Hi there! So sorry for the late reply!
As far as we're aware, this AgeRe flag [link] by dizzy-teacup (color meanings in description) is the most commonly used - it's the one used in this blog's icon! - and has been the baseline for several other flags; flagmakers may take inspiration from the colours or the layout when making their own!

P.S. - Remember that you don't have to go with what's most common. There are so many others out there - regression is different for everyone, so why wouldn't different regressors have their own favorite flags? - so I recommend browsing [I spend a lot of time scrolling through the agere flags tag] and finding what you like best! And if you can't find one you feel suits you, you can always make your own!

Hello all!
First, thank you all so so much for all the likes, reblogs, and follows. [Excited waves to all the new friends!!!]
Second, we'd like to apologize for the inactivity. Life hit like wOA and Adulting has been top priority for the past several months.
But! Things are a bit more settled now! And with a new - hopefully reliable - weekly schedule, we should be back to archiving soon.

Any music that you find comforting or that helps you to feel small
Any music from your own childhood! Like songs from your favorite kids' movies/shows, lullabies, nursery rhymes, etc!
Search for baby/toddler/children's music on Spotify or YouTube
Search 'age regression' 'agere' or 'littlespace' in Spotify! or, similarly, 'agere playlist' or 'littlespace playlist' on YouTube!
Aa, it's a rather short list, but this is what we could come up with right now. If anyone else has other ideas, feel free to share to help nonnie out!

PERMAREGRESSION FLAG
Permaregression /ˈpəːmə/rɪˈɡrɛʃ(ə)n/ is a type of involuntary regression which is permanent. This is usually caused by trauma at an early age which has left one’s mind ‘trapped’ at that age.
Permaregressed individuals can be permaregressed to any age headspace. However, the most common headspaces are Middlespace and Teenspace.
Normally permaregressors will experience vent/impure regression due to having to deal with the stress of adult life while mentally being younger. Permaregressors often are neurodivergent or have mental health conditions which could lead to impure regression.
Individuals with this type of regression can enter a younger regressed state (either through age regression/dreaming), however that will not be permanent.
[FLAG MEANING]
Yellow - Joy and happiness.
Pink - Love, between self and carers
White - Permanence, diversity and innocence.
Red - Melt downs and impure/vent regression.
Blue - Mental health and trauma.
The colours are kept muted/pastel for those with sensory issues and to symbolize innocence.

age dreamer/age dreaming/agedre: someone who acts like a child, does childish things, etc. without actually mentally regressing into a younger age. rather than regressing, age dreamers simply ‘dream’ (pretend, imagine, etc.) of being a younger age while age dreaming. while age regression can happen involuntarily or voluntarily, age dreaming is a conscious decision, with the dreamer choosing to behave younger while dreaming. similar to positive age regression, age dreaming might be done for stress relief, as a coping mechanism, or simply to have fun reliving/participating in positive childhood activities. essentially, age regression is when one behaves and thinks like a child, while age dreaming is when one behaves like a child and thinks like an adult.
quick notes: age regression and age dreaming are not exclusive, you can do both! also, like age regression, age dreaming is not related to k!nk in any way and is entirely nons3xual. also, i tried to consolidate the important aspects of age dreaming into a concise definition so i had it in one place, but there’s a lot of information about age dreaming in a lot of places so i may have missed some!
i’ve been questioning for a long time whether i age regress, because i noticed myself doing very similar things to age regressors, but i have never felt that i actually mentally regressed to a different age. i’m very excited to announce that i now know that i’m an age dreamer! i found this flag, but i decided to make my own based on this age regressor flag using dreamy colors.
i’ll also be coining some agedre genders, so look out for those!!
color meanings:
purple (technically periwinkle because it looks better but shh): dreams, nostalgia, imagination/creativity, and pride
blue: inner peace/calm, relaxation, and trust in one’s caregiver (if one decides to have a cg)
pink: youthfulness, playfulness, and kindness towards oneself and towards other age dreamers (and age regressors, system littles, and any other similar communities)
cream: joy, fun, and the innocence of childhood
flag id: a flag with 4 stripes. in order, they are light periwinkle, blue, light pink, and cream. end id.
