Welcome to my art blog!
You will find my fanarts and original works here. I usually draw traditionally, digitally and of course with all my passionate heart.
I always appreciate feedback, reblogs and likes.
If you have requests or suggestions what I could draw, feel free to write me an ask. It is possible to write on anon as well :)
An inkdrawing which my camera couldn't quite catch entirely ;w; So I guess I'll have to try to take a better photo of it soon, because Mu Qing looks quite handsome... and not blurry at all x'D
Yes I am in the middle of learning how to use ink pens better. As with all the other things I'm using, I'm trying to get better at them and master the tools hehe. Little soldier HongHong'er has his bandages tied into his hair-knot :D I thought that would be a smart way, but I might be wrong too.
So this is the scene in book 2 (English vol. 3) where Mu Qing booted the little soldier out of the army.
Mu Qing glared at the boy before him. "Go home. You can't be in the army!" The youngster barked back at him. "His Highness said I'm talented!" "His Highness doesn't need children in the army!"
Hope you like this little drawing! I'm still mindblown about how well you received Feng Xin ;w; <3 Thank you!
I finished the Fengxin yesterday night! Riding on a black steed, he's practising his arrow-and-bow-skills and I'm pretty sure that not only Xie Lian is watching him :D
I'm aware that...this drawing is pretty flawful, yet it is always a good idea to just try and try more to improve later :3 So I guess I'll draw more animals soon? Maybe something for Yuwu? 2ha? We will see ;D I hope you like this young man!
My first townscape in Gouache ever! A picture of the village Okawachiyama in Imari city in Saga prefecture. This town is Japan's village of secret furnaces and kilns. Hence I think Mt. Tonglu might have a little brother here xD
I seem to have forgotten to post this on Saturday. Well here you go, a bunch of gardenia flowers which grow into a little pond. Actually I should've been more subtle with the colours so the flowers would look more realistic, but honestly colours are so fun that I just went overboard x'D
I drew a Xian Le era Mu Qing! While everyone is in the bloom of their lives, he has another thing: a broom! The broom of his youngster years :')
Young general Xuan Zhen is just so pretty. Well, Mu ching is always pretty!
A portrait og General D**k Yang was spotted in the halls of the Palace of Xuan Zhen. I wonder why that is :P
Probably my second time drawing/painting Feng Xin. This time in Ink. Just "a quick" drawing, but the shading took longer than expected x'D
I finished one of my first acrylic paintings on canvas. It's Daigoji, a shingon buddhist temple in Kyouto which I also visited some years ago. Just to be honest with you, I see that this is not the best painting ever, but since I am developing my acrylic skills this year, I'm pretty happy with the outcome. I can see my own progress, and that's especially fun to me!
A butterfly (inspired from Hua Cheng's silver butterflies) and a lunar moth on magnetic 7,5 cm x 7,5 cm canvases. It was so much fun making them with actylic paints and metallic inks.
This weekend I painted two canvases which have magnets on their backs. They are 7,5 cm x 7,5 cm and I painted them with actylics. I quite like them but since I'm not used to acrylics yet, I guess I have to learn a lot as well :3
Have started my new sketchbook with a little comic-self-insert :D I'm splashing around with paint!! Look at me xD It will also be my new art-blog icon I guess :3
I wrote the start date and my personal guidelines for the sketchbook on the other site:
The last painting of the year 2023 and welcome to the new year 2024 - the New Year's Dragon in the sky. When this painting goes up, it's actually only a minute to New Year. This dragon has some perlescent paints on him (and the background in general, so I also took a picture which made it visual.
My Summary of art 2023, thank you for this long and very rough year. I hope 2024 will be a far better year than the old one. Well the bar is pretty low for that to happen. Let's just hope.
