Because how had I not done a Karkat/Terezi song yet?

Both the coolest and most difficult part of this song was the slow build from soft and sweet to full-on belting. On a related note, I learned that my Terezi voice gets hard to maintain in the twilight between the sweeter, softer singing and the full-on rasping. Bleh, I had fun, and that's the reason I;m doing these, so whatever. XD

As we all know, the end of Homestuck is nigh. Like, really nigh. Once this week of break is up, people are probably going to start permadying and it’s going to be really sad, so what better way is there to reign in the sadness than with a full cast parody!

If you’d like to participate in this parody of the opening number of Songs for a New World, you can audition by sending:

a 30 sec-1 min clip of you singing any part of the above link in your character’s voice, no background needed

skype username

vocal range

whether or not you can read sheet music (disclaimer, this will not be a dealbreaker, it’s just for my own reference)

to either my submit box or [email protected].

Right now, all parts (betas, alphas, and beta trolls) are open except for Vriska, so there’s plenty of parts for anyone wanting to audition. I’ll update the post once a role is taken.
