A while ago I mentioned that I was redrawing/designing the wardrobe for the GX fantasy-ish au I wrote a few years back, well here it is!
I was also playing around with styles since I don't really have much of my own yet and like a year ago I did some head shots in the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia style as seen below because It's aesthetically pleasing to me lol. And when I did those I used the wardrobe from the au so I decided to redraw/redesign the wardrobe in that style to match the drawings I'd done before.
And as I said, my brain is very fashion over function in terms of wardrobe, and I thought I'd let y'all in on how my brain works a bit so I threw in the various FF characters or Fire Emblem in Atty and Lexi's case or literally just Jaden lol that inspired the various wardrobe looks along with the characters I used for my Opera Omnia style references, so I hope that's enlightening lol.
And of course, click for high quality!
I didn't draw every single character in the story, but the ones I didn't I really just hadn't changed too much or really at all from their normal looks because I thought they fit the aesthetic of their home dimensions in the story pretty well already, like Axel and Jim and Crowler. I also just didn't want to draw Zane 😌. To be fair I didn't change Hassleberry too much either which contextually in the story makes perfect sense but I adore him so 🤪
*you've triggered their trap card, a mirror force, and you have just the card to negate the effect, when suddenly... they pull out a glitter bomb.*
*gulps* "wh.. what do I do to disable this...?" You think to yourself, the timer ticking down as the seconds waste away.
"Ahaha... you better hurry~" your opponent says, with a snicker. "If you don't negate this?? You'll lose all of your Life Points, and lose your soul! And if this goes off, if you're too slow to disarm it? The glitter bomb will cause you to still lose your soul!" They proclaim, sending a shiver down your spine.
"...what do I do....." you think, as your Kuriboh picks up on your worry, and glances over the glitter bomb, finding exactly the wire to cut to disable it. "Chir-chirrup!" He cries, as he points his claw to the wire. "Is this the one?" You ask, as he gives a look of approval. You cut the wire, and.... it disables the glitter bomb.
"Boo hoo.. you're no fun--" your opponent exclaims, the glitter bomb, now disabled, and their trap, negated, as you gently fist-bump with your Kuriboh, the both of you happy to have survived that.
Players can only disarm traps if they can DISARM THE BOMB YOU’VE ATTACHED TO THEIR CHARACTER SHEET! MWAHAHAHA!
