Those greenish outside lights are aging mercury vapors. No one replaced them with LEDs, or even sodium vapors. Probably installed in the 60s or so and ignored ever since. They probably don't even know if it still lights because they never see it at night, they are never there then.

ahhhh I see. Very cool. Thank you so much for this! Interestingly, in person the lights don’t appear green at all. It only picks up that way on camera and the color seems so saturated. I didn’t edit or enhance the photos at all.
