UPDATE

Hi everyone, just wanted to say those who requested builds I am really sorry but they might take a little longer than I was hoping. My assessments have really gotten on top of me and I also have gotten a bit burnt out on the sims. I haven't been on Tumblr lately either so I really apologise. I'm taking a short hiatus (hopefully won't be too long!) and I'll try and squeeze in some time to do the requests during.

Here is the order of requests:

Modernised cottage for @aggretsimko

Modern Komerebi Family home for anon

Coffee Shop for anon

Small Off-The-Grid home for anon

Hi everyone, I'm finally posting about accepting build requests! I hit 800 followers a little bit ago so I guess this is like a little celebration and a thank you ❤ I'm not sure how many I'll accept but I'll let you all know when I'm not accepting anymore (for now anyways). all you have to do is send an ask or message me with some details of what you want such as:

lot type and size and if you'd like it built in a specific world and lot

how many sims and ages: you can go in full detail about your sims so it suits their personality

if your sims have a budget (i can go ham with clutter so builds can get pricey)

what packs + kits you have (I have em all)

style and maybe some inspiration pictures if you have any

you can answer some of those, all of them or more! be as detailed or as not detailed as you like (of course the more detailed the more chance it’ll be something you want)

P.S

I am quite a slow builder and am behind on assessments so I might take some time to complete them but they will be done!

I'm open to doing community lots but I've never done one before so be warned...

all builds will be for public download on the gallery and as tray files. I would rather not upload them privately but if you really want the build to be private then let me know and we can discuss (hope this is ok!)

you are free to do what you wish with the builds, change them, upload them (as long as you don't claim as your own) go crazy bruv and have fun 🤗

would you mind making a family home for mt komerebi? most of the “family” homes with that style on the gallery are max three rooms can you make one with at least 4. and i would prefer the modern style and not the traditional. you do not need to decorate the interior a certain way as i like to decorate on my own i just can’t build lol.

yeah sure! I've never built in Mt Komerebi so sounds like fun. I have one request before you so once I finish that I'll do yours next. Since you're on anon you'll have to keep an eye out for when I post it, if you want you can message me and I'll post the build without tagging you if you don't want to be tagged but message you when it's ready? also if you send an ask not on anon i won't post it publicly. Writer’s Hideaway Starter Home, No CC 📚

Hi everyone, I hope you’ve had an amazing week! Today I have another starter home for you, this one is a limited pack build using only cottage living and get together - my two favourite packs! I’m really enjoying build challenges like budgets and especially pack restrictions at the moment. With so many items in the game now, I’m spoilt for choice; but at the same time it can be a little overwhelming when searching for items!

I had an aspiring writer in mind for this home, however any sim can comfortably live here to start out! In the speed build I talk about the sim I created for this home and show her a little in the cinematic tour at the end! I really hope you like it 🥰💖
