Ame ceramic figure i tried making a while ago, it was my first time but I'm proud of it.

I've been thinking because of that a lot too, I try so much but there's like only one person who pays attention and at least she pays attention while i see my friends post othhers' art, comissions, etc and some who still seem to be beginners and it just messes with my npd so badly, like I wanna be glad others are gathering attention for their work but it also ends up making me feel so unappreciated

Does any other artist with NPD get so upset that their work isn't gathering attention no matter what they do that they feel like quitting altogether or like they wish they never got into art in the first place so something else could satisfy their need for approval/admiration?

Emotypical

Since people who aren't neurodivergent are called neurotypical but more specifically non-autistic people are called "allistic" and appreantly the term "egotypical" was coined for pwonpd, how about "emotypical" for people without bpd? Meaning experiencing emotions in a typical range, regularity (however may apply to mood disorders with this definition as well) coming from emot(ion) and typical. I was originally gonna suggest pathotypical as well from greek word for emotion, "pathos" but that kinda sounds close to neurotypical in meaning (ex. from psychopathology etc) but this is just an idea. What do you guys think? Other people with NPD might not agree the term being co-coined? or there might be already a word im not aware of but let me know what you think and if there's already a word for this.
