Hikaru and friends go to NcDonalds in Hikaru no Go (2001), the sign just says NcDo/Nakudo, but in the movie Journey to the North Star Cup (2004) it's written as NcDonado.

Megane, Kakugari, Chibi and Perm get burgers in Urusei Yatsura (1981) episode 10, Merry Christmas! Judging by the N logo I'm gonna go ahead and say it's NcDonald's, but then the sign up top says something like Arbu and resembles the Arby's logo with the hat, so it's probably two different artists going against each other.

They eat a lot in this ep, huh?

Anzu, Honda and Miho get jobs at Burger World in Yu-Gi-Oh! (1998) episode 2, Yugi and Jonouchi get some vandalised burgers...

It adapted chapter 4 of the manga which only had Anzu working there, Honda and Miho don't appear at all and it ends with Yugi burning an escaped convict to death, what a fun manga about trading cards.
