Here's some alternate HPD emojis as inspired by this post! Here's a link to the original as well if anyone wants it: X

[ID: four variations of a person with a heart on their chest and a calm expression. In all versions, there are little stars/sparkles around them, and small emphasis marks. In the first they're placing both hands on a purple blob and a green square, and the colors from each fade up their arms in every emoji. In the second version they're holding their hands up, below a floating pair of purple exclamation points and a green heart. In the third version their hands are on the blob and the square again, but the exclamation points/heart icons are included on each. In the fourth version, both shapes have been changed to ovals but still have the exclamation/heart icons on them. /End ID]

It’s totally alright! I’ll definitely do that, but I’m not sure how I’d represent that visually since I don’t know enough about it. Anyone have suggestions? I’ll add a symbol emoji to this post once I have a good idea of what to draw :)

Edit: okay! How does this look? I designed it to try to show how people with HPD need to attention in order to feel stable, how their emotions change and shift in response to that, and how they also form behaviors to get that attention. If I should make any edits or changes to the emoji or description please tell me, I’m happy to make them!

Hi there! Thanks so much for the feedback :)

The green and purple orbs were originally meant to symbolize traits that someone might "take on" for attention, situations someone might change to fit, or feelings of attention and care in general, not necessarily people. They're also lower than the person just because I didn't want it to look crowded

I can definitely make some alternate versions if you like, maybe changing the shapes of the orbs so it's clear they're not people? I can try the speech bubble idea as well, to see how it looks, my only thought is that it might make the whole thing look too visually busy

Going back to this, I don’t mind taking more toki pona requests a handful of words at a time! I can also redo these if anyone wants, so they’re larger and smoother

do you mind doing toki pona and/or sitelen pona emojis? if you don't know what toki pona is google should explain it :D

if you're up for it, here's a starting few (the links are to what the sitelen pona looks like if you decide to do that!)

each word is too general to define quickly in english, so id recommend using glosbe to translate ^^

anyway ik this is kinda a lot but i'd really appreciate if you made some toki pona emotes :D it does have 200ish words so i definitely dont expect you to do them all quickly lol

After all, this is a whole language, but I was thinking of opening commissions if I can in the next couple months, so look out for that if you’re interested

Mhm! I decided to make the symbol for this one visibly different from the actual topic, and that’ll be the same for any other phobia emojis, so hopefully they get the idea across but aren’t actually stressful
