I watched Voltes V Legacy the cinematic experience last night and here's some of my thoughts about VVL. For GMA Telebabad ba talaga ito? Siguro hindi lang ako sanay na may ganitong napakagandang CGI at effects kasi sa movie ko lang yon nakikita pero ito for free tv? WOW. Cut version ang pinalabas sa mga sinehan pero kung napanood niyo yung anime maiintindihan niyo ang flow ng story.
Naramdaman ko yung excitement nung sinabi ni Dra. Mary ann Armstrong "Sa launch converyors ngayon din". Sobrang nakakaamaze lalo na nung lumabas na yung mga Volt Machine. Naalala ko nung bata ako gustong gusto ko yung Volt frigate kasi gusto ko yung character ni Little Jon.
VOLT IN SEQUENCE is 10/10 sobrang angas sinabayan pa ng Voltes V No uta theme song mapapasabay ka sa kanta at Babalik at babalik ka talaga sa pagkabata mo. Parang may nag switch on sa utak ko ng childhood memories ko ganon yung feeling. Malamig sa loob ng cimema pero nung nabuo na si Voltes V lalo akong nilamig. Ang ganda at ang galing din ng mga fight scenes.
DRAMA/STORY 10/10 Lalo na nung nag sacrifice si Dra. Armstrong ng life niya to save her sons. Sobrang nakakaiyak yung part na yon. Habang umiiyak si Big Bert, Little Jon and Steve madadala ka talaga. Naramdaman ko din yung Gigil nung galit na galit na si Steve nung kalaban nila si Baizanga sobrang ganda at nakakaiyak ng scene na yon.

I Just watched the restored version of the 1981 filipino classic thriller/Psychological film Kisapmata directed by Mike De Leon.

This movie is about family massacre based on the work of Nick Joaquin's "The House on Zapote Street" a true crime that took place in 1961. The story is about the jealousy of a father that ended in his own death and the murder of his wife, daughter and son-in-law.
