I wrote a fic and it's complete: it is a restitching of The Raven Boys and The Dream Thieves with the idea that it was not Ronan, but rather Niall Lynch, who punched Robert Parrish in the face. Adam and Ronan collide into each other's lives much earlier than anticipated, in a story full of sweeping romance and macabre twists. I think it's pretty good.

if you may, can you give us a small idea of an A/K/N scene draft you had when they were supposed to be a thing?
I’m not generally comfortable digging up old drafts for several reasons ((which surprisingly don’t include how poor the characterizations were or how awful the narrative was))— I don’t mind talking about the changes and referring to things that used to be, but digging through deleted scenes themselves is always hit & miss. It took me so long to be happy with the story that I try not to upset that mental peace, y’know? But I’m halfway through a second bottle of wine and this’ll distract me from throwing my external harddrive out the bedroom window.
Imagine the obligatory disclaimers/warnings: skewed characterizations, terrible editing, non-canon interactions, etc etc etc. These scenes are from 5~6 years ago, so they’re a bit rough. o___O
Gonna go ahead and tag @andrewminyardd for posterity, ha.

I'm curious about Andrew's time at Easthaven. I know you already wrote about him and Proust, but Proust wasn't the only Doctor he saw there right? Were the other doctors actually helpful? How was it for him to come off the drugs and realize everything that had happened? Was Proust's abuse only at the beginning after Neil mouthed off to Riko, or was it ongoing throughout? Did Andrew have any actual time to heal there, or was it just another horror show in his life?

Thanks to @coldsaturn keeping better track of things than I ever have ((and probably ever will)) the Foxhole Court Asks archive is finally up to date. I didn’t organize it very well when I first set it up, because honestly I didn’t think it’d get more than 20 questions and therefore wouldn’t need proper categories, so it’s kind of a mess right now. I’ll try to clean it up later, but for now it’s done.

Things I remember from reading Nora's EC that concern the Trojans/Jean.
#1 - The next year they play against the Foxes in the championship game and win.
#2 - It was Jeremy's senior year. I feel like Jean was Kevin's and Rikos age so he would be in his fourth year.
#3 - Jean does not talk to Kevin or Neil, nor do they become friends ever. Too much trauma according to Nora.
#4 - Jean does play Professional Exy to fulfill his commitment to the Moriyamas. But never tries to become court because he doesn't care for Exy like Neil and Kevin do.
#5 - Renee marries some dude named Patrick and they adopt a bunch of kids, so I doubt there will be some cross country romantic relationship between her and Jean. But I do think they are friends.
Im excited to see when this book takes place and how closely Nora will stick to her own hc about her characters. The Sunshine Court.
