A Star Trek AU where humans have what could be described as the Opposite of Pon Farr and they also don’t like to talk about it.
They only feel this way when they lose all emotions or extreme situations.
I was inspired by the ice song in frozen and I like the line
“Beware the frozen heart.”

The Vulcan single father’s baby grown up!
Tumblr media
Plus a tiny fan-fic!
Spock looked at the girl. A small human dutifully standing beside her captain even though she had her own chair. She was obviously raised Vulcan. The Captain though while he was biologically Vulcan in appearance he had an Iowan accent that betrayed him when he spoke English words aloud.
“Take us out Kim.” Said the Vulcan captain
“Affirmative Captain.” Replied the human science officer
“Captain, I would prefer it if you called me by my title or by my proper name when we’re truly on duty sir”
Spock watched the two practice in the training module for hours.
“Some things change ever so slightly in every new universe but we truly seem to find our way back to each other, my T’hy’la.” Spock thought
He knew this universe and timeline was going to be just fine now that they’ve found each other again.

The group sat and watched the small vampire children play. Sypha spoke first. “They’re using caravans to move around... like speakers.”
Trevor avoided looking at the child, avoided thoughts of what he’d have to do if...
“It looks like they’re leaving now.” Alucard said “ I spoke to them... For a moment, they asked me leave when they smelled the blood of their friend on me... they actually seemed scared of me because my clothes smelled like blood.”
“Vampires were scared because you smelled like blood? Trevor asked in disbelief
“They called me a hunter and kicked me out....” Alucard seemed a bit sad “ they’re going to a place that offers them sanctuary... do you “
“Look!” Sypha said pointing at a the camp. A door much larger then the first few had formed along the cavern walls. “I think they’re leaving.” She watched as they packed and slowly walked calmly into a glowing light.
“Good.” Was all Trevor said
“I’m going to ask them about the transportation magic they’re using!” Sypha said
“Sypha no!” She already walked up to the closest carriage.
“Hello there! I...” Sypha was cut off by a scream
“Please don’t hurt us!”
“Wha?” Sypha stood confused as the screaming spread around the group.
“Samson get the children!”
An invisible wall of magic now formed between Sypha and the vampires. She watched as the crowd ran from her in fear.
“Wait I just...” she reacted out against the wall only to have her heart break because even so there was a wall between a child still flinched in response. She watched as the scared child was scooped up by a scared women to run from her.
“What’s... going on here.” Trevor asked. Confused why a child would run in fear of Sypha. Alucard just stared as the panicked crowd rushing inside the door leaving behind supplies.
“I guess... they’re gone now.” Said Alucard
As the magic disappeared Sypha silently walked inside the disheveled camp grounds. Alucard picked up a toy a child left behind. A doll that looked like any other doll a child would posses.
Going through scattered papers Sypha gasped. “This... this is why they feared me!” She held up a poster with her face on it.

As she showed the men the posters of her face she began to read off what they said. Warnings that said how they should avoid Sypha. “If you see a speaker run fast away because speakers and dangerous and will kill you!? How could they write this?!” Moving from paper to paper tears now forming in her eyes. “ this woman his extremely dangerous and won’t hesitate to kill anyone, run.”
Alucard was going though the vampires supplies looking for evidence that they were the ones killing the villagers. But all his could find here some dusty jars. “Look...” Alucard said holding a jar half filled with powdered red dust. “It smells like blood but it’s like dust.”
“Maybe they dried the blood when they killed the villagers.” Asked Trevor
“But why kill villagers to feed when they have so much food here.” He gestured to the many many boxes of dried blood jars “They seemed too scared to even hunt.”
A drop of water from the top of the cave fell in to jar. “I... have an idea.” Alucard pored a bit of water from his canteen into the jar and began swirling the jar. “All you have to do is add water!” Sypha said a bit less upset now but still clucking the papers in her hand and eyes still a bit puffy.
Alucard took a sip. “This... is dried cows blood.” He said with amazement
Trevor looked around at the surplus of blood and the toys on the ground. “Let’s go back to town... I don’t think vampires are the reason villagers are being killed.” He said with anger in his voice building up.

Alucard walked back to his friends.
“Where where you? We could have used your help Alucard.” Said Sypha
“I found a camp full of vampires.”
“Alright then! Let’s go clear them out, save the town, and finally get some breakfast!” Said Trevor
“The camp is full of vampire mothers and children Trevor.” Said Alucard. Trevor froze for a moment. “They didn’t seem to have any warriors or weapons with them.”
“Vampire children...”
“Do... you think they’re the ones killing villagers? Asked Sypha
“They have to be, while I don’t think they work for my father it looked like they just wanted to survive. I learned they’re leaving Wallachia tonight.” Replied Alucard
“What should we do? Child vampires grow up to kill people... so we should...” Trevor didn’t want to finish that sentence.
“I think we should talk to them!” Sypha said with a bit of optimism.
“Excuse me?! They’re vampires!” Trevor responded with disbelief.
“I think we should at least try. Maybe help them move far away from the village.” Said Sypha
“No... I think we should just watch them from afar , to make sure they leave Wallachia.” Responded Alucard
“Mmm... yeah... lets do that.” Said Trevor
Silently they all agreed this was probably the best choice. The trio walked with Alucard leading, easily finding where the caves were. The sun was going down as the tio kept a distance between themselves and the camp.
“Just going to make sure they leave Wallachia. We’re just going to watch.” Trevor muttered to himself, taking a deep breath as the first child came out of the darkness to play as the sun came down.
