hey guyss!! sorry i’ve been so inactive, i stopped ana and started eating but after the holidays i knew i had to get back to it, i was huge, gained so much weight and just couldn’t stop binging. so i’m starting again and begging him with a 36-48 hour fast and keep you guys updated! already 11 hours in!!
Is there someone, man or women or other, 20 + y old, who is managing to lose then stop at their goal weight but still at a healthy stage and maintain it? Am I too unrealistic ?
So i'm starting a weightloss Journey, i have exactly 31 days till my birthday (october 18) to lose 10 pounds do you think i can get there if i stick to a 600 calorie day limit? I also workout 2 hours everyday but i have hipothyroidism so that makes everything so much harder. Heeeeelppp
No se cuantas calorias comi hoy y eso me pone muy nerviosa. se que no sobrepase las 1000, creo que con suerte estare entre las 500 y 700, espero no estar tan equivocada. Mañana voy a pesarme a pesar de que me de panico.
