Brest, France
Hi,
I like the simple way I edited this video... unfortunately, i accidentally deleted all the photos that I am sharing in this video, so that's the only place you will see them.

Caen, France
Hi,
I went to Caen, a city in Normandy (that's in the north of France) in October, for a long 3 days week-end, so I made 3 little videos about it.
Day 1 is actually in Ouistreham, not in Caen itself. I wanted to see what the beach looked like around here.
Day 2 is all about the city centre of Caen, and obviously I had to visit the botanical garden.
Day 3 is about the Castle of Caen, a few churches, and the horse race tracks.
I hope you enjoy this series of videos!
if you do, please subscribe to my YouTube channel! I am currently at about 100 subscribers, and it would just be so cool if that community could grow a little bit. :)

Berlin, Germany
Hi,
I thought I would share with you my latest videos.
I went to Berlin from the 28th of May to the 4th of June (of 2022), and I obviously filmed and took photos. I've now finished to put all these little vlogs on my youtube channel.
To be honest with you, I am not 100% satisfied of these photos. It was my first time in Berlin, my first time in Germany actually, so my 1st goal was just to discover with my own eyes, and not to be just hyper-focused on my camera.
This might be the reason why I'm not super happy with my photos in general: as I like to discover new places, I focus on seeing the newness, rather than trying to frame it.
Anyway, here are the videos.
DAY 1: Getting to Berlin, discovering my capsule hotel, seeing Berlin Tower & Alexanderplatz.
DAY 2: Going on a boat cruise on the Sprée River, and walking around the city centre.
DAY 3: Visiting the Berlinische Galerie (Gallery filled with art made in Berlin), and walked to the East Side Gallery, to see the Berlin Wall.
DAY 4: Berlin Zoo and Aquarium
DAY 5: Postdamer Platz, the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe (Holocaust Memorial), and the Großer Tiergarten.
DAY 6: Visiting the Natural History Museum, and the Hamburger Bahnhof Museum for Contemporary Art.
DAY 7: Visiting the best botanical garden ever (and its huge greenhouse), the Berlin Botanischer Garten.
DAY 8: Walking around the city centre one last time and then flying back to France.
There you go, that was all my trip in one post!
I genuinely enjoyed Berlin. I expected it to be a rather cold city, and I found it actually warm and welcoming.
And very very green!

Hello, friend.
My name is Christelle, I'm French.
I was on tumblr a few years ago and I enjoyed browsing it.
Then I decided it wasn't trendy anymore, it wasn't were the cool kids were hanging out anymore. I was on other social media, such as instagram, so I left Tumblr and focused on the trendier apps.
Recently I've become exasperated by how commercial, and noisy, and what a furious mess this as all become. Instagram posts are all screaming for attention. Twitter is full of hatred, it has become hard to voice any feminist, anti-racist, pro-LGBT opinion, without immediate bullying and the anxiety that comes with it.
So about a month and a half ago I logged out of all my social media and deleted the apps. (except YouTube, to post vlogs, and because I don't have TV). Still got my accounts, just in case, but not planning on going back there.
I miss the old school websites and blogs.
I mean yeah, sure, it was a massive waste of time.
Because it was completely useless. We didn't really gain anything by sharing our stories and our creations online. It wasn't (at least not entirely) all about self promotion.
In a way that's this 'completely useless' aspect which I miss.
Just expressing yourself, without any expectation of a reward.
It should nearly be acknowledged as a form of art.
So I am back on tumblr, let's see if I can find what I'm looking for, who knows.
Christelle.
