does anyone experienced crash issues with magnolia promenade and/or retail stores?
i’m having constant crashes on my save, it worked fine until, i think?, i created a retail store (bakery, lot from the gallery) on the vacant lot of magnolia promenade. my save worked fine before, i haven’t downloaded any new mods/cc so this is why i suspect the issue comes from the retail store?
any help would be soooo welcomed, thank you.

So how did this nature loving photographer hear about the bc? After trying to tune out dutifully listening to his nagging loving sister about his nonexistent love life, Jessie tried to change the topic to the first thing he saw... Which happened to be the Bachelorette Challenge advert. While he at first blew off his sister jokingly tossed out suggestion of him applying, he could help but continue to think about it. Why shouldn't he give it a try? Maybe this is just what he needs in his life.

The Bachelorette Announcement
After the teasings I did during the weekend, it's finally time for the official announcement of The Bachelorette here on HauntedPlasma.
Lilith Vatore, a famous model, actress, social media influencer and singer is finally looking for love, and perhaps you are her chosen one.
Let's get down the business (to defeat the huns) as to the details of the bachelorette.
Some details about Lilith
Lilith is the older sister of Caleb Vatore, who she is very close with.
After being turned into a vampire, Caleb and Lilith lived off the radar for anyone they knew, afraid they would feed on their family and loved ones.
In her long life, she had a lot of opportunities to polish her skills to become the star she is now.
Ever since she was little, she had a dream of having a big family.
Lilith never revealed in public she is a vampire. She's careful about being caught and erases the memory of humans she has fed on.
Guidelines for you
Lilith doesn't have a preference for gender or occult. She is fine with her future spouse to be the same occult, a different one, or no occult at all. She does want to be able to turn her spouse at some point if they're human.
Please no alpha hair, only maxis match!
I'll be using their everyday, formal/party wear, sleeping outfits and swimwear, feel free to use cc on those outfits and keep it to maxis outfits for the others (or naked, that's also fine). I'm maxis mix, so having alpha clothes is allowed.
Feel free to give them some skills, nothing maxed out of course.
You are welcome to use sims that have been in other bc's before! Feel free to link me to those bc's to see how your sim did in that one and I might reference to it in mine.
Currently the deadline is set for August 1st. I know we are currently preparing for, or having our summer holidays, so if you want to apply but need extra time, let me know!

Day 19 - Tartosa - Proposal 3/3
Both Bryce and Ross went to Cadence to tell her what she meant to them.
When both men went back to their spots. She was so surprised and happy when Ross went down on one knee to ask for her hand in marriage.
She was so excited and said yes.
Bryce gave her a huge hug and let her know he was happy for her.
