Why do you feel like it's okay to steal gifs without giving credit to the creators??

Jeez, I sure wish I had a blog page that explains how I do stuff around here.

Since you couldn’t be bothered to actually, you know, read the blog before you accuse me of anything, let me quote:

“I add the blogs where I found the gifs in their description. I don’t like how the list of links at the end of stimboards looks, so I’m doing it this way. It’s an aesthetic decision. And everything in the descriptions works, I checked just before answering this. The blog names I wrote there are still there, just as I left them. And I *always* add the source blog, the only exception is when the source has been deleted, in that case, I add the stimblog where I took it from.

Look, I appreciate what you’re doing, people should be credited for their work. But you seriously saw one of my stimboards, and didn’t investigate further, like, at all before sending me this ask? You didn’t click on my blog to gather some basic information or to even look if it’s a pattern? You couldn’t be bothered to read a couple of paragraphs on my “Rules” page (and you didn’t even have to read all of them, as that one is the only one bolded)? 

You might argue about the convenience or whatever of doing things this, but you cannot claim I don’t credit. That is just blatantly false. I chose the method that works the best with my aesthetic decision and doesn’t occupy half the page, and doesn’t trigger any of my mental issues (like my mild OCD). 

Avoid spontaneous accusations like this one, especially worded in such a guilt-trippy way. I don’t feel “okay to steal gifs”, and, if you bothered to read a couple of words, you would have know that and would have never sent me this ask in the first place.
