samu I can handle myself perfectly fine" I said walking into my room and setting my things onto my table "what were you two even doing today?" questioned samu as he leaned against my door frame like a whore "drinking tea in his lovely backyard and feeding the koi and then he came up with the idea to paint a portrait together so we went to the store and bought a canvas and then while you were at work we dropped by and grabbed some extra paint to store at his for when we get to painting and then we started our sketching of it" I said happily 

"jeez what's with that love sick grin of yours" said samu frowning making me glare at him 

"well I bet it's the same smile you give sunarin when it's just the two of you" I fired at him 

"yeah okay so what's got you so into sakusa?" questioned samu 

"everything!" I said plopping down on my bed, getting the hint he walked over and layed down with me "did you hear the nickname he gave me!?" I questioned excitedly 

"yeah it's lotus" said samu sticking out his tongue and making a gagging gesture 

"yeah it is and it's ADORABLE" I said "just hearing him say lotus and knowing that i'm lotus is just so-" I said kicking my feet in happiness 

"yeah well suna calls me Hibiscus" said samu in his stupid i'm better than you tone 

"okay and? Lotus is a way cuter nickname" I said rolling my eyes 

"well lotus only means beauty, purity, prosperity and eternity while the hibiscus means love at first sight, beauty, love and emotional healing" said samu gloating about it 

"well at least lotus sounds way prettier than hibiscus and isn't a mouthful" I said shoving him lightly "yeah whatever you gremlin" he said sliding off my bed and walking off to his own, closing the door on his way out "GOODNIGHT SAMU" I yelled after him 

"GOODNIGHT TSUMU" he yelled back. 

Him (pt.3 of the painter)

The next morning suna came over again and hung out with samu for a bit while I painted up in the attic, I made a few small paintings of Omi Omi, one was of him having a sunflower wreath over his eyes, the next was of his side profile then I started on a bigger portrait of his side profile. After getting the neat sketch done samu came up with suna "hey tsumu" he said sitting beside me as I judged my work "hi samu, hi suna" I said adding a few more details with my pencil 

"I told kiyo about you and your work and he doesn't believe me and thinks I was just high when it happened so I was wondering if you'd wanna see him" said suna looking at me curiously as I looked at samu but he was just staring at my artwork "yeah, I'll meet Omi Omi" I said standing up "just let me go get some stuff" I said walking off 

"oh okay" said suna, to be honest i'm kinda regretting saying yes to going to meet him what if he's a creep or even worse says i'm a stalker and just copied all his work to and made myself look like his artwork to catch his attention because i'm obsessed with him or something and goes to the police, the thought quickly left my mind as I realized i've been watching too many true crime shows with samu.

After grabbing my phone from my room, grabbing my spare wireless headphones and putting my other one's on the charger I grabbed my wooden art satchel and slid my phone into the front pocket of my overalls and put my headphones into the side pocket I added onto my satchel to specifically hold my headphones. After grabbing my things we set out with suna leading the way to his friends house, I was getting more and more nervous about meeting him by every block luckily samu noticed and walked next to me pointing out dumb stuff and helping me forget a bit about the fact I was about to meet this guy i've been drawing since I touched a pencil "alright we're here" said suna walking over to a small house with a nice intricate black fence around the lawn and all kinds of flowers and even a pretty wisteria tree in the front yard, while I was admiring the garden I heard a gasp making me look up and there he was, he was even more beautiful than any of my paintings his eyes are the most beautiful part about him and I did them no justice in any of my art of him over the years and then his hair was way more curly than in my paintings and his lips oh his lips were beautiful and plump and his lips are a mesmerizing coral pink than in my paintings and then my admring ended as Omi Omi fell over and before I knew it I was by his side checking to see if he didn't just die on the spot and then I checked his forehead "oh god he's way too hot" I said 

"yeah yeah tsumu your Omi Omi is beautiful now lets call an ambulance" said samu getting out his phone "wh-NO" I yelled glaring at him as I felt my face heat up "he has a fever" I said scoffing at him "ohhh" said samu and suna in unison as I picked Omi Omi up and brought him into his house after taking off my shoes "suna you know this house right?" I asked 

"yeah, I got it towel, water bowl and thermometer" he said speed walking off as I took off Omi Omi's shirt "tsumu don't get ahead of yourself" said osamu in his annoying joking voice 

"oh shut it he needs to cool off" I said quickly getting us to bicker 

"oi chill out you guys and stop bickering" said suna walking over with a thermometer in hand, gloves on, a pack of gloves and face masks in between him and the full water basin and then there was a towel on his head, as he set the water basin down he quickly gave me gloves and a mask "put these on he has slight germaphobia" he said making me nod as I put them on and then took the towel from him and wet it in the water as he put on a mask and gloves with samu "do you know why he has a fever?" I questioned suna after placing the towel on top of his forehead "uh no, actually it's really weird that he has one" he said confused as he stared at Omi Omi and having nothing better to do so I sat criss cross applesauce and stared at Omi Omi waiting for him to wake up. 

After about a minute after Omi Omi fainted he woke up "welcome back from the dead kiyo" said suna who was leaning on the couch "what?" he questioned but suna just pointed at me 

"oh" he said when he looked over and then we started staring at each other again 

"jeez you two get a grip" said samu looking at us unamused 

"shut up samu this is a very astonishing moment!" I said glaring at him 

"twins" said Omi Omi shocked 

"yeah" said suna smirking at Omi Omi for whatever reason 

"so kiyo are you sick?" he questioned 

"no?" said Omi Omi confused 

"well you were heating up" said suna handing him the thermometer so he could check his temperature and after a little bit he came back normal "wow tsumu so you just lied to us about him overheating to take off his shirt" said samu cackling about his little joke but unlucky for him I decked him in the face "OW ATSUMU" he yelled punching me back and then we ended up duking it out in Omi Omi's house while he and suna watched. 

After fighting suna patched us both up and then we went to go sit in Omi Omi's back garden which was even more beautiful than the front garden, it was mostly just water with koi in it but there were some pretty water flowers and then in the middle of the pond where a cute white little bridge which led to a little island with a cute little round picnic table with a white umbrella and cute black and white chairs with the table having a painted Crazytunia Black on it along with two linen tablecloths with holes in it to show the design of the table and to mimic the look of petals "wow" I said after taking it all in 

"yeah, aren't you glad I got you into gardening?" questioned suna smiling at his friend 

"uh-yeah" he said 

"I thought your garden out front was beautiful but this is just stunning" I said now staring at the koi as I walked along the little bridge "how did you do all this?" I questioned looking at him amazed. "tsumu we are not doing this to our backyard," said samu making me whine, 

"but samu it's so beautiful!" I said annoying him 

"yeah but no" he said "we won't have any room for fostering if we even attempted this" said samu reasoning me out of my totally great idea which made me huff "if you still want to know how I did it we can talk about it over coffee" proposed Omi Omi 

"yeah!" I said, smiling at him. 

Stalker (pt. 2 of the painter)

After getting home "SAMU I'M BACK" I yelled as I took off my shoes and walked off to the kitchen with all the groceries quickly setting them down on the table before looking around the house for him "SAMU??" I yelled again 

"over here!" he yelled from his room 

"hey what're you doing in here?" I asked when arriving at his door 

"I got bored so I started texting that guy i've been telling you about" he said 

"oh yeah, uhh his name was suna or something right?" I questioned as I studied my brother's face, he was totally whipped for that guy who I have yet to be introduced to, they've been going on dates for a year, almost two now "so when do I get to meet him?" I said belly flopping onto the bed next to him earning me a glare before his face softened and he went back to texting suna "probably soon, though I haven't told him that we're identical yet" he said catching me off guard "YOU HAVEN'T!?" I said faking being hurt as I held my hand over my mouth 

"nah, it never really came up" 

"but samu I am the most important thing in your entire life how could I not come up?" I asked rolling over to lay on top of him "I-HEY GET OFF" he said attempting to get me off of him as I laughed at his failing attempts before he finally pushed me off his bed and went back to texting suna "you wound me brother, how could you push me off your bed!" I said getting up 

"yeah yeah whatever" he said clearly not paying attention so I decided to be a great, amazing and loveable twin and grab his ankles and pulled him off the bed "ATSUMu" he shrieked but I was gone up to the attic and quickly boarding it up before he even got up "YOU LITTLE SHIT" he yelled banging on the attic door "I LOVE YOU SAMU~" I yelled back 

"WARUGAKI" he yelled at me before stomping off "OH AND ATSUMU SUNA'S COMING OVER FOR DINNER SO LOOK PRESENTABLE" he yelled at me still pretty angry but whatever he probably won't beat me up before his lover came over so I left the attic and went to my room to change.

When I was done getting dressed I looked in the mirror adjusting my cream colored cardigan to sit perfectly on my white undershirt and then picking out a nice white belt to go with my brown high waist pleated pants before quickly tucking the cardigan in and going over to my jewelry set and quickly putting on a cute heart locket necklace, purple dangling butterfly earrings and leaf earrings then sitting down to do my makeup adding a gold part to my inner eye and then rose gold and then purple quickly blending it all to make a nice gradient "OI TSUMU HES ALMOST HERE" my brother yelled almost messing me up 

"SHUT UP" I yelled back before adding my contour and chapstick, I was finally done so I looked myself over in the mirror one last time before walking out and went to go see my brother to make sure he actually looked good and he looked okay, he was wearing regular pants a white sweater with a nice gold necklace "osamu you look so bland" I said crossing my arms and shaking my head "tonight is for you to shine, usually I dress a bit more like you so lets play a little prank" he smiled devilishly 

"yes!" I said excitedly "so casual he thinks i'm you?" I asked happily 

"yeah" he said "take over the cooking ima hide out in my room he should be here in 5 minutes" he said handing me the ingredients to finish the cream cheese stuffed mushrooms which didn't take long so I went and got the table nice and ready and making it look romantic until I heard a knock so I happily went over and opened the door smiling softly at the person in front of me when I realized it was the guy from the grocery store who was staring at me wide eyed "oh uh samu you dyed your hair platinum blonde" he said surprised staring at me up and down 

"uh yeah, surprise" I said looking at him sheepishly 

"you look great" he said smiling at me as I let him into our home because gotta continue the prank, we sat down and started talking but didn't eat as he kept looking at the third chair next to him probably wondering when I would arrive and why his boyfriend was sitting across from him "so uh samu, whens your brother gonna arrive?" asked suna sheepishly after 5 minutes 

"OI OSAMU WHEN YA GONNA BE READY" I yelled getting a wide eyed look from suna before whipping his head over to look at osamu who left his room with a nice light make-up look "hi rin" he said smiling at suna as he walked over giving him a kiss before sitting down next to him "I-but-you" suna sputtered pointing at me then samu than to me again quickly making us laugh which didn't stop for a good 3 minutes before we finally calmed down "sorry rin I couldn't help pranking you" said samu looking at him apologetically 

"what if I tried to kiss your brother!" said suna putting his head on samu's shoulder 

"well then if he'd let it happen i'd be twinless" said samu patting suna's head before he lifted it up "so your uh the guy from earlier then" said suna awkwardly 

"wait what happened earlier!?" asked samu confused 

"uh yeah" I said avoiding looking at the two 

"what happened?? Oh my god atsumu did you flirt with suna!?" asked samu accusingly 

"what no!" I said "he was the weird one, he kept asking for my name cause one of his friends keeps drawing someone who looks like me and he thinks me looking like that guy will help him leave his house or something" I said pouting 

"uh yeah" said suna looking at samu 

"no worries your brother didn't even find me attractive enough to tell me his name" he said jokingly making samu glare at me "suna" I said looking him directly in the eyes "if you marry this guy right here you will have to deal with him for the rest of your life" I said "and as someone who will also be with him for my entire life please, you have a chance to escape and run away so think about your life choices with him very carefully" I said earning me a kick from samu and suna just smiled at samu lovingly and that's when I realized I am gonna be third wheeling these two for my entire life if I don't find someone to marry "oh hey suna" said samu 

"yeah?" 

"Who's that guy who is painting someone like tsumu?" asked samu curiously 

"oh yeah, hold on I have a picture of him" he said reaching into his phone pocket and going through it before showing samu which he just kinda stared at it and looked up at me shocked "jeez what's so shocking, did you realize you got the ugly friend?" I asked jokingly as he put the picture of the guy in front of me which made me just stare at it before looking at suna surprised "what?" he asked worriedly looking at us as we got up and went up to the attic as suna followed us confused before gasping when he looked around the attic seeing all the paintings i'd done of his friend without even knowing it "oh..oh wow" he said before walking over to my unfinished piece "this one, he was drawing one almost exactly like this" said suna staring at it (the picture on top) before looking around more pointing out that all of my paintings i'd done this guy also had just from his perspective "what the hell.." I mumbled looking at Omi Omi 

"so Mr. Past Lover is real" said osamu stunned 

"Past lover?" questioned suna curiously 

"oh uhh our ma told us that since tsumu's been drawing him for so long he could be a friend or lover from a past life" said osamu 

"oh, interesting" said suna going back to look at all the paintings of his friend 

"this is kinda creepy seeing kiyo in all these paintings" he said after a few beats of silence as silence fell again I broke it "yeah uh you two have a nice dinner I think I need to lay down" I said leaving the attic and flopping down on my bed as I thought about how crazy this was.

After a while of just laying down I finally got up and grabbing my first stick figure drawing of Omi Omi and I just stared at it before a knock came from my door "oi tsumu come on out you didn't eat your food" said samu, looking up at the clock time had raced by and suna was long gone 

"oh okay" I said opening the door so samu could come in and we just kinda sat down on the floor in silence as I ate.

The Painter

Painting is so therapeutic, I love painting but most importantly I love seeing him each day, I walk up into the attic with my wireless headphones and look at all my art of him, my handsome Mr. Faceless, i've been drawing him for years and I don't really know why my ma says he could be a lover or close friend from a previous life which would be pretty cool but I don't really believe in all that, not to be offensive but I believe in research and studies then just theories and speculation "Oi Atsumu" said my brother, looking behind me I see him leaning on the stairwell up to my attic "who said you could come in?" I asked annoyed "come on stop being so upset about what I said about Mr. Past Lover" he said looking at me slightly apologetically "go away samu!" I said walking over and pushing him off the short ladder and closing the hatch locking myself in our attic so I could get to work "ATSUMU SERIOUSLY" yelled my twin brother "BE QUIET" I yelled back after pushing my little sofa on top of it "DON'T COME CRYING TO ME LATER WHEN YOU CAN'T GET OUT" he yelled back making me huff in anger before walking over to my easel and sitting down in front of it grabbing my paint brushes and paint and getting the paint ready as I find a nice playlist to listen to while I paint, I find one and quickly put my headphones and hit play as I start painting Mr. Past Lover or as I like to call him Omi Omi.

A few hours have passed since I've started painting and samu keeps spam calling me so when I finally pick up "what" I said annoyed into the phone "go out and get groceries you gremlin" said samu "why should I?" I asked even more annoyed "if you do you get to pick out dinner" he said which was enticing but I really wanna keep on working another Omi Omi portrait "tsk fine, we are having fatty tuna and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms" I said quickly hanging up and moving the couch to get dressed because yes, I went up into the attic in my robe, who can stop me it's my house. After getting dressed in my favorite booty shorts and wearing a white off shoulder cutout with a tan super crop on top before grabbing my satchel that had some paper and a pencil also my wallet but I steal samu's anyways as I left the house it was a nice summer day, I really love the summer it always is so nice and warm. When I finally got to the grocery store I quickly went around grabbing everything on the list "hey you" I heard someone say making me look up curiously to see some rando staring at me "uh hi?" I said slightly nervously as he kinda death glared me "what's your name" he asked making me pause "I'm not telling" I said before going back to shopping not really caring that he was following me, I work out and am pretty buff so I think I could take him down in a fight. When I finally got to the cash register the young women that was ringing me up kept on looking at me which made me cringe a bit on the inside because honestly I thought this outfit made it pretty clear I was gay as hell but I guess not, when she was done checking and bagging everything I was about to put samu's card in when that guy spoke up again "let me pay for all that" which made me uneasy but he didn't let me respond as he put his card in quickly paying for everything so I hope he doesn't decide to steal all of the food I thought as I grabbed everything and started walking off "gonna walk off without even saying thank you?" questioned the guy walking next to me and now he was kinda freaking me out cause huge stalker flags "why should I, what you did was out of the goodness of your heart" I said speeding up as I kept walking "come on, at least tell me your name" he said pleadingly "no thanks" I said annoyed "please, look I know this is weird but you look like someone my friend has been painting all the time and I just gotta know" he said looking at me pleadingly which made me stop and sigh "why would knowing my name help out your 'friend'" I said making it obvious I didn't think it was any friend he was talking about "well the person he's been painting obviously doesn't have a name and he's been calling him atsu and I know it's weird but like if he found out there was someone who looked like the painting out there he'd actually go out and talk to other people" he said giving me a hopeful smile "so you want me to basically flirt with your friend because I look like some person he keeps painting?" I asked unamused "yes.." he said uneasily "well thanks for the offer but it's a big no, now stop following me." I said leaving him behind hearing him sigh as he walked off which thank god he did. In The Middle

Yachi’s pov

For the first time I’ve left hinata’s side and followed tadashi into a forest until he stopped in a clearing and fell down to the ground, I turned visible so I could hug him…..it hurt to see him like this I’ve known that he likes tsukishima and it had already hurt him for liking him but this added more pain to him and how he will get through this I don’t know or at least I hope he can get through this. “Tadashi…..?” I said, it’s been about 30 minutes and Tadashi has finally calmed down although I’ve got a feeling someone is watching us but that isn’t my concern for now “w-what am I going to do?” Tadashi asked me, looking up at me with small tears still flowing from his eyes. “I don’t know…., we should go talk to the Anglicized about this” I said, sprouting my wings while he was doing the same. We both stood up when “yamaguchi?” We heard two voices say from behind us we turned around to see hinata and tsukishima staring at us in shock. I mean why wouldn’t they be shocked? They see Tadashi with wings and a halo and a random girl also with wings and a halo “w-what are you??? Who is she????” said tsukishima pointing at me 

“uh well uhm….” Tadashi stuttered trying to find the right words to say when Hinata spoke up “are you angels?” as he said that his eyes didn’t leave me, so he must’ve been the intense stare I felt WAIT this isn’t the time to be thinking of this we need to leave so I did what I’ve been doing for years and turned invisible to the human eye “WHERE DID SHE GO” yelled tsukishima staring in shock on where I was though hinata just smiled.

Changing pov to: Yamaguchi 

I stared at tsukki and hinata, then tsukki walked towards me and said “explain who she is and why you ran away and why do you have wings???” he seemed a bit upset about me running away and I did consider telling him everything but that’s when I heard hitoka say “cmon tadashi we need to go right now so we can figure out what to do” I sighed and went invisible as well which of course scared tsukki but hinata just walked off like everything was normal…...hinata can be kinda creepy. 

When we got to heaven we hurriedly went to what humans call our ‘boss’ “lady Anglicized” said hitoka as we got to her throne 

“yes hitoka?” said lady Anglicized  

“The human I was assigned to confessed his love to me and hitoka’s assigned human and the one I was assigned to saw us with our wings out, what should we do?” I asked showing a small bit of panic “hmmm” lady Anglicized  said before pulling out the book of thoughts, it’s a book where you write a name in it and it will give you the person’s thoughts throughout their life, “Tadashi do you love him?” lady Anglicized  asked after a few minutes of reading the book of memories “....yes I do…..” I said looking down at the ground “your jobs are to keep them happy and protected and i’ve seen that you have made tsukishima very happy with your time on earth but it shows that he really wants to be your love so I Lady Anglicized  grant you Tadashi Yamaguchi permission to be with Kei Tsukishima” she said making me whip my head up to look at her before smiling brighter than I’ve ever smiled before, then she turned her attention to hitoka “hitoka I will give you a new assignment for hinata shoyo, I will have you be a new student at karasuno high, you will become the teams first year manager and get close to hinata shoyo” after she said that hitoka smiled very happy at the fact she will be able to have an actual conversation with everyone, we both bowed and said “thank you Lady Anglicized” and left the room to go back to our team. 

The Next day was a rocky morning, I woke up 4 hours before tsukki and I would usually meet up and head to school, made myself breakfast and quickly rushed to tsukki’s house so I could wait for him at his front porch, it’s a very nice small porch with a small table and two rocking chairs that are fun to rock back and forth in. After three hours of waiting and almost falling asleep multiple times tsukki finally came out of his house and upon seeing me tried to sneak past me but I saw him “tsukki” I said making him stop and turn to look at me seemingly embarrassed and ashamed “yamaguchi” he said catching me a bit off guard, he stopped calling me by my full name when we were little so hearing it from him was so weird but nonetheless I stood up and walked over to him “tsukki, i’m sorry I ran off I just got so overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do, i’m really sorry and I do like you a lot so what i’m trying to say is yes i’d like to be your boyfriend” I said smiling at him as he looked at me shocked before scrunching his eyebrows together “what about in the forest, what was that why’d you have a halo and who was that girl??” he asked a bit angrily “what?” I asked faking my confusion as that was all I could really do “what do you mean what, you we’re in the forest you ran off to with wings and a halo and there was this blonde haired girl holding you who also had wings and a halo and-and then she disappeared and then you wouldn’t answer me and then disappeared too!” he said confused and looking at me lost “tsukki, I don’t know what your talking about” I said looking at him worriedly “I-...whatever” he said walking off with his hands in his jacket pockets “oh c'mon tsukki your really going to put your hands in your jacket pocket!” I said huffing at him which made him smile as he slipped out one of his hands and grabbed my hand pulling me along with him.

"TADASHI TADASHI THERE HERE" screamed hitoka happily bursting into my room jumping up and down scaring me awake as I shot up "w-what huh" I said looking around before realizing what she said "THERE HERE???" I screamed happily standing up as she handed me a letter, when I opened the letter I saw in gold lettering

Dear, Yamaguchi Tadashi

You have been chosen to look after a boy named Tsukishima Kei he is going through a rough time as his father left his mother and brother when he was born so he blames himself for that and having the absence of a father his mother works overtime to keep their lives stable and just in 2 years his brother who he has put as a kind of father figure will lie to him which will have a devastating blow on his life, your assignment is to go to him in human form and be stay by his side to help him live a happy life.

"Who were you assigned to? What is your job? why were you sent to them?" asked hitoka bombarding me with questions “well his name is Tsukishima Kei and my job is to become his friend the reason I was sent to him is because his home life is rough and will soon get way worse” I said looking at hitoka 

“What about you?” I asked making her smile softly 

“I am assigned to a Hinata Shoyo my job is to watch over him and he has a really sad home life so I hope I can change that” she said smiling that bright smile of hers that was filled with determination, hope and happiness “let’s get going and help who we’ve been assigned!” I said, smiling just as bright as she, “right!” she said before rushing out of the house as I followed close behind.

I soon got successfully delivered into the chosen family I was assigned to, they are very nice people and I’m glad they were chosen to be my temporary parents, I even have an older sister named tali she’s awesome and plays volleyball which is something I want to play so she’s helping me learn how to play. 

I met Tsukki at the age of 4 and witnessed how his brother lied to him but I must say he was a lot less uh salty? When he was little then he is now but that’s okay he’s still an amazing friend and I’m glad we've been able to keep are friendship all the way to high school and all but something’s been bothering tsukki since 8th grade and he hasn’t told me what, at first I thought he got a gf but he would’ve told me so it’s not that and since I can’t figure it out for the life of me I’ve decided to ask him while we walked to school (this is after the match against tanaka, hinata and kags btw) “hey tsukki?” I asked looking at him as he took off his headphones and looked slightly down at me “yes?” he asked our eye’s locking onto each other as we continued to walk “is something wrong you’ve been acting different ever since 8th grade” I said giving him a confused face as he gave a shocked expression and quickly looked away “i-uh it’s nothing yams” he said looking more to his other side before grabbing his headphones and continuing to listen to music meaning that the conversation was over. 

“HEY YAMAGUCHI'' screamed hinata as I entered the gym for morning practice, tsukki grabbed my hand and pulled me to his chest as hinata jumped into the air to attack me his action making me blush a little sadly kinoshita, suga and ennoshita saw me blush and quickly took me away from tsukki to the other side of the court “what was with the blush yamaguchi?” asked ennoshita 

“I-uh what blush?” I said getting nervous and looking to the side of me while also putting my hands up “oh c-” Suga tried to say but was interrupted by tsukki calling me over to start practice, of course I ran over to him happily finding an excuse to leave the 3.

Ever since suga, kinoshita and ennoshita tried to confront me they’ve tried everyday but luckily nishinoya-senpai, tanaka-senpai, hinata and tsukki have been able to get me away from them in time but the trio of upperclassmen had found out something I wish they hadn’t, as a angel you can’t be with the person you were assigned to it’s practically a taboo amongst angel’s….”yamaguchi?” I heard someone say looking up then down I saw hinata “o-oh did you need something hinata?” I asked making him grin while he started talking though I was half listening as I noticed hitoka honestly I felt quite lucky to have met who she’s watching over of course we don’t get to talk or at least I don’t get to talk to her she can talk as much as she want’s and only other angel’s will hear her “yams?” asked another voice interrupting hinata and gathering my attention as I looked slightly up at tsukki “yes tsukki?” I said smiling brightly at him as he looked at me for a few seconds before saying “follow me” and started walking towards the gym entrance, it took me a few seconds to catch up to him and as we were leaving I looked back at the rest of the gym and suga was smirking at me while ennoshita was giving me a thumbs up……..oh no what’sgoingtohappen?whatdotheyknow? Then I heard hitoka say “oh no….” I then came to one conclusion the only rule that should never be broken was the taboo did...did tsukki? No he couldn’t...so why was hitoka worried?

Changing pov to: Hinata

Yamaguchi left the gym with tsukishima and I noticed that ennoshita was giving tsukishima a thumbs up while suga was smirking at the two so I walked over to them “suga-senpai ennoshita-senpai” catching there attention they both looked at me suga speaking up “yes hinata?” while ennoshita gave me a glance at the door for some reason “do you know why tsukishima wanted yamaguchi to follow him?” after I said that they both smirked at each other and ennoshita said “well tsukishima is gonna get a boyfriend” and that’s when I heard a voice, that voice I’ve been hearing all my life I can hear her cheering us on and comforting me though no one el- my thoughts were interrupted when I heard someone yell “TADASHI” it was a slightly pained yell but we all knew it was tsukishima and when I looked up out the door I saw yamaguchi running away crying while tsukishima had a hand out seeming as he must’ve chased him a bit before stopping…..THERE IT IS AGAIN the beautiful voice she yelled out tadashi as well and for the first time I felt something go away….what does this mean?
