Just Add Sugar: Finale Overview
The episode opens in a completely different venue. There is a studio audience wildly cheering as the lights dart across the stage, the trainees riding from the ground. They start the show with a performance of “Ice Cream Cake”, which fires up the audience. When the performance is over, Yiseul comes out and addresses the audience. She mentions the number of “I love Eunyoung unnie” banners she sees in the audience and that many people may have noticed Eunyoung was not in the performance. She goes on to say that **Eunyoung unfortunately would not be able to perform as she had injured her ankle during training and had to stay off it for the next six weeks**. The crowd groans and boos, but Yiseul assures them they have a great night of performances ahead of them.

Just Add Sugar: Ep. 4 Overview
Episode 4: “This will be the last challenge before the finale.” The episode opens with Su-A’s impactful words. Yiseul then told the trainees they would be split into two teams and given original songs that even Su-A and herself haven’t heard. The twist: the teams would be Team Yiseul vs. Team Su-A. The original and only current members of Cotton Candy would be picking the trainees for their team and performing with them. “Wow,” Nayoon exclaimed in her talking head interview, “I mean I planned on winning and performing with Cotton Candy for a while, but I didn’t think I would be performing with them so soon!” Kaeun seemed a little less enthused, “They’re part of the only successful co-ed group in K-pop history and one of the best-selling units in K-pop history. I’m sure they’re gonna be harsher than the the CEO, Song Doyoung, and Mick Yang combined. They’re the best and probably won’t expect anything less.” Chunhwa echoed Kaeun’s concerns, but in a less severe sense; “This is their group, so if they don’t get along with you they can probably just cut you right then and there. I can imagine them coming in and just saying ‘you seem like a bully…goodbye’, ‘I think you’re rude…go home’,” she chuckled.

Just Add Sugar: Ep. 3 Overview
Episode 3: The episode opens with the trainees in the main area of the dorm talking about the previous challenge. Nayoon and Sunghyun were outspoken about how disappointed they were in the outcome and accused the judges of favoritism. The former members of the Green Team more or less ignored the comments, but Eunyoung, the “winner” of the challenge and currently the trainee with the most points, stated her opinion in the talking head interview: “I think it’s childish to own up to your mistakes in front of the judges and blame them for your loss behind their backs,” she said frankly. “We worked so hard and were acknowledged for it. Just do better next time.”
Junghwa congratulated Eunyoung on her strong performance from last week, which was echoed by most of the trainees. Eunyoung thanked them, but asked if they had any clue as to why she wasn’t given a center position for this week. The trainees were just as confused as she was. Kaeun suggested maybe this is an individual challenge, which garnered mixed reactions from the other trainees. Some trainees (like Nayoon) welcomed the idea of an individual challenge, but others felt it didn’t make sense since the prize of winning the competition was…being in a group.

Just Add Sugar: Ep. 2 Overview
Episode 2: The episode began with the trainees having breakfast. Many were still reeling from their first challenge, but they all took a moment to congratulate Areum and Kaeun on their center positions.
They gathered in the common area of the dorms where they saw Yiseul, who introduced their next mission: a “battle of the groups” team challenge. “Ugh…another team challenge,” Nayoon stated in her talking head interview, “I’m still weary from the first challenge. We can’t get one solo challenge? Just one?” Yiseul continues; they will be split into two teams and each team must perform a Cotton Candy song. The trainees were relieved since many of them prepared for a challenge like this, but the surprise came when Yiseul split them into one team of six (Team Blue) and one team of four (Team Green). Team Blue is revealed to be Chunhwa, Sunghyun, Nayoon, Gowoon, Kaeun, and Yejin. The remaining members are Team Green. Junghwa, Areum, and Eunyoung all express dismay in being in a group with only four members, but Minyoung finds the silver lining: “At least we have fewer members that can screw up,” she chuckled.

Just Add Sugar: Ep. 1 Overview
Episode 1: The trainees come into the dorms where they introduce themselves via talking head interview:
Chunhwa - trainee for 5 yrs.; specialty: rap
Junghwa - trainee for 4 yrs.;  specialty: vocal
Sunghyun - trainee for 2.5 yrs.; specialty: vocal
Nayoon - trainee for 2 yrs.; specialty: vocal
Minyoung - trainee for 1 yr.; specialty: rap
Areum - trainee for 11 mo.; specialty: vocal
Gowoon -  trainee for 7 mo.; specialty: performance
Eunyoung -  trainee for 5 mo,; specialty: rap
Kaeun -  trainee for 5 mo.; specialty: performance
Yejin - trainee for 3 mo.; specialty: performance
They are greeted by Yiseul and Su-A, the original and only current members of Cotton Candy, who tell them their first mission is not to cover a Cotton Candy song, but to learn a new song called “Ice Cream Cake”. They were given two weeks to prepare for their first performance. The trainees spend the first two days studying the lyrics and choreography of the song. The third day, they go into the recording studio; the vocal trainees deliver near flawless vocals and surprisingly Chunhwa (a rap trainee) also delivers strong vocals as well. The performance trainees, especially Gowoon, struggle the most in the studio due to her focus on dance and lack of experience in singing.
The mid-week evaluations snuck up on the trainees, and they were forced to perform what they had ready. Song Doyoung (vocal trainer) and Mick Yang (dance instructor) were disappointed in their lack of progress and chastise the trainees for their perceived laziness. They then told the trainees they were supposed to pick a leader and a center for this performance, but ultimately decided not to because they didn’t see anyone worth the titles. The trainees, devastated by the negative feedback, worked extra hard to please the judges. It was revealed that Kaeun was a dancer and choreographer for a well-known dance company. She made the last-minute decision to come up with original choreography for the dance break.
They performed “Ice Cream Cake” in front of the judges: Choi Yewon (CEO of Black Label Media), Song Doyoung (vocal trainer), Mick Yang (dance instructor), Yiseul, and Su-A (original and current members of Cotton Candy). The judges were pleased and commended the trainees for their improvement. They gave praise to the “dance unit” (Minyoung, Areum, Gowoon, and Kaeun) in particular for their flawless execution of the choreography during the dance break, especially to Areum, who they thought stood out the most, and Kaeun, for her original choreography. The judges awarded both of them the title of center for the next mission and the highest scores. The trainee with the lowest score was revealed to be Junghwa as the judges felt she didn’t stand out.

B4X6 Dating History
(Someone asked if I’m gonna do a dating history, and I honestly wasn’t planning on making one because I never really thought about them dating anyone besides non-celebs. But here I decided to make one anyway, so enjoy.)
I am not going to say who they are currently dating, as I will keep that as a surprise for my future writings~
Suhee
Tumblr media
A guy in high school (2 years)
Around her Junior year in high school, she dated one of her close guy friends. They were good for each other, but Suhee was always busy training and that bothered him, so they ended things.
A girl in uni (5 months)
This was around the time when she was discovering her sexuality more in her sophomore year. She was pretty certain that she also likes girls, and dated someone in her class. But the other girl ended things as she didn’t think she was “like that”.
Hana
Tumblr media
Jimin (BTS)(2 months)
They were good for each other while it lasted, but the media soon intervened, and BTS fans became in rage that these two artists were dating. They had to end things before someone got hurt later on.
Woosung (The Rose)(1 year and 6 months)
One of the best relationships either of them had. But around the time when they both became idols, things were shaky and they could never find the time to be together. So they ended things pretty sweetly, but it still hurt.
Kei
Tumblr media
lol no one ╥﹏╥
He isn’t a virgin when it comes to kissing though. He’s been to party’s before, so he isn’t an amateur. But he’s never really dated anyone.
Jiwon
Tumblr media
Yeonwoo (Momoland)(4 months)
Their relationship was rocky from beginning to end. There wasn’t any bad vibes or fights between them, but they just knew that they weren’t going to last long.
Saebyeol (Matilda)(1 year and 4 months)
This was one of Jiwon’s longest relationship he’s had. They both cherished each other a lot, and left off on a good note when they mutually decided to end things.
Euna (KHAN)(6 months)
They definitely had something between them, but there was also something that wasn’t. They were good, but it wasn’t good enough.
Eunjae
Tumblr media
One guy from high school (9 months)
They had a good relationship, but Eunjae couldn’t quite feel what he was feeling towards her later throughout their time together.

Jiwon + Roa + Sejeong
Summary: Jiwon is hanging out backstage at the MAMA awards with Roa, when all of a sudden Sejeong passes by
Tumblr media
Without meaning too, Jiwon bursts through Pristin's dressing room. There was only Roa inside, and she had her head down into her phone as she scrolled aimlessly. Jiwon was silently thanking that no one else was in there, and he stalked past her to sit on one of the couch's that was put in their room.
"Hey." He said to the girl. Without looking up from her phone, she replied with a mumbled 'hey' back. Jiwon tucked himself into the cushion before pulling out his phone from his back pocket. That's how these two normally hang out backstage. They're either in each other's presence while scrolling through their phones, or having a deep conversation. It varies from time to time when they're not so busy with their schedule, and it usually ends up being the former.
"What are you doing back here?" This time, Jiwon genuinely just wanted to be surrounded by a familiar face other than his members. The award show was making him antsy, and he couldn't stand the commotion everyone was making. The only quiet place, and person, he could go to was Roa.
"Too much noise. Wanted to see you." Is all he replied with. Roa looks up from her phone, and stares across at Jiwon with raised brows.
"Oh really? You sure you're not hiding from Hana?" She asks him with a humorous tone. Jiwon glances up at her and groans.
"That was one time." He states. He once accidentally, may have misplaced Hana's makeup and messed up her lipstick by accident. It was only once, and he's not normally one to be intimidated, but with Hana can be scary at times.
"Okay." Roa replies back in a joking manner. Jiwon finally puts his phone up, and looks up at Roa sitting across from him.
"Do you think your group will win an award?" He asks her. Roa doesn't look at him as she shrugs her shoulders.
"Don't know. I would like too. It would be nice if we did." She mumbled her last sentence. "What about you? Do you think your group will win?" This time she looks up, and Jiwon thinks for a moment before responding.
"Same as you. I don't know." He shrugs his shoulders. Roa stares at him a beat longer, debating whether to ask him anything else, before going back to her phone. That was the problem between these two. They may have a similar personality, but they have no idea what to actually talk about. It's always small talk with these two, and the only deep conversation they ever have is when they hang out near Han River at night while gorging on chicken and beer.
A few minutes pass by in complete silence, and the only noise that they can hear is the ticking of the clock on the wall. Jiwon notices how quiet it is, and it’s eerie to him. Usually Roa was never one to be all alone in the room by herself. He was used to seeing the rest of the girls in there, and he glances over at Roa who seems too occupied in her phone.
"Hey, where is everyone else?" He asks her.
"They went to the convenience store to get some drinks." She says back. With a thoughtful nod, Jiwon turns back towards his phone. As if on cue, there's a knock at the door, and both Jiwon and Roa turn their heads. The door creeks open, and slowly, Sejeong peeks her head inside. She spots Roa first, then Jiwon. When their eyes meet, she quickly shifts her direction back towards Roa, who is already getting up to greet her.
"Hi." Sejeong says with a smile. Roa goes in for a hug, and Sejeong accepts the embrace.
"I haven't seen you in so long!" Roa exclaims. The two girls hug each other in a fit of smiles and warm laughter. Jiwon on the other hand, shifts in his spot, and Sejeong notices.
“Hey Jiwon.” She says to him, but her smile is a bit fainter than before. A bit duller. When he nods his head in a ‘hello’ back kind of way, the two idols avert their eyes anywhere but each other. Roa glances between the two who seems to notice the tension, and is quick to change the subject.
“What are you doing back here?” She turns to Sejeong, and the other girl looks up at her.
“I came to make sure all the groups back here are ready for the award show. I need to find Nayoung and Kyulkyung too, since we’re hosting together. Have you seen them?” Sejeong glances around the room, and skips over Jiwon who continues to scroll through his phone in thought. Although if both girls were behind him, they would see him staring at his home screen.
“They went to the convenience store with the others to get some drinks. They should be back any minute now.” Roa says. Something flickers in Sejeong’s eyes, and she ndos her head in understatement.
“I see.” She pauses. “Then, I’ll see you guys during the ceremony.” She quickly says. Roa nods with a smile, and Sejeong turns her attention back at Jiwon. “Bye Jiwon.” Before he could reply back, she slips out the door, and back into the bustling backstage. Roa collects herself for a moment before whipping her head back in the direction where Jiwon was sitting.
“What was that?” She asks him. Jiwon locks his phone and tucks it behind his pocket as he stares back at the girl.
“What was what?”
“Don’t act dumb Junsu. I know tension when I see one, and you two definitely had that. I’ve never seen you guys act like that before.” She stalks over to the chair in front of him, and Jiwon sighs.
“We just haven’t been talking lately.”
“No shit.” Roa exclaims. “Why?” Jiwon sinks further into his chair. He feels like a child being scolded by his mother. Although he wouldn’t really know what that feels like. Before speaking, he pinches the bridge of his nose.
“Do you remember that one picture that spread all over the news?” He finally says.
“The one where Sejeong and you were walking out of a store together with your arms linked?” He nods at her words, and Roa gives him a puzzled look. “What about it? You guys are always seen together walking like that. It’s normal for you two right?” She asks him. Again, Jiwon nods. “Then what’s the problem?” He finally picks his head up, and looks straight into the girls eyes.
“People have been talking. I mean really talking. Saying all these things about us. That we’re-” He stops himself, not allowing him to say it. Roa notices what he’s saying, and finishes for him.
“That you two are a couple?” She says it painfully slow for Jiwon to process it, and he nods his head again. Roa lets out a small chuckle before replying. “So what?”
“So what? We aren’t dating! We’re just friends, and we can’t even hang out just as friends because of the media.” He replies.
“That never stopped you two.” She pushes back
“Yeah but-”
“Oh my god Jusnu.” Roa rests a hand on top of his, and Jiwon looks down at her hand, than back up at her. “Just because the ‘media’ is talking about it, doesn’t make it a true statement. Don’t get your head so into this. You guys are really good friends, and you shouldn’t let this small thing ruin your friendship with each other.” Roa finishes. Jiwon looks up at her, and she gives him a small smile. Maybe she’s right. Why did he get so worked up into what the media says about him? It’s not true. He isn’t dating her.
“You’re right.” Jiwon admits. Roa grins at him as she stands up.
“Of course I am.” Just as she speaks, the rest of the Pristin members come bursting into the room with drinks in their hands. Jiwon takes that as his cue to leave, and starts to make his way past the group. He bows to each one of them, and they bow back in greeting. As he walked out the door, Roa calls out to him. “Talk to her!” She shouts. Without turning around, Jiwon waves his hand back at her, before slipping out the door to go find his group.

Happy Birthday Suhee
November 27, 2018
All Members
Summary: The members surprise their leader, who thought they weren’t going to celebrate her birthday
Tumblr media
They always celebrate everyone's birthday at 12 a.m. But since Suhee had a shoot to go to in the morning, the others thought it would be best to let her sleep. They talked to her about it, and she was upset at first that she won’t be able to spend her birthday with everyone. But they later reassured her that they’ll celebrate the day after when she comes back.
Suhee glanced at the clock on her bedside table and sighed. It was 11:57 p.m, and she knew her members weren’t going to celebrate like they normally do. Although she’s quite upset, she shook the thought away by reoccupying herself with a book her brother got for her. He visited last Saturday, and Suhee was overjoyed to see him. She hasn’t been able to see much of her brother or her mother because of her busy schedule, and having him drop by unexpectedly a week before her birthday was a surprise.
She should be asleep at this hour, but Suhee couldn’t fall asleep as the thought of her birthday being only a minute away. She kept glancing at the clock, only to be reminded that she has a shoot in the morning, and that she wouldn’t be able to see her members before she leaves.
Once the clock hit 12, Suhee shut her book, and laid it beside her. She turned toward her lamp to turn it off and finally get some sleep. As she reached toward it, she mumbled to herself before turning it off.
“Happy birthday to me.” Right after she spoke, her door swung open, and in came all her members. Suhee jumped in surprise at the sight of them when she noticed Eunjae carrying a cake in her hands, and Kei and Hana bursting in with mini confetti cannons, and Jiwon with a little party hat on his head. “Oh my god.” She tried to hide the surprised smile she had on her face, but failed.
“Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday leader Suhee. Happy birthday to you.” Her members sang once they burst into the room. Suhee looked at all her members who were giving her mutual smiles.
“Make a wish!” Kei shouted just as Suhee leaned forward to blow out her candles. She closed her eyes tightly before blowing them out, and everyone cheered.
“I thought you guys weren’t going to do this.” She said to them.
“Well, we wanted to surprise you this time, making you think we weren’t going to celebrate.” Kei replied.
“Are you surprised?” Eunjae asked her. Suhee nodded her head and giggled. She started feeling a bit emotional, as she thought she wouldn’t be able to spend her birthday with her members. She knew it was silly to be upset over it, but now that she was able to celebrate it with them, she felt overjoyed.
“Happy birthday Suhee!” Hana stepped forward to give the older girl a hug, and she embraced her back. Jiwon stepped around Kei and gave Suhee the party hat he was wearing.
“Happy birthday noona.” He smiled down at her. Suhee gave him a quick side hug and thanked him. After Eunjae handed the cake to Suhee, she and Kei quickly went out to grab some forks, along with a present they all contributed too. When they came back, Suhee was also surprised to see they all got her a gift.
“For you.” They both tell her as they handed her the gift. Suhee placed the cake to the side, and looked over it cautiously.
“You guys didn’t have too.” She said quietly. But nonetheless she started tearing open the package with care. The others exchange a look, worried if she’ll like it or not. Once Suhee finally opened it, she held back her shock with a hand over her mouth.
“Do you like it?” Eunjae asked her with a hopeful look on her face. Suhee laughed out loud before placing it beside her.
“I love it. Thank you.” She told them. They all let out a relieved sigh in unison, before they started digging into the cake. Jiwon gave the first bite to Suhee, before everyone dug in altogether. As everyone was occupied eating, Suhee got up and took the book she had on her nightstand that her brother got her, and hid it in her closet where no one else noticed. When she came back, she gave them all warm smiles before eating the cake with them.
They got her the same book her brother had given her.

Pig's Skin (Part 2)
April 3, 2017
All Members
Summary: The next morning, Kei tells the others what happened last night
(Mentions Of: Eating disorder, bulimia, and purging)
Tumblr media
The next morning, Hana was woken up by hushed whispers and quiet voices. The silent noise was enough for her to be startled by, let alone the rumbling in her stomach. As she sat up in bed, she replayed the memories of last night. Her mind was a little foggy, and it wasn't cause she had a drink or two to numb what she was going to do from last night. She squeezed her eyes shut, and gripped her bed sheets as she remembered that Kei was there who witnessed her in the bathroom. She didn't want to get up and face him. She was afraid, humiliated, and most of all, ashamed with what she had done. With a heavy sigh, she brought her legs to the edge of the bed and slowly got up. When she walked out of her room, she saw her members talking in the living room. Eunjae was sitting on the couch. Jiwon was leaning against one of the kitchen countertops. Kei and Suhee were standing in front of each other, near Eunjae, when they noticed Hana. They all stopped to look at her.
"Hae-ju..." Suhee started. Hana backed away slowly from the older girl, but she caught her by her wrist. Instinctively, she held her head down in shame to avoid the older girls stare. Her members knew that she had an eating disorder, and they helped her overcome it little by little. She felt so ashamed to even be standing in front of everyone. All her effort of recovery went down the drain in one night.
"I'm sorry." She says in a shaky exhale. "I'm really sorry." She doesn't know what's gotten into her as she felt hot tears start to stain her cheeks. She tried holding them back, but the others saw as they fell to the floor. She wiped them away with the back if her hand, when suddenly Suhee dragged her over to the couch. She sat down right next to Eunjae, and Suhee didn't let go of the girls hands as she squatted in front of her. Hana still didn't dare to meet the others eyes as she looked downwards at the ground. But when Suhee pulled her out of her thoughts by brushing her hair out of her face, she finally came back to her senses.
"Are you okay?" Suhee asks her. Hana blinks once, surprised at her question. She was ready for some sort of scolding or punishment that she thought she deserved. But she should know better than to think that her members would ever do that to her.
"Yes." She replies in a shaky voice. Suhee cocks an eyebrow at her, and squeezes her hands with hers.
"Are you really?" Eunjae asks her. She places a hand on the girls shoulder for comfort, and it helps.
"I am." Hana looks back at her. She glances to every single one of her members who stare back at her with concern over their faces. "Really, I am. I just had one bad night. The managers words triggered something in me, and I know I should have been stronger, and I should have fought back against my old ways, and I know you guys must be disappointed in me, and I know-"
"Stop Hae-ju." Suhee interrupts her. Hana shuts her mouth quickly, ready for the worst from their leader. But Suhee only gives her a soft expression before going in to hug her. For a moment, Hana freezes before she slowly wraps her arms around the older girl. When they pull away, Hana notices that Suhee was trying to fight back her tears.
"We could never be disappointed in you Hae-ju. Recovery isn't easy. You're going to have a lot of urges to do things, and people may say triggering words. But you have to know that you're better than all that. We care about you, and you're important to us." Suhee squeezes Hana's hands with her own once again, and Hana is fighting back tear that threaten to spill. Eunjae rests her head on Hana's shoulder as she hugs her from the side, and Jiwon and Kei stand near them. "It's going to be hard, but you have us. You have people who love you. So next time you think about doing this again, please remember that. Your health is important, not only to us, but to our fans as well." Once Suhee finishes, Hana is crying softly into Eunjae's hair who is doing her best to not cry. The guys look down at the three girls with small smiles on their faces. Suhee smiles warmly to Hana before ruffling her hair. "Okay?" Hana nods at the older girls words then glances up to Kei, who's looking down at her with a smile on his face.
Yeah, we'll get through this together.
