Crab Day enthusiast š¦ Boop War Survivor šāā¬ Icon c) @dragonanneHey everyone, I don't like saying my real name online so you can just call me Ace. I have so many fandoms, I can never remember all of them but some of my favorites are Gravity Falls, Star Wars (especially Rebels), The Lunar Chronicles, Ranger's Apprentice, MLP:FiM, Adventures in Odyssey, Disney, HTTYD, White Collar, Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted, Parks and Rec, and Avatar. I also enjoy webcomics, especially The Silver Eye and Space Boy. Basically I'm just a God-loving, formerly homeschooled fangirl who likes to write and draw and be creative in general. Reviews:"Excellent taste in fandoms. All of them" -captaingondor
My take/designs on the pevensies! (Theyāre definitely heavily inspired by their looks in the movies.)
Beginning of the lion, the witch and the wardrobe
End of golden age-ish
Iād call this a WIP but itās not really, mostly once we get into designing clothes in fantasy settings I feel very out of my depth, but I wanna practice more. Iām the most happy with Lucyās but thatās also cause I most heavily referenced with hers.
Im mostly still just figuring out the clothes design for when theyāre in narnia. I want brighter/more jewel toned and warmth to contrast with the more muted London clothes. And for the clothing design I want embroidery, but other than that I have no idea how I would make the designs of the narnian style in this era cohesive.
I also have vague main colours for each of them, lucy green, secondary red, edmund blue secondary brown, Susan purple secondary blue, Peter red secondary purple, and all of them use gold as well.
Obi-Wan spoke about his birth family for the first time ever on screen. He has flashes of memories, "my mother's shawl, my father's hands. I remember a baby... Yes, I think I had a brother."
When Leia asked if he was her real father, I think I stopped breathing while I listened to his response. "I wish I could say I was, but no, I'm not." Just let the gravity of that confession marinate in your brain for a while.
There were several writers listed for this episode. All I can say is whichever one was responsible for this scene, I'm grateful for their quiet skill. The moment wasn't too dramatic. It was real. It revealed much by saying very little. It was beautiful.
I love imagining your Donnie just building the weirdest things possible and when his brothers ask he's just baffled how they don't understand what it is.
Like, imagine Leo just walks in on Donnie building some thing and it just goes like this:
Leo: Hey uh... whatcha got there, Donnie?
Donnie, looking at Leo with pure and utter disappointment: You disgusting, uncultured swine. Get out of my room.
"weirdest things possible" somehow became a computer~
Well, I finally sent a message to my pastor. I have no clue if or when heāll see or respond butā¦I said something, finallyā¦Iād appreciate prayers cause I have not had a good record ofā¦people responding kindly when I admit to being hurt by them, and I know itāll probably be different this time but itās stillā¦scary š«
Firefox users have noticed that captchas - both the picture kind and the click the box kind - are not resolving on Firefox. Tests on Chromium based browsers show that it works perfectly fine on them. It is also known that Chrome will be disabling all ad-blockers in June when it moves to Manifest v3, which will greatly limit what extensions can do.
If you use Firefox, there is an extension called User-Agent Switcher and it allows you to change your browser's UA to Chrome. This will allow you to bypass reCaptcha/Captcha blocks set up by Google and make them function properly.
It could be a code snafu on Google's part - but given how predatory they have been acting lately, I'm going to guess not. Don't get locked out of your websites or feel forced to use Chrome again just to browse.
