i have this weird feeling that Malek will be some final boss in the series, like how Ares comes in to play in that Wonder Woman movie (like how Ares is the reason the war is happening and WW has to end Ares’ reign). Maybe Violet will have to fight and/or defeat Malek or smth? Or maybe his fire motif has significance?!?!?
bc he’s mention a whole lot to just be some God that so happens to have major relevance in the rider’s quadrant.
also fire coming from dragons and needing to “burn for Malek or he will burn you” may have some connection…?
and the definition of the word “Empyrean” means:
1) relating to heaven or the sky.
2) heaven, in particular the highest part of heaven.
3) the visible heavens; the sky.
like Gods/Goddesses are commonly referred to as being in the sky AND the dragons’ council (?) is called THE EMPYREAN—AS WELL AS THE SERIES.
also also Xaden saying, “[…] and when you die, I'll meet Malek at your side.” may possibly be foreshadowing.
or i’m just reading too much into this and this means absolutely nothing.
