They are my traumas too. they are part of the character's story.

so can your graphic threats!! Hell, anything can trigger someone, but you only care about the triggers you personally deem gross.
"You're romanticising people's trauma"
and you're implying that some people deserve my trauma because of what they write. That my trauma is some karmic punishment and not just a random shitty thing that happened to me.
"You need to properly warn about your shit"
Your death threats have 0 tags, and are often phrased in ways that make it incredibly hard to block out. Also, my darkfic isn't getting directly sent to your inbox.
All anti arguments can easily be turned on the antis themselves. Yet they claim they have the moral high ground.

They are ableist, anti-intellectual, conservative bullies who are unable to distinguish fact from feeling. They use their discomfort of a topic as a marker for how immoral something is. And! They are unable to hold any conversations about proshipping without immediately assuming the people against their arguments are emotionless, violent, child-grooming monsters who deserve to burn in hell. They are not able to hold any conversations about this in good faith; and that is extremely telling.
This is all to say, please avoid them. It doesn’t matter how much we stay calm, how much we ask them to actually Listen and Research; they wont. Theyll just go red in the face, and block their ears. These arent people that are interested in fact.
I know exactly what it’s like to be them; because I was an anti not long ago. I have felt seething extreme hatred for proshippers, and their hatred is all too familiar. They have no interest in holding a dialogue; only in taking their anger out on majority mentally ill people.
I am genuinely ashamed of the person I was. I never want to be a person who bases their beliefs in heresay and word of mouth.
Save yourself the time, and energy. Focus your life on people who base their opinions and beliefs in research. It’ll cause a lot less headaches.

The amount of violence antis have bubbling up inside of them over fiction is deeply concerning and probably should be something that people look into.
The amount of hate these people have isn’t normal and neither is the abusive behaviours many of them have normalized. For a group obsessed with the possibility of harm caused by fiction, they certainly can’t see they very real and ongoing harm they themselves have caused over it.

You can't really say "well both sides are stupid" when one side is just trying to exist and create fiction in peace while the other side is wishing them physical harm, harassing them, and sending them death threats.
