No, this one is not a scam. She's just creating new blogs repeatedly to draw attention to her fundraiser. Someone I know has spoken to her through her facebook and confirmed it's her and she is in need. Her fundraiser has also been approved and vetted by GFM and the Watermelon project.

To opt out of sharing your public blogs’ content with third parties, visit each of your public blogs’ blog settings via the web interface and toggle on the “Prevent third-party sharing” option.
