WEIGHTLOSS TIPS 🌷🧸💌🕯🎀
Do the 5-2 diet. Eat 800 cals 5 days and 1500 2 days a week so you are in a deficit but don't ruin your metabolism
NEVER ever purge. No matter what you ate or how much you regret it. You can and will work it off.
Excersize 4 days a week and have active rest days 3 days a week. Your muscles need breaks but keep active
Drink 2 litres of water a day
If you struggle with binge eating, try intermittent fasting to limit the time where you eat. And eat whilst doing nothing else. No tv. Nothing. Focus on the food.
Don't weigh yourself daily and appreciate the small wins
If you want unhealthy food, do the math. Work out how much you can eat of it and allow yourself a treat
