Sea Otter Porpoises Her Way to Jumping for the Ball
Via Seattle Aquarium, which writes:
Sekiu (pronounced SEE-cue), a sea otter at the Seattle Aquarium, having fun playing with an enrichment item provided by her care team. The hanging ball provided a great opportunity for Sekiu to leap from the water and show off her amazing agility. Sea otters will use this “porpoising ” behavior not for play but as a way to dive under the water when searching for food. In the wild sea otters might also use this as a way to quickly get away from and avoid a predator.

Gonna start writing things on here for a lil’ bit
Mostly because I don’t want to share everything with the main social media outlets of facebook (my in laws and Grandma are on there) or instagram (my co-workers are there).
An important life criteria I put on myself was to have a baby by age 30.
I’m currently 32 as of April 2022. I’m finally ‘married’ as of 01.01.22 since covid put all the proposal&marriage belated. Now it’s ‘socially acceptable’ to have a child. My husband feels differently about having child then I do (ie: I think kids are the ‘start to my life’ and he thinks of them sort of as the end of his life). I would also like to note that I was (unexpectedly) pregnant for 9 weeks back in 2017 - so it has always been on my mind since. I was hoping this week of May 2022 maybe would have been successful..but it wasn’t. I’m a little down on myself and quite disappointed. I was ready and armed to go. Now I’m back to allowing myself to have alcohol again and feeling down. Womanhood can be a weird and confusing life.

What it feels like when you exclude an article and don’t have to do the 2 pages of work on that one :) :) :)
