Tony Stark is an Engineer and a Mechanic and an Inventor and no one introduces him as such.

Tony Stark has clear mental illnesses and an addiction and no one REALLY talks about it.

Maybe we should reevaluate our character arcs.

Tony has undiagnosed ADHD and knowing Peter is what makes him go to get a diagnosis. It was doing a lot of research on ADHD to make sure the lab and penthouse are ADHD friendly for Peter that made Tony see he has a lot of symptoms

Episode 05 was a masterpiece. Periodt.

This episode has to be my favourite episode of this entire series. Imo, there's literally nothing bad about this episode, no flaws! This episode is so worth a rewatch. I mean what's not good about this episode??? The cinematography? Loved it, the shots were perfect (especially the scene at the Sokovia Memorial, when Bucky dropped the bullets, that shot-). The writing and the acting? Istg the writing was so good. Every single scene, especially Isaiah and Sam's scene, was so well written. They straight up said it, "They will never let a Black man be Captain America". I was so close to tearing up when Isaiah was telling Sam what he went through. The way every single character is being portrayed is amazing. I mean I can't believe that I'm saying this but I kinda felt bad for Walker, I'm not denying his wrong deeds or anything (he's so brutal and mad with power, that man can never be Captain America) but the scene where Walker calls out those government men for creating him – a man who played by their rules and did what they wanted until it didn’t suit them anymore – his anger is understandable and you feel bad for him. And can't forget that scene when Bucky accepts that he didn't understand how hard it is for a black man, for Sam to just take up the shield. The writers didn't leave out anything, at last Zemo’s role in the story reached a satisfying conclusion. They did an amazing job at fleshing out these characters and the actors didn't disappoint us either. Bucky and Sam got the character arc they deserve. And lastly, the action? The fight scene at the beginning of the ep was everything.

Also this episode gave Bucky and Sam so much happiness, I'm pretty sure I've never seen Bucky smile so much. Both of them working together, Bucky grinning like a dork, Sam asking Bucky to stay, Bucky and Sam's last talk before Bucky left ("we're just a couple of guys"-) was everything I ever needed. I can rewatch this episode just to see Bucky and Sam having fun once again.

This episode had the quality of the season finale and I just can't wait for the last episode.

okay but this episode, I absolutely melted

because bucky has been through so much. he's been tortured, forced to murder, brainwashed, traumatized... dealing with all of this, plus his best friend, the only person he considers his family, dead.

but he still smiled. he smiled so much, and it's such a beautiful smile. he was happy. he and sam forgave each other. he seemed to carefree, flirting with sarah, working on the boat, and it reminded me so much of TFA bucky.

bucky is so amazingly strong. he's been through so much, and yet he found reasons to smile. that's incredible. I sure as hell wouldn't be able to do that.

my pa!tony/billionaire!pepper AU (“anything and everything”) 😖 really, it’s just a random au to get my roleswap rocks off but @ambivalentmarvel just brings out the Thinker in me, so unfortunately I am now Thinking Thoughts about this au. it’s complicated and I’m not a writer so I’ll do my best to explain.

For reasons i won’t get into right now, Potts Industries bought Stark in the 60s and they’ve been the top weapons/consulting enterprise since. Tony, by a hilarious comedy of errors I also will not get into yet, gets hired as Miss Potts’ new PA and after some 10 years of service she gets kidnapped. Tony, still a tech genius, starts to fall apart in her absence and decides he’s going to do something about it via impossible robot armor.

Iron Man becomes her bodyguard. Oh, also, nobody knows who’s in the suit, Miss Potts included.
