The full-color poster is offered as a rewards tier on the Kickstarter. "Exodus" is a fantasy-horror comic about insects. For once, though, the insects aren't out out to eat you or whatever -- the scary element is that the insects are all leaving.

Inspired by my master's project where I studied wild bees. Also inspired by the more recent attention to declining insect populations. (Although pollinator decline has been noted since at least the 1990's, including the 1996 book "The Forgotten Pollinators".)

“Legacies” is a 130+ page anthology compiled by Asian American creators. We aim to capture the diverse experience of being Asian in North America, with different circumstances, different communities, and different families. Our intention is to use words and art to tell our stories and what kind of legacy being Asian American entails.

We acknowledge that we might not be able to represent us all, and we certainly don’t pretend to. We simply want to start.

Whatever we are, we are Asian American. Our family, our communities, our histories…they continue to define us. We are their legacies and it’s time to tell our stories.

The Legacies book will be a perfectly bound, lovingly crafted, anthology filled to the brim with illustrated and written pieces. Found within the 100+ pages are full sized illustrations, short comics, free form narratives, and much more!

Rhode Island Natural History Survey 2019 Art Show

I'm exhibiting at the Rhode Island Natural History Survey! Opening show is Jan. 29 (Tues) 5:30pm - 7pm at the RINHS (URI East Farm). I'll be part of a group showing. I will have my watercolor landscape paintings from the 2018 RI BioBlitz and two bird paintings.

Paintings are for sale. As of now, you can visit the RINHS to see my art for the rest of the year.
