Pro Mia tips
1. Stand up when purging ad put your head below your stomach because once It starts to come up the gravity will help it come up easier.
2. Push on your stomach with your free hand.
3. Keep your fingers(or utensils) down your throat until the vomit pushes it out or untill your done
4. Weigh yourself before and after eating and then after you purge to guarantee you purged everythingg. your pre-eating should be the same as your post-purge weight.
5. Dot brush your teeth immediately after purging. The acid will b brushed onto your teeth causing damage to your teeth. if you want to brush your teeth wait at least an hour before doing so.
6.after purging rinse/gargle with warm water or mouth was. This will get rid of the after taste and help remove acid. This will also help your teeth and reduce facial swelling.
7.wash your face with cold water to help with red and teary eyes.
8.put toilet paperr in the toilet to reduce splashing.
9. To cover up the noise of purging run the water in the Sink/shower, play music, o flush the toilet at the same time as purging.
10.dont wait longer than an hour to purge, because by then your body has absorbed most of the calories.
11.wash your hands the acid is bad for them. You can also use gloves to protect your hands.
12. Drink lots of water while eating and afterwards it will make the food easier to purge.
13. Chew your food thoroughly it will help reduce chunks and sharp pieces.
14.eat low calorie or safe foods first because your body will digest that first givingg you more time to purge.
15.binge on low calorie o safe foods when you purge you can only vomit 80% of the food you ate.
16.use makers such as different colored foods (e.g. Doritos, apples, or orange juice) this will help indicate where in the amount of food purged. Reminder the food comes up in the reverse way you ate.
17. When purging in public flush he toilet to cover up the sound and clean up after yourself.
18. I you have long hair ware a hair tie on your wrist All the time so when you purge you have something to pull your hair out of the way.
Easy to purge foods:
Liquidly foods(e.g. soup), pudding, cereal with milk, noodles, soft fruit (e.g. grapes, strawberries)
Food to avoid purging:
Spicy food, eggs, bread, juice, sharp food (e.g. popcorn , chips)

Told someone my hw yesterday and they were shocked about it and said stuff like "even how???". Not 'cause I lost much weight or something, my hw is only 4 kg (8,81 Ibs) heavier than my cw.
They said it because they couldn't imagine how I was able to weigh so much.
Now I want to starve myself until I'm thinner then anybody my age I know.

When i think about losing weight, it feels like a goal very hard to reach and way too far away.
But i "only" have to lose 25 kg (55,1 Ibs).
I feel like if i really pushed myself i could easily do it this year.
I dont understand why don't I just do it, so i can feel the feeling im trying to reach since im 11.
