My thoughts on that line
Spoilers below for "Flash Strike"

I'm not gonna lie, hearing Rampart's words with the close up and sinister music did unnerve me. Because why frame the shot like that? What's the implication of Rampart's words? Does this mean Crosshair is going to prove Rampart right? Honestly, I don't think so. If anything, he will prove him wrong.
Rampart hasn't seen Crosshair's journey. He didn't watch "The Outpost" or "Tipping Point." He certainly didn't watch the first half of S3. Time and time again, we've seen where Crosshair's loyalty lies. And it's to his family. Rampart has seen Crosshair at his worst and only knows that side to him. Rampart himself is incapable of changing. He went to prison for at least 5-6 months and learned nothing. Crosshair went to prison for 5-6 months and realized just how badly he messed up. My guess, Rampart is projecting on to him.
And maybe there is some truth to Rampart's words about how Crosshair is only loyal to himself. But consider the reason why Crosshair didn't say anything about Rampart knowing a way to get Tantiss' location. Crosshair is traumatized and his hand shakes as a result. He is going to do everything he can to protect himself from reliving that experience. I don't blame him. I'll use myself as an example. I have anxiety. Sometimes, it gets so bad that I'll go to extreme lengths to bring myself back into a state of feeling "safe." Mental health is a very difficult thing to deal with. For Crosshair, this means doing everything he can to keep himself and his family away from Tantiss.
However, when Omega gets taken back, Crosshair puts his own worries aside for her. He might say to Wrecker that he "owes her," but his actions show that their relationship is so much more than that. Crosshair clearly loves Omega, but he's not the kind of person to openly admit things. Heck, he didn't voice his concerns to his brothers til Ep. 12. If Crosshair had no care for Omega whatsoever, he wouldn't have gone back. We wouldn't have had that argument between him and Hunter in "The Return." Crosshair would anything for her.
In conclusion, Crosshair has changed. He's realized what truly matters to him (his family) and will do anything he can to protect them. He's also become more comfortable being open around them. I said in one BB analysis of mine that he's not guided by some giant moral compass. He's guided by whoever he's loyal to. And that so happens to be his family. But Rampart isn't like Crosshair; he truly is in it only for himself. Thus, he can't fathom someone going to extreme lengths for others. I have a feeling Rampart will realize that his statement was wrong and it's going to be a satisfying moment.

Gods. How does Bad Batch wrap up? I think threads will be dropped, there’s just too much left.
Where do the kids go that the Empire won’t follow them?
Where does Omega disappear to so the Empire won’t chase her?
What happens to Echo that he’s not with Rex, Wolffe and Gregor in Rebels?
What happened to Crosshair? Why did the other CX call him brother?
Will we see the CXs Hemlock was talking about?
How do they get all the Clones out? Bad Batch has no ship. Is the Science Vessel big enough?
What’s in the second mountain?
Will we see Batcher and Gonky again assumedly on Pabu?
Are we about to see a Calvary arrive on Tantiss of all the people involved with the Batchers? Phee? Rex?
Will we ever see Phee again?? Did she really just leave them and not help?
Is Rampart going to give up that Echo is most likely in the base? Can he change like Crosshair?
Will the next episode be the Clone Uprising? Or is that still coming?
Will Emerie survive to leave with the Batchers? Will she want to?
Will Nala Se tell us anymore about why the Batchers, Omega, Emerie were all made?
So. Many. Questions.

The Echo/Fives parallels…
Fives breaks into lab on Kamino where clones were implanted a device that overrides their free will… / Echo breaks into lab on Tantiss where clones are deprived of their freedom and experimented upon…
Fives is wearing standard clone trooper armour… / Echo is wearing standard TK trooper armour…
Fives’ hair is shaved (he looks more vulnerable)… / Echo doesn’t have his head piece (he looks more vulnerable)…
Fives is looking for answers about a single clone, Tup, but discovers something that affects all clones and risks his life to uncover a truth that could have freed his brothers… / Echo is going to Tantiss with brothers who want to free a single clone, Omega, but actually states plainly that he’s risking his life to free all his brothers…
Echo is continuing Fives’ mission to free all the clones!
Echo, Fives is so proud of you right now 🥺😭
I really, really hope Echo won’t die, but if he did, that would be the most beautiful way, honouring the unbreakable bond between the Domino twins 💙🤍

Imagine being the vault kids, stuck in this boring old room when suddenly some kid claiming to have been raised by a spec ops squad is dropped in. She immediately starts planning an escape by carving a hole into the dumbwaiter and starts sneaking off while you all have to awkwardly wait for her to come back.
Then one day the building starts to shake and she gleefully informs you that that's the sound of laser cannons. She starts giving you a plan using military jargon you don't understand and crawls off into the dumbwaiter, telling you to lie to stall the doctors until she's back.
So you wait, and wait, and wait, but she doesn't come back. You try and delay the doctor by pestering them with childish needs but the only nice doctor's stepped out for the day and it's the mean one that's testing you, so she just tells you it'll pass and keeps walking.
But it works, and Omega makes it back in time and starts telling you all that the Empire's keeping Godzilla prisoner in the basement that you have to release them.
