This weekend, I got talking to my artistic pals at Thought Bubble (UK comic convention) about a regular topic of conversation between creatives, which is the slow and steady decline of "original ideas". So many people at these conventions are happy to ride on the coat tails of existing intellectual property (and basically make and sell fan art); we've all done it at some point... it's a safe way to make an easy bit of cash since consumers swarm towards it, but I say NO MORE! Here's some concept art for a completely original new idea that I've thought of, it's all mine, and I'm going to plug at it until people love it for its own merits. Thanks.
